Today, November the 18th, is a special day for us: it marks six years since I first emailed Mr. Monarch back in 2005 - the beginning of our connection together… ;) Many of you know our connection story already…if you don’t, you can watch a video we did on this theme a couple of years back, HERE ;)
…and what a journey the last six years have been… ;) I feel extremely blessed to be unfolding this path with such a generous, loving, dynamic, beautiful soul… :) Sending dear Mr. M love, light and huge gratitude always, as ever… :)

Wednesday also marked the second birthday of our little buckskin princess pony, Luchita, who came to us as a “rescue” earlier this year…you may recall she was quite a sight back then – pretty much skin and bones, stunted, riddled with parasites and at the age of 16 months, the same size as our 4-month colt, Cherry…eeeeeeeeeeek…well, take a look at the little goddess here now ;) She is a feisty, delightful little princess, very insistent about massage, loves to sneak inside our house whenever she gets the chance and still happily nursing at the age of two… ;)

on November the 15th I enjoyed:

As you may have noticed from my daily food logs here, I tend to eat some of Mr. M’s fabulous Pili Nut “Chocolate” creations pretty much every single day at the moment – they are soooooooooooooooo GOOD :)
You can use Pili Nuts to make “chocolate” without ANY chocolate or even carob involved, yet it tastes, looks and even feels like chocolate – I absolutely LOVE it, plus the fact that these rare little nuts are packed with fabulous nutrition, especially Vitamin E, great for the skin…

    Honouring My Body-Mind-Spirit :)

THANK YOU all for all of your beautiful birthday messages and well-wishes this week - they have all been received with a full heart of joy :)

In case you missed my "birthday message" in my newsletter this week, here is a recap:

This Wednesday, August the 10th, marked my 33rd birtscreen shot 2011-08-08 at 10.42.12 am.pnghday :) I feel so very grateful to have made it this far into the game and today wanted to  honour and send gratitude to three of my most constant companions on this journey so far: my body, my mind and my spirit...

*Dear Body - I am humbled by your resilience, your forgiving nature, your desire to live and thrive despite whatever comes your way, your strength. When I consider the traumas and challenges you have experienced over these years together, I feel both a sense of sadness at all that you have endured and also such a huge sense of gratitude for your perseverance through this all. I love and honour you with deepest respect and appreciation - you are the vehicle through which I currently get to participate here on Earth and I desire to do my very best to help you stay strong, present and healthy for the rest of the game here.

*Dear Mind - now where would we be without your incessant commentary, chatter and observations? ;) Thank you for your insights, your humour, your creativity, your kindness  and all the funny little games and tricks that you share... While I am saddened that for so many years you were immersed in a mostly other-than-uplifting stream of input/feedback loops on which to reflect and co-create, I am sincerely delighted to now note how rich, gentle, generous and playful your presence tends to feel. Thank you for your flexibility, your willingness to let go, your attention-to-detail and your clarity. May I do my best to help you stay clear, positively-orientated and supple in the coming years...

on August the 7th I enjoyed:

    1 quart water
an orange squeezed over a little bowl of granadilla pulp
bowl of grawnola with fresh apple chunks and coconut water
2 cups coconut water blended with Moringa Powder
    water of two young coconuts
bowl of kelp noodles dressed with yummmmmers carrot/avo sauce, with Curry/Kraut/Chia crackers on the side, followed by a chunk of Mr. M's outrageous Pili Nut "white chocolate"
    water of a young coconut
    2 cups water

on August the 8th I appreciated:

    1 quart water
    1 cup mandarin/granadilla/maracua juice
    chunk of papaya
2 cups coconut water blended with Ormus Greens powder
bowl of kelp noodles dressed with yummmmmers carrot/avo sauce, with Curry/Kraut/Chia crackers on the side, followed by a chunk of Mr. M's outrageous Pili Nut "white chocolate"
    water of two young coconuts
    2 cups water

*Dear Spirit - thank you for your profound gifts of intuition, honesty, care, resilience and upliftment. Thank you for reminding me so gently through all the challenges that you are here, that I have support and that all, ultimately, is well. I breathe deeply with gratitude into the space that you hold here and honour your desire to connect, share and help inspire others. Thank you for your sincerity, directness and gentle reminders that it's all just a game...may I do my best to bring us all along safely, happily and healthily as this game continues to unfold...

