November 2025
I love November! It is definitely one of our more calm months of the year. Even without a full sports schedule, we always manage to stay busy.
Riley was inducted to the National Junior Honor Society.
Carter made all-region choir and had a day of clinics and a performance. This is such an accomplishment as a sophomore, in a very competitive region.
We had our annual Primary Program.
Our youth group had a "Where's Waldo" activity at the mall. Ella and I were part of the game and dressed up in disguise. The youth had to find members of the ward at the mall.
Friendsgiving at Activity Days.
Rainy go-karting.
Lunch date.
Fall piano recital. Ella's first one and she did great! Riley learned a very challenging piece in just over a week and did so good!
We stopped by Buc-ees and found out that Buc-ee is a BYU fan!
It was Thanksgiving break and of course Ella's first request was a lunch date at Taco Bell.
We went scootering around downtown McKinney to see the inflatable turkeys. McKinney has inflatable turkeys everywhere, especially around downtown.
While we were downtown we stopped by the Giving Machines. It was the perfect way to start our Thanksgiving week.
My parents were in town and a few of us headed down to Waco for the day. It is always a good time visiting the silos.
Carter, Ella and Grandpa went to the Dr. Pepper Museum.
Brady and Jamie hosted Thanksgiving.
The day after Thanksgiving we had our annual trip to the Christmas tree farm.
We went and saw the new Wicked.
Carter got his truck ready for Christmas. He sure loves his truck!
