New Car...Sept. 19, 2011

Seeing we weren't going to drive the Motorhome back and forth anymore we decided to trade cars. It's a 2010 Ford Focus. We are leaving Monday Sept. 26th for Herman to start Sugar Beet's and then we well be heading for AZ.

Home...April 27,2011

We arrived home from AZ after a good winter. A little cooler winter in AZ then usual but not like MN. We had a good trip home stopping in Erie, Colorado for several days to spend with Bobby and family. When we got there Rob and Sue were also there so made it even more special. We so enjoyed our time there and spent Easter with Sue's family in Fort Collin's. Left there the day after Easter and stopped in Neb. to see the Marsdon Petterson family. Enjoyed meeting Marlete's family and the wonderful dinner that Marlys fixed. Also got to see Marshall. Arrived home on Wed. afternoon and had dinner at Greg and Deb's and got to see all the kids. A wonderful evening with them. Then a week later went to Fargo, N. Dak for my heart check up and came out really good. Sue went with us so had a really great day. Stopped and seen Gordon and Lois Wyland on our way home. We are so thankful for our good health and for the many years we have been able to travel to AZ.

Sugar Beeting Sept. 30

Well we arrived at Herman, Mn. today and the hauling begin tonight at 7:00 P.M. Too warm to start earlier. We are hoping the weather stays nice so we can get done quickly this year. It was a beautiful day to drive down with the colored leaves. Got a call from Rob and Sue as we were getting into Alex and they were just a little behind us on their way to Todd and Kim's so we stopped and had lunch together. They had Carter, Caden and Conner with them so great fun!

Herman, MN

Well this is a crazy year for Sugar Beets. We had the pre lift very early and now we are in Herman, MN for just three days of hauling as needed some beets but felt it was too warm to do the regular hauling. As of now it looks like the regular haul well start first of Oct.
It is getting so pretty as the leave's are beginning to color, cool night's and warm days....love this time of year and so nice to take my walk's....wish you were all hear to walk with me!

Home....Arrived May 1st

We left AZ on April 11 on a beautiful sunshiny day! We had a wonderful trip stopping in Portland, Oregon to visit daughter Dawn and her family, then on to Lewiston, Idaho and enjoyed time with Radley, Michal, Erin and our greatgrand children. Then on to Libby, Montana to our son Rick and Billie Jean and then on to Bowbell, N. Dak. to Todd, Kim and greatgrand children. Then home to Bemidji where Rob, Bobby, Tiffany and greatgrand met us at Burger king for coffee. We finally arrived at our home and Greg, Deb and Jana was there to welcome us. We were invited to their home for supper where the rest of the family were and Heidi came out also. How do we Thank each of you for the wonderful time we spent with you. Always so fun to go to AZ but also look so forward to coming back home. We are so thankful to our wonderful Lord for the many years we have been able to travel and the safey in all our travels!
