on September the 12th I was blissed with:
1 quart water
3 cups coconut water blended with passionfruit and Vitamin C powder
2 cups coconut water blended with Elixir of the Lake
bowl of cucumber salad with Mr. M; salad stuffed into nori sheets with Sea Clear, tahini and sauerkraut, followed by a little hand-stirred yumpot of Brazil nut butter, carob powder, orange flavour extract and stevia
mug of herbal tea
water of a young coconut
chunk of Pili Nut "Chocolate"
2 cups water
on September the 13th I appreciated:
1 quart water
3 cups watermelon/orange juice
3 cups coconut water blended with Elixir of the Lake
bowl of energy soup straight from the garden with nori sheets on the side stuffed with Sea Clear, tahini and sauerkraut, followed by a hand-stirred yumpot of Brazil nut butter, carob powder, orange flavour extract and stevia

bowl of coconut yoghurt with chopped apple, Lydia's Berry Cereal and stevia :)
