Teagan @ 4 Months

This little girl has us all so in love with her.  She hasn't been sleeping as well the last few weeks though.  She's been getting up 2-3 times a night but sometimes I can give her a binky and she'll go back to sleep fast.  Two nights ago she slept 9 hours and the night before 7 so hopefully she'll get back to sleeping all night.  I need to get her in her crib but Mason is a little resistant to switching rooms.  Teagan has been such a good sleeper I haven't minded but it's time to get her out of the pack-and-play.
She has rolled over both ways a couple times but nothing consistent.  She can be so content to sit in her bumbo and watch what's going on around her that sometimes I feel guilty for not giving her any attention for awhile.  She is a precious baby!

The big kids wanted a picture too.

I love her eyelashes!

Her fingers are constantly in her mouth which leaves her with slobbery clothes.  She still sucks her thumb occasionally but she seems to forget about it when she wakes up in the night.

I have been seeing this old man face lately!

We've had some major blow outs!

The poor girl woke up one morning with a scratch all across her face.  Dumb fingernails!

A cute, clean, yummy smelling baby!

Random Happenings

Labor Day was a bit of a bust.  We didn't have any great plans but what we did got shuffled around because Mason was kind of sick.  He had stomach issues off and on and he missed preschool and church but he was finally feeling better on Labor Day so we took EVERYONE to the movie.  Teagan was the best child! On Saturday we headed to the zoo even though Mason wasn't feeling great but he wanted to get out of the house.

I'm pretty sure this was Brinley's first carrousel ride.

It was such a hot and humid day that we didn't last too long but the kids enjoyed some popcorn.  Brinley more than Mason.

I have noticed how long Brinley's hair is getting when she takes a bath so one day I wanted to see what it looked like straight.  She likes me to do her hair as long as she can sit in the sink and play with things she's not supposed to.

She looked really different and older.

These two have to be where the baby is all the time!

Super Mason got this cape from Grandma and Grandpa Davis.

We are currently in the monsoon season and for the most part we haven't had much rain.  The couple times when we've actually seen it, we had to let the kids run and play in it.  They had so much fun filling up buckets and splashing in puddles.

I am ready for the humidity to be gone and cooler temperatures!

Last week Mason was the Star Student.  He got to bring one of his favorite treats and show-and-tell one of his trucks.  At school he got to be the line leader and wash his hands first.  It doesn't get any better than that!

I am so proud and impressed with how quickly he has learned to write his name!
