OOOOoOoooo lala, Mr. David Wolfe has some exciting news to share with y'all - the DVD packs from the last Longevity Now Conference are going to go on sale very soon :) I've been watching the online playbacks from the last conference a lot recently and LOVING absorbing all this amazing info from modern-day health heroes such as:

WOW, I am very excited to announce that the playback videos from the recent Longevity Conference are now available - YAY :) I am very happily digging into the lush pile of videos on offer to catch up on all the info I missed at the actual event ;) screen shot 2010-10-16 at 7.55.14 pm.png
We were so busy at our booth at the conference that I only made it into ONE presentation the whole weekend (to watch our dear friend Solla's food demo ;) So now I am relishing the opportunity to watch all of these fabulous presentations at home, while I make juice, prepare flax crackers and so on in the kitchen and can really concentrate on the great info shared - I LOVE it :)
These recordings include ALL of the talks from the WHOLE weekend event - that's over 30 hours of footage ;O You can access these videos over HERE - there is a six-month window within which you can watch all the videos as many times over as you like...before the next Longevity Conference is held live again next April ;)
If you weren't able to make this last event and would love to see what you missed, OR if you were there and didn't get to see all of the talks, just hop on over HERE to get access to these playbacks - so much amazing, inspiring info from beautiful beings such as:

As you may have already noticed, Mr. M included some of our favourite yummy low-glycemic powders in the "at-cost" specials for TheRawFoodWorld.com this month, such as lucuma, mesquite and maca (plus Pacari cacao products if you're into chocolate... ;)lucuma powder.jpg
As many of you know, I *love* using these kinds of low-glycemic powders to prepare sweet little desserts such as 'yumpots' and 'yumballs' ;) I thought it would be useful to share here some of the articles and videos we've published before about these powders, to help y'all make good use of them...so, here we go:

*I wrote a whole article on how to use low glycemic powders, including recipes, HERE.
*We did a video showing how to make yumpots HERE.
*We also did a video showing how to make yumballs HERE.

I hope this helps all of you explore some fun uses for these yummy items...see the "October Offers" section HERE for the links to get hold of these products "at-cost" :)

Recently I tried some of Annmarie Gianni's skincare range for the first time...WOW, these products are amazing :)
We've been selling lovely Annmarie's line for a while now, yet through a silly series of events, I had never yet managed to get my hands on samples of these products to try them out myself - until now :) We saw the Giannis again for the first time in over a year at the Longevity Conference and Annmarie graciously gifted me with some of her Ayurvedic Facial Scrub and Anti-Aging Facial Oil to try out...
Now, I have a confession to make...as I told Annmarie when she gifted me these items, I used to have a pretty intense obsession with facial scrubs ;) lol...when I was obese, I sweated a lot and also had a lot of acne issues on my skin. I couldn't stand my face feeling dirty and sweaty, so I used really harsh facial scrubs daily, often more than once a day, to pull all that sweat and grime off...it was pretty hard on my skin and I'm glad to say that I don't live with that pattern any more ;)
All the same, I was excited to try out Annmarie's new facial scrub, to see how my skin gets on now with such a product...well, I was *AMAZED* at the results after using this scrub for the first time - my skin seriously felt softer than I think I've ever felt it - like silk...the consistency of the scrub was really sublime - at first I wasn't sure it would do much in terms of 'scrubbing', as it seemed so finely milled, yet actually once I started to massage it in, I could feel the texture and it did a great job at removing dead skin cells and brightening up my complexion...and THEN, as if that wasn't enough buffing and shining, I got to try out Ann's gorgeous Anti-Aging Facial Oil too, to finish off the "ultra-glow-complexion" process ;)
I *love* using oils on my skin as moisturiser - whether it's olive oil, coconut oil, rose oil or this new product from Ann, I love the richness of feeding my skin from the outside with high quality oils and Annmarie has done *such* a beautiful job in balancing her mixtures to include nourishing, healing, soothing elements for all skin types... I'm so glad that I finally got to try out Ann's products and look forward to trying her other products too...I'd definitely recommend checking them out if you're into very high-integrity beauty products - she has a great line, including:

We have all of these products available in our store HERE - enjoy ;)

Five Things That Surprise Me About Living in The USA...