It is fascinating to me, to reflect on the various elements that apparently go to make up "me" - we seem to be so multi-layered, multi-faceted, complex in some way...each part with its own role(s) to play and contribute, intermingling to create the impression of one unit from the outside... Personally I am very grateful for all the parts that go to make up "me" and currently contribute to the flow I am experiencing here, which I enjoy very much and feel blessed to be co-creating...

So, as I set off around the sun again this Wednesday on the anniversary of my "Birth-On-Earth", I breathe a deep breath of appreciation for every part of my being and radiate brightest blessings throughout my whole energy field and beyond, to all of YOU - may you all feel and acknowledge the blessings of your life flow here and truly appreciate the wonder of these embodied experiences - enjoy... :)

One raw yumster, Eden, is currently working on a project about sustainability practices amongst African Americans and would LOVE to hear from y'all if you have some stories to share - here's her message:

    Dear Friends,

I am working on a magazine article query regarding the presence of sustainable lifestyle practices amongst African American individuals and families. I am hoping to connect with and interview African Americans who for whom any of the practices listed below are a significant part of their day to day life.

    • Homesteading
    • Homeschooling
    • Gardening & Sprouting – (enough to provide all or at least 80% of the family’s produce needs.)
    • Permaculture farming
    • Hunting & Fishing
    • Built their own home with their own hands
    • Live off grid
    • Raise own animals for food and wool
    • Beekeeping
    • Sell anything that they gain from the above to supplement or provide family income.

If you know of anyone, I would love to receive a reference or introduction from you. They can either contact me on facebook (Eden Fadzo Chuislekuda), email me or call me: edenganya@msn.com or 520-216-4144.

    ENJOY :)

    All love,

Would you rather be RIGHT or happy? ;)

A few weeks back I was listening to Abraham–Hicks quite a bit. One thread of what I received via that input seems to have stayed with me, slowly percolated through my consciousness and membranes and is now asking to be expressed. So, here we go... ;)
The idea was about how children in our societies so often seem to be raised to be in COMPETITION with each other, rather than co–operation and how we carry this energy with us into adulthood.
We are taught to compete in schools, compare ourselves to each other with grades and awards, shamed if we do not get things ‘right’ and so on. Children develop fears around making errors, being laughed at or being ‘wrong’. We might move from being content little 4 or 5 year olds before schooling to believing we are inherently flawed, unacceptable and ‘wrong’. We may turn on each other, laughing at a classmate who gets smthg ‘wrong’ for example, rather than offering support. No–one wants to be the one to make an error – we want to be accepted, we all want, of course, simply to be loved. We may learn to seek love through the marks we get in classes and favourable comments from teachers or we might rebel against the whole system instead and find ourselves deemed even more ‘unacceptable’.
The point Abraham–Hicks were making in the piece I heard was that now, as adults, any experiences that we had along these lines are now way behind us. That reality is not here anymore...and YET, so many people go through life still acting out based on things they learnt back then – comparing themselves to others, laughing at or shaming those they consider ‘wrong’, pointing out ‘errors’ in others’ behaviour rather than supporting them. It's like we still feel the pressure of those eyes watching and judging us, even though the source of that original tension is loooong gone. Many still exert that pressure on others too - collectively, we may keep this judgemental energy alive.
Where is the love here? Where is the co–operation and support? We are adults now and we also have free choices in every moment about our thoughts, words and actions...how about stepping away from any competitive, fierce, fear–based energy and reaching out to others with LOVE instead? As a ‘straight–A’ student throughout my schooling career, this all speaks deeply to me, as I can really identify with both the intense desire to ‘be right’ and get those grades, plus also the softening later in life as I step further and further away from that whole system, towards unconditional love.
I was an expert at working the school system – I knew inside–out how to get A grades and yet ultimately...it all felt very un-fulfilling and empty to me – my real soul was not being seen or nurtured – it was like I was just accurately jumping through hoops on command...
This also reminds me of another great little point I absorbed from Abraham–Hicks. A few times I have heard them mention ‘would you rather be right, or be happy?’ I absolutely LOVE that...love, love, LOVE it.
This speaks sooooooooooo deeply to me (especially to the very strong Virgo component of my being ;) Would you rather be RIGHT in a situation, or be happy? Is ‘getting your way’ and being seen to be ‘right’ your ultimate fulfillment, or sharing joy and an easy flow?
Abraham shared a wonderful anecdote about Esther Hicks to illustrate this: apparently sometimes Jerry, her husband, hooks up the trailer to the back of their vehicle when they’re in a tight car park space and she gets irritated by it, because she doesn’t like the extra effort it takes to get out that way. On one such occasion, as she was about to start trying to get the vehicle out of the space, she noticed herself thinking ‘I hope we don’t get out’ and she laughed out loud, as she realised she would rather be RIGHT about whether it’s a good idea to hook the trailer on now or not, than HAPPY and flowing along on their journey. ;) I imagine most of us can pick out similar examples in our own lives and relationships...and where can we trace these patterns back to...? (Please note that I am not seeking to 'blame' modern schooling systems here, nor trying to suggest that schools are the only arena in which children receive this kind of conditioning...)

