A local radio station is going through a "makeover." As a result, they are currently playing alot hits from the recent past. Somewhat refreshing compared to the short playlist they had before where songs get replayed like 100 times a day. No repeats for once, mind you i haven't listened to Z regularly for almost a year now. It's also nice to hear stuff you haven't heard in a while.

Anyways, supposely on Monday they are going to launch their new programming. Wondered what mix of music they will end up with.

For the record, I would just like to say that Ross and Rachel ARE GOING TO GET BACK TOGETHER ! I always have known that they will put them back together (because they sooo belong). And especially after last week's episode (Feb. 19), about "how they're never really off the table". For those that never believed....See See, told you so.

Darn it, I am going to miss watching Friends.

Ever since they sent up the Rovers to Mars, I have been following its exploration on a daily basis on the US website. (FYI: A more general link is also on the left of this page.)

I am just fasinated by the fact that humans have little remote control cars running around on another planet ! Pretty neat stuff. I would love to play with them rovers. So much for the toy remote control cars we had as a kid. Not only do these rovers search for signs of life on Mars, but they play music, and have all sorts of laser beams etc ;)

Anyways, I believe that it won't be long before Mars will be a vacationing destination. How cool would that be?? "Honey, where would you like to go this summer....Vegas or Mars?"

Couple weeks ago, a friend and I were driving around and somehow ended up in downtown. We got thristy and developed a craving for some "bubbles." So we went searching for a bubble tea place in downtown. Guess what? Dum dum dum, we couldn't find one.

My question: ARE there any places for bubbles in downtown? (you would think so considering that downtown is the "most happening" place in Vancouver, or so they say).

I hate getting sick.

i woke up this morning kinda groggy. You know that you are about to get a cold when there is this weird tasting thing stuck in your throat. What is that anyways?

For my dad's birthday we all went for a big feast at a chinese restaurant. As we were finishing up i noticed someone familiar at the entrance where everyone was waiting....it was the famous director, John Woo !!! After some discussion with my brothers, i decided that i would kindly go over to him and asked if he was indeed John Woo. I figured "What was the worse thing that can happen? so what if he blows me off."

So as we left the restaurant, I walked over to him and asked if he was who i thought he was, and guess what?....He was! He humbly nodded, and said softly "yes." Then I shook his hand and asked if i could take a picture with him and he was kind enough to let me. How nice !! i grabbed his arm and my bro took the pic. After, i thanked him and left. In hind sight, i guess i shouldn't have been grabbing strangers' arms, even if he does know Tom Cruise. sigh....next time, i will know better.

ps. my parents talked to him after too. My dad is so funny. He gave him a thumbs up.

I don't know what it is. Am I just getting smaller or are my pants getting bigger? Anyways, I have a pair of black pant that i brought awhile back and they are getting really loose these days. They are partially made of this stretchy materials so i guess they lost its "elasticity over time." ;) stupid econ joke. The point of this story is pretty much to complain that my pants feels like its falling off all time and i am finding myself constantly pulling it up. I guess I should fish out my belt again.

I just finished watching the half time show and it ended with Justin Timberlake ripping part of Janet Jackson's top off revealing her right boob. Holy cow ! That tops Madonna's kiss with Britney....

I was not seeing things either, the radio DJ just confirmed it.

Wonder if it was planned. the part he ripped out just happens to be the "cup" of her outfit, so i am guessing it was planned. Crazy