I've been in the USA since April this year – about seven months solid now...I've been travelling pretty much that whole time, allllll over this vast country, from east to west and criss-crossing back again and again, giving raw food talks, spreading the message. While culturally there are clearly many overlaps between my native Britain and the USA, there are other things about life here that sometimes surprise me...I thought I'd share five of these here and would love to hear any feedback/comments any of you might love to share regarding these... ;)

1. Toilet Cubicles – one thing that has long baffled me about life in the USA is WHY public toilet cubicles seem to almost invariably have an approx. 1 inch gap around the door, so that people can easily view the toilet user through the gap if they want – and vice versa...I find this really bizarre and indeed have never seen this in any other country with such regularity – what IS this all about?
2. Diversity – this place is SO vast and sometimes I find it amusing that it's all lumped together into one 'country' (not that I'm very excited by borders/country definitions in general ;) The east coast reminds me often of Britain, with its quaint little towns, four seasons and older architecture...Florida seems like a totally different world with alligators, coconuts and rampant humidity, then there's the west coast with all its modernity, strip malls and enormous stretches of farmland...and that's not to mention the whole of the MIDDLE of this vast continent, with its mountains, flatlands, swamps and more...so much to explore ;)

on November the 14th I loved:

1 quart water
3 cups greeeeeeeeen juice: celery, cucumber, fennel, parsley, spinach, ginger, lime, apple
bowl of energy soup with fermented flax crackers on the side, followed by an apple
3 cups water
3 cups goji juice with Marine Phytoplankton and Merlin's Elixir
little plate of yummy desserts at a raw food potluck, including pumpkin pie and almond butter cookies: WOW :)
3 cups water

3. Invisible Natives – I'm surprised how little visibility there seems to be here of 'native' culture. The 'reservations' where native communities apparently now mostly live seem like a mystery to me, like a hidden parallel reality going on in this same land...I would LOVE to visit a reservation to see what is going on there...I'd also love to visit an Amish farm, as I find them kind of mysterious too – WHERE did this culture come from? We don't have 'Amish' people in Europe as far as I know – how did this come to be here? I'd love to know more abt these things, if anyone has anything to share... ;)

4. Patterns – virtually every house I've ever visited in the USA seems to have zip lock bags, mason jars and masses of pillows on the beds. Perhaps the zip lock bags and mason jars are raw foodie influences…what are all the pillows about though? There seems to be a pattern here to stack up at least five or more pillows onto beds…is this a cultural suggestion of comfort? Or to be able to watch TV in bed more cosily or…???
5. Dryers – it seems to me that almost everyone here dries their clothes using a dryer, regardless of the weather or where they live...this is definitely one of the oddest things about life here to me...in all my time here I think I recall ONE house that had a washing line outside to dry clothes and indeed many places actually have RULES in place that residents are NOT ALLOWED to dry clothes outside...HUH??? Dryers are hands–down usually the BIGGEST energy–sucking appliances in a household and they're not even NECESSARY in so many cases, with all the sunshine here...hence it really baffles me that more people don't seem to dry their clothes outside...I guess it's time to start an air–drying revolution ;)

Well, those are my reflections on surprises here for now – I'd love to hear your feedback – you can leave comments below, thanks ;)

on November the 15th I enjoyed:

1 quart water
2 cups greeeeeeeeeeen juice: celery, cucumber, fennel, parsley, endive, ginger, lime, apple
bowl of energy soup with samples of new raw essene breads on the side, followed by an apple
1 quart water
2 cups goji juice with Marine Phytoplankton
a few crudités with veggie dips followed by a little bowl of blended yum: pear, Sun Warrior powder, Irish Moss, mesquite powder, cinnamon, water, with some goji berry powder on the side and samples of a local raw chef's coconut macaroons, in NJ
3 cups water

on November the 16th I adored:

1 quart water
2 cups goji juice blended with camu powder
2 cups greeeeeen juice: celery, cucumber, spinach, parsley, ginger, lime
shared big salad with Mr. M covered in the amazing 'cheeze' sauce from Summer – WOW :) followed by an apple
1 quart water
1 cup beet/apple liver cleanser juice
bowl of blended yum: pear/ashwaganda/maca/Sun Warrior protein powder, mesquite powder, cinnamon, Irish moss, water, with goji powder on the side
3 cups water