Hmmmmm...well, maybe it’s time now to let go of any deeeeeeep old patterns like these and move into a lighter, brighter, more loving flow? Well, I think so and I MUST be right, because I just gave myself an ‘A’ in unconditional love flow, ok? ;)

on Feb the 8th I had:

    1 quart water
    2 cups home–made rejuvelac
    bowl of yummmmmy broccoli/zucchini salad
    little mug of spicy tea
    1 quart water

    2 little apples
bowl of grawnola with blend of almond milk/carob/maca/lucuma/yacon/cinnamon/vanilla powders
    3 cups water

OOoOoOooo, it’s a full moon in LEO tonight, during the time of Aquarius – yeeeeeeeeeeeeeee–HAH :) love it...as you may know, the Stokes is a lioness and the Monarch is a water–bearing gent, so I was muchly pleased to read the following charming little write–up this evening about the merging of these energies, on Lisa Dale Miller’s AstroWisdom site:

“Some think that Leo and Aquarius are diametrically opposed to one another. But I find their synergistic and interdependent relationship unique among the signs. Aquarius demands radical change, which cannot be accomplished without Leo’s talents: unwavering self-belief in one’s personal vision and true leadership. Leo demands creativity and caring, which requires the Aquarian rejection of personal glorification in favor of global identification. When balanced, the Leo/Aquarius polarity works hand in hand to further the evolution of human civilization. Our new President Barack Obama is a Leo with a Aquarius rising, so he exemplifies successful integration of these two energies.”

YUMMY :) ...and I didn’t know that abt Obama – interesting...you can read the whole of her summary about this full moon HERE.
THANK YOU all SOOOOOOOOOOO much for all the beautiful birthday messages Mr. M received yesterday too – he was awash in a wave of raw love ;) May it all be multiplied back to you all manifold...

I’ve been poking around for tooooons from my childhood a lot recently on YouTube, as I was making a special playlist for mmmmmmmmmmmmy sister, Nicola (whose birthday happens to be tomorrow, the 10th, which is also my 'half-birthday' – this is a definite power time in my connective field – she and Mr. M were born 2 days apart in the same year. Happy Birthday ;)
Well, you can listen to the whole playlist I made for her HERE if you’d like to get a sense of my childhood musical influences ;) LOL… I especially wanted to share one song below though – ‘You can call me Al’ by Paul Simon, filmed in concert in 1986 in Zimbabwe I think – so FUN :) Just try to watch this and NOT smile/wiggle/giggle/enjoy ;)

    Celebrating the BIG 3 0 :)

OoOOoooooLALA, what a FABULOUS last few days it’s been...a few nights ago we gave another raw food talk here in Reykjavik, to another PACKED room of lovely, lively participants – thanks to all who came along :)
Then yesterday was of course the uber-fabulous *8*8*8* day – HOW exciting :) Could you FEEL the raising of the vibration and the love energy? WOW...a powerful day indeed... (see THIS LINK if you missed out on the excitement around this date ;)
Then today has been Gay Pride day here in Iceland and WOW, what an event...LOL...really, I’ve never seen ANYTHING like it...it’s extraordinary – literally about ¼ of the population of Iceland (around 70,000 people) were out on the streets of Reykjavik today, in the glorious sunshine, for an incredibly vibrant, colourful and exciting Gay Pride parade down the main shopping street, ending up with an open air concert downtown. It was SO much fun :) I can’t imagine another place in the world where ¼ of the population would currently turn out, with such support and enthusiasm, for a Gay Pride event ;) It’s just beautiful...it’s a huuuuuge family event here – the streets teem with grinning kids, confetti, balloons, brightly coloured costumes and so on – wonderful, wonderful ;) All of the stores along the main shopping street are decorated with rainbow flags and special ‘gay pride’ window displays... Mr Monarch and I also happened to be celebrating his ‘Half-Birthday’ (yesterday) and my Birthday (tomorrow)...YUMMY :) We had a lot of fun dancing in the streets, down at the live concert ;)

    The Visionary Age...

Well, well, well...seems my recent post on bowel movements during Juice Feasting stirred up many curious questions in your noggins...we’ve been inundated with stool-related queries here - thank you ;) From ‘how is it that if I eat sweetcorn it comes out a day later having bypassed all the encrusted waste in my intestines?’ to ‘why am I not having bowel movements, if I’m doing juices AND smoothies?’ to ‘I’ve started Juice Feasting and am scared of doing enemas – do they really matter? I’m releasing lots of mucus through my nose…’

Ok…here’s my answer for that last one...
Enemas are very simple and not painful - nothing to worry about ;) You can even see videos of how to do them on YouTube ;) They are discussed to a degree in my book 'Revealing the Physical Changes', which you can see HERE.
Colon cleansing is EXTREMELY important while Juice Feasting - you won't be getting anywhere near the amount of cleansing benefits without doing some form of colon irrigation. Most of us are SO toxic and have so much to release - if you're not keeping up with that through internal cleansing, you can easily run into issues. Use a simple lubricant like coconut oil to help the process, take it slowly and I'd recommend some of the writings of either Dr Norman Walker (Become Younger, Colon Health) or my partner Mr Monarch (Raw Spirit, Raw Success) - you can also read many informative articles for free on Matt's website - see http://www.rawspirit.org and go to ‘Articles’.
If you really can't face the idea of enemas by yourself, maybe doing a PROFESSIONAL colonic would appeal more? Or use more Cascara Sagrada to keep things moving out of the system, or use other herbal formulas (e.g. 'Intestinal Movement Formula' by Healthforce), to move stuff out...it is imperative to keep things moving in some way though, for optimal cleansing...
Mucus is just clearing out of your body as a result of the DETOX you are triggering by Juice Feasting - DO AN ENEMA and you'll find this clears MUCH quicker - your body is just taking the opportunity to throw out stuff that's been building up for YEARS... Other things to help: do a sauna, sweat, exercise, tongue scrape, dry skin brush etc - just help your body RELEASE every way you can... ;)

on Feb the 4th I had:

    1.5 quarts water
    1 quart zucchini/watercress/cabbage/carrot juice
bowl of avo mushed with diced tomatoes/garlic, masses of sprouts – whero peas/sunflower seeds/pumpkin seeds/alfalfa/broccoli/mung beans, karengo and wakame seaweeds, served with cucumber sticks, lettuce leaves and bits of green crackers
    1.5 quarts water
    1 apple
    20oz carrot/celery/spinach/parsley juice
    3 dried figs
    ¼ pineapple
    1.5 lbs cherries
    3 cups water

Hmmm, sorry to hear the link was broken to Steve ‘Sproutman’ Meyerowitz’s book, in my last post ;( HERE it is again, for those of you who wanted to check it out. PLUS, if you missed his talk on RawVeganRadio many moons ago, I'd definitely recommend it - it's tres inspiring ;) You can listen to that HERE - it's now been moved to the 'Premium' area of the RVR site - they have a NEW offer on right now though, to try out the Premium area for just $1, for a limited time - so, seems like an ideal time to check it out ;)
…and for those of you who still don’t believe raw food fun can happen in the garden in cold places in winter, check out this super-cool picture of ‘Mrs Raw Snowwoman’ forwarded to us from Jan in Georgia this week ;) JUICY :)

on Feb the 5th I had:

    1.5 quarts water
    8oz orange/pineapple juice
    24oz celery/carrot/watercress/kale
bowl of avo mushed with diced tomatoes/garlic, masses of sprouts – whero peas/sunflower seeds/pumpkin seeds/alfalfa/broccoli/mung beans, karengo and wakame seaweeds, served with lettuce leaves and a Mexican power stick
    1.5 quarts water
    24oz celery/cucumber/lettuce/radish/carrot/cilantro juice
    2lbs cherries and a banana
    3 cups water