Next weekend is the last weekend of the tour Mr. M and I are currently on, all over the USA – we speak in Maine and New Jersey and then we're DONE for a month – yeeeeeeeee–HAH :)
Sadly this weekend is also the same weekend that David Wolfe's 'Longevity Now Experience' seminar is happening over in California, so we won't be there to play in person, however, they have decided to STREAM this event live, for all those not able to be there in person – YAY :) So, you get to watch in on the events as they happen if you like, PLUS you can also re–watch the footage over and over again, whenever you like – yummy :) To get on board with the remote viewing of this seminar, click HERE and enjooooyyyyy some wild Wolfie insights ;)

All love,

OoOoOooooo lalalalaaaaaaaaa, we have a new French translation available for you :) The lovely Colette over in France has just completed the translation of the Raw Union Wedding Recipes E–book, to add to my other three e–books she has already translated: How to go Raw For Weight Loss, Revealing the Physical Changes and A Juice Feaster's Handbook. I'm not going to attempt to give those titles in French here, as it will surely result in a mess of accented vowels, curly 'c's and impossible consonant clusters...so, I'll leave the French to Colette and please click HERE to access her fabulous translations ;)

May all dynamic flow and joy be with you,

Accessing What You Want... ;)

Here's a handy little tip sent in by the delightful Ricki in Arizona, to help you identify organic produce items in supermarkets from their stickers:

* Any sticker that begins with the number '9' and contains five digits in total denotes the produce is ORGANIC.

* Any sticker that begins with the number '3' or '4' and has ONLY four numbers total means CONVENTIONAL, NOT ORGANIC.

* Any sticker that begins with the number '8' shows that food is GENETICALLY MODIFIED!

Eeeeeek, very good to know – hope that helps y'all out there if you weren't aware of that little system already...I'm not sure if this system spreads up into Canada too, or beyond the USA – it's at least apparently valid here though ;) Ricki suggests it's a good way to quickly check that the items you pick up are genuinely organic and haven't been accidentally misplaced in the produce displays ;)

on July the 12th I enjoyed:

1 quart water
tub of pineapple chunks
2 cups water
little pot of hemp seeds and bee pollen mixed together, with 2 curry powerwrap sticks
2 cups water
2 cups greeeeeeeeeen juice
another chunk of pineapple
1 quart water

Another useful–looking new resource that was brought to my attention recently is the Neighborrow.com site – have you seen that? It's basically a site where people can connect to swap/share things together, either in local areas or through virtual communities...e.g. you want to shampoo your carpets or dig a hole in your garden and don't have the necessary equipment? Check out if there's anyone in your 'Neighborrow–hood' to borrow things from instead of buying/renting machines. You can even join 'virtual' groups based around shared interests, e.g. perhaps a raw food group can be created to share books/dvds/dried foods/other resources...fun, non?

on July the 13th I had:

1 quart water
3 cups watermelon/pineapple juice
2 cups greeeeeeen juice: celery, kale, chard, green lettuce, apple, ginger
bowl of YUMMMMMY raw elixir ice cream :)
3 cups water
clamshell of blueberries with creamy almond butter
1 quart water

on July the 14th I had:

1 quart water
1 cup goji berry soak water
2 cups greeeen juice: celery, cucumber, spinach, zucchini, couple of carrots
big bowl of elixir ice cream topped with bee pollen – YUMMMMM :)
1 quart water
30 chlorella 'nuts'
1 quart water

Oooooo la la, that cheeky Mr. M is up to his tricks again...as you may be aware, Dr. Wolfe recently launched his explosive new 'Longevity Now' programme, which sold out last Sunday night. Well, Mr. M actually bought up over 100 of the programme sets and has around 40 of them left for sale right now...as far as we know, these are the only copies still available, so get in there now if you'd love to invest in this ext–raw–dinary piece of work, learning all about building immunity, reversing debilitating conditions and potentially lengthening out your stay in your amazing physical body...you can click HERE to access Mr. M's secret stash ;)
ENJOY :)

All love,