February the 6th is the New Moon in Aquarius - time for radical change, according to Lisa Dale Miller – and this gorgeous occasion comes with a partial solar eclipse - oooo la la, how blessed we are ;) Here’s a few snippets of Ms. Miller’s report for this moon:
“Aquarius is often thought of as visionary: an energy that looks beyond the norm, questions accepted truths, boldly claims originality, flies in the face of reason; and flatly refuses to blindly follow the dictates of others.
The annular solar eclipse will add a bit of heightened energy to this New Moon. Partial phases of the eclipse will be visible primarily from eastern Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. For more information on the eclipse go to NASA’s Eclipse homepage http://sunearth.gsfc.nasa.gov/eclipse/OH/OH2008.html#2008Feb07A
The Aquarius New Moon asks each of us to awaken to the reality of our lives. To see it as it truly is (no rose colored glasses allowed) and then envision a better life; one free of old rules and restrictions that reflect your “I can’ts, I won’ts, I’m unable, and I’m scared”. This is a truth or dare New Moon. Recognize your present circumstances and then dare to vision beyond them, past the boundaries of the known into the unknown.
Aquarius is all about the “power of one” to change the circumstances of the many... Aquarian success comes from connecting to the needs of your generation and making your life a testament to upliftment.
The Aquarius New Moon is all about individuation and freethinking. It is a time to get free of self-imposed restrictions and think out of the box.
Think about how you can become a force for change at your workplace, in your neighborhood, and at home. Change is good! So this New Moon, commit to changing your life and you will change the world. Ride the wave of this mind-altering, life-altering New Moon Cycle.”

Mmmmm, beautiful...from a Leo full moon into an Aquarian new moon :) You can check out Lisa’s FULL report HERE...and GUESS WHAT – in just a few days – on Friday Feb 8th – it’s my own lovely Aquarian’s birthday ;) Yes, Mr Monarch fits the above description of Aquarian energy remarkably accurately, as those of you who know him well will appreciate ;) …and this free-thinking visionary will very soon be embarking on his next trip around the sun...you can send him some big raw birthday love to matt@rawspirit.org (pssssst, don’t tell him I sent you though... ;)

    One love,

    In Gratitude and Bliss...

    WOW…
Thank you SO much for ALL the incredible, beautiful, loving messages myself and Matt have received over the last couple of days – we really appreciate all the amazing supportive yumminess you send in our direction and beam it all straight backatcha too ;) We feel extremely blessed…thank you…
I had SUCH a lovely birthday yesterday…Matt and some of the UK raw lovelies had arranged a surprise raw potluck in a park…wow ;) I didn’t know WHERE we were going – we were just wandering up through a park as far as I knew – then suddenly I saw someone waving at us from across the green and realised it was one of my soul sistas, who I hadn’t seen in over a year, who shares the same birthday as me and who I thought I wouldn’t get to see on our day of celebration – WOW – I ran across the grass to meet her and it all unfolded into a magical afternoon of raw picnic-ing with wonderful friends in the sun, as more and more people arrived to join in the fun :) I was SO happy – it was a wonderful treat…

On August the 10th (my birthday ;) I had:

    1.2 litres water
    big glass of rejuvelac
    tiny glass of orange juice
    700ml celery/cucumber/apple/ginger juice
    box of raspberries
double shot of wheatgrass with ginger, apple and lime
    raw chocs
    1 litre water
AMAZING bits of loved-up yummies at raw potluck – freshly foraged berries, raw hummus, pesto, salads, energy balls, phenomenal raw pizza and berry cheesecake from Shell and outstanding birthday love cake from Rawlicious – WOW :)
    1 litre water
lamb’s quarters with avo, tomatoes, sprouts
    1 litre water

‘LouLou’ left a comment on here recently asking where to get Chia seeds from in the UK – I’m going to post the reply here too, for all to see ;)

“Hi Loulou, thanks for your message. As it happens, we have a limited supply of 1lb (454g) bags of chia seeds here in the UK. They are £10 a bag, plus postage. Email angela@rawreform.com if you'd like to order some ;) xxx”

Of course, for those of you in North America/the rest of the world, you can order them from the same link given before, if it pleases you… ;) See HERE...

On August the 11th I had:

    1.5 litres water
    big glass of rejuvelac
    slice of watermelon
    a few organic apricots
    500ml water
bowl of ground chia seeds mixed soaked in blended pear/lime juice/ginger, with mulberries swirled in for chewing…
    1 litre water
bits of raw chocolate, amazing nori wraps stuffed with superfood concoctions, spirulina cracker-biscuits and masterful raw cake…all made by Kate Wood – wow :) we are so blessed...
    1 litre water

Tomorrow (Sunday August the 12th), is the new moon in LEO – here is some of the commentary on this powerful day from master astrologer Lisa Dale Miller:

“…this is the New Moon to uncover your own gift and then let it blossom and evolve as you give it to the world at large.
If you have had some creative project simmering on the back burner for the last couple of years, this is a powerful time to take it out, dust it off and see if it still has juice for you. If so, start to work with it again during this New Moon cycle.
...this is the perfect New Moon to look deeply at how much of what you say and do, is done to appease an inner need for attention and recognition of specialness, rather than a selfless, heartfelt, compassionate desire to heal.
True self-esteem is built by developing a calm center from which all decisions are made and all actions are undertaken. A real leader feels a tremendous responsibility to share their talent in an effort to make life better for everyone around us. Use this New Moon to look at how much of your time you share your talents to help others in need.
This is the New Moon for romance. When it comes to love, Leo loves romance; full-blown choreographed romance…if you are just not getting enough attention from your partner, or you are lonely and looking for love, this is the New Moon to create a powerful ritual to invoke and invite romance into your life.”

AAAAUUUWWWWWWWW – thanks Lisa ;) sounds divine – to read her whole article, click HERE

    ENJOY ;)

    Celebration Time ;)

    I have news. I’m very excited…
    I’m engaged… :O

I suspect many of you already know who the lovely male in question is…for all who are wondering however, his name is Matt Monarch…and he is a wonderful man. I feel extremely blessed.
We have known each other on-and-off for two years now and it’s been quite some adventure ;) Things became a lot more ‘solid’ between us following my Juice Feast earlier this year and then a few days ago, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him :) I was delighted to say ‘YES’ :)

I've started to look for a beautiful ring and we're waiting to see how and when wedding plans will unfold…

At the moment we're staying for a little while at my parents' place on the south coast of England – they're loving welcoming Matt into the family and Matt's loving it here too - the fresh sea air, dramatic chalk-cliff scenery and lovely sunny weather are so delicious at this time of year…we feel very blessed ;)

We both feel so fortunate to have each other in our lives now, enriching our time here – he is a wonderful partner – loving, sweet, supportive and radiant with truth…I am delighted and excited to share with him… ;)

On August the 8th I had:

    1 litre water
    200ml orange/grapefruit juice
    700ml ‘garden’ juice
    400ml rejuvelac
    400ml water
blended papaya, banana, goji berries, pine nuts – amazing
    raw chocolate bar
    500ml rose/chamomile tea
    3 apples
salad of young greens, avo, dulse, lime juice, watercress, chives, tomato sauce – fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, soaked sundried tomatoes, red pepper, blended
    500ml water
    slice of watermelon
    500ml water

I’m enjoying my time back here in Blighty…I’ve been feeling especially blessed to be enjoying fresh produce straight from my mum’s garden – she’s got tomatoes, chives, peppermint, lemon balm, cucumbers and even a FIG ;) I’m impressed…I SO long to get to the land and start growing my own stuff somewhere and it really inspires me to see someone else already embodying that – and so simply – tomatoes trailing out of hanging baskets, chives bunched in pots – no need for a BIG space, just get planting ;) – my mum tells me that many people are starting to grow their own produce here now in the UK – more and more people getting allotments and growing in their gardens too and there’s a lot of media coverage on ‘growing your own’ – WOW – I’m very impressed…great news for everyone… ;)

on August the 9th I had:

    1 litre water
    300ml rejuvelac
    200ml orange/grapefruit juice
    piece of flax cracker
400ml carrot juice with greener grasses powder
bowl of blended banana, mango, mulberries and ground chia seeds
    glass of rejuvelac
    1 apple
    3 persimmons
    500ml water
spinach wraps with avo, dulse, fresh tomato sauce, fresh coriander and lettuce
    raw chocs
    1 litre water

It’s my birthday tomorrow (Friday) – August the 10th – yeeeeee-HAH ;) I’m excited…I don’t know what the day will hold yet, as Mr Monarch has taken charge of proceedings ;) FUN…I’ll be 29 and just going into Saturn Return…eeeeeeeeeek…time to hold on tight ;)
    All love,
    Angela. xxx
