Today marked the end of Chinese New Year... it kinda felt like a gambling period for me rather than chinese new year... out of the 15 day period, i gambled for abt 5-6 days? or maybe more.. won some lose some.. a new game this year is TEXAS POKER!! this game is damn exciting as we just throw money in like nobody business... LOL
We created our clan for BLACKSHOT alr and we are named the AFRO_... like cool only right.. okay i really ran out of things to write.. I be goin to chalet from mon - wed with poly frends and i`m sure its gonna be fun.. I`m praying hard i can get the IBM job as i just sent in my contacts to the in-charge... hope to get positive news tml :))))) so many frends are goin overseas :( gxy, euson, nick,st,gerald,lincoln are goin taiwan from 13-18 march if i not wrong... Eugene is goin laos for community service frm 3rd- 16 march... Yong Boon is goin taiwan also from 6- 14 march... as for me i`m stucked in Singapore... sad kid :/
okay i`m gonna watch tv as i wait for the liverpool game to start at 11, probably grab a bite before that as i`m kinda hungry now.. update when i return from chalet... :)

Okay as i type this entry, i know there`s a minority group of my friends who will only end their exams next week or later this week.. The school life journey have ended for us.. 13 years of studying in school(minus kindergarden), it is time for us to step into the working adult world..
What`s wrong with us humans... before we graduate, we hate school, hate studying for exams, hate meeting project deadlines... when we`re about to graduate, we start to miss school life, miss slacking with friends, miss fooling ard etc etc... I guess that`s just humans... We never know what we`re missing until its gone... what`s left now is memories..
Memories with pri sch frends, sec sch frends and poly frends.. But how many wil stay?? i just know its gonna take a whole load of effort from everyone to maintain it which dont seem optimistic to me right now... Its v unlikely to have impromptu outings like now, everyone will be busy with their own life, work, family etc etc... New friends will of course enter our life and will severely test the friendship we had... Well, time will tell who are those that will stay and who are those who will slowly fade away...
I`m pretty upset abt myself for not saving up in time to go for the Taiwan trip with nick, st, gxy, euson, gerald and lincoln.. Well i cant blame anyone for this coz its my own fault...
Was talking about a short trip to KL with regan they all, well i guess KL seems more realistic to me now as its so much cheaper as compared to Taiwan.. or maybe i will chiong work until may and see if i`ve got enough to go other countries...
On a sidenote, i`m already thinking about a trip to Anfield alr.. FYI, its the stadium of the football team i support.. :) i will definitely save up for this trip... by hook or by crook.. Its a must go for hardcore fans especially if its gonna tear down real soon.. Its the best time for me to visit with gerrard and carragher reaching 30 and 31 each.. I would have to save up fast if i want to watch them play live together with torres :) But well even if they aint playing for liverpool anymore, i would stil want to visit the stadium plainly because i`m a hardcore Liverpool fan...
Okay so here`s my plan for this week, i`m most probably working on fri and sat which means this two days are burned.. unless Gxy they all want another gambling session on sat night then i be able to make it... Next week, i be having chalet from mon-wed.. den i be free alr... So pple, if u all made any plans, feel free to ask me along :) whether issit gambling or chill out session or supper, i be glad to join you all... and also I`M IN NEED OF A JOB ASAP!! ANY LOBANGS???
STUDY/CHATTING SESSION

Yah ur eyes are not playing a fool on you.. i actually started studying for my test when it only start on tue... its another of those impromptu decision to have an overnight studying session... But it turned out to be a fun-filled night yet again.... The Highlight of the day is : " AH BENG MUST DRIVE GTR" hahahha and it was said by Eugene... LOL he said alot of stuffs that day but some cant be posted... Another highlight was the pics and intro from Xavier Facebook and blog... WE LAUGH LIKE MAD TALKING ABOUT HIM!!! LOL
So we were chatting on msn at ard 7+... pple present in the conv is : Me, Eugene, Nick, Eilly, Gxy
Gxy asked randomly whether we want to study anot.. initial plan was nick hse but changed to pmall mac in the end.. everyone was so on again and we decided to meet at 10pm tat night.. Reason for everyone being so on was because gxy say those nv turn up must treat Mac... As everyone left the conv, me and eugene continued to talk as i show him a exotic girl on fb. haha so went to prepare ard 930 and left hse only at ard 950.. BUT i was not the last to reach pmall... instead it was eugene who stayed the nearest that came last... So i was e 2nd to reach behind nick, with gxy and eilly coming behind us.. and eugene excuse was:" EH, just now i nearly got into accident sia so i stand down there stunned for 5 min tats y i last to reach" hahaha so we settled down at mac near 1030 like that and started our so-called study session... ate and chit chat until ard 230 where eugene left coz he needed to rest as he got TP in the afternoon... and anwy he passed with 10 points.. Congratz... and he was saying he ltr lose money at the bbq he also dont mind!! hahaha (EVERYONE TAKE NOTE ABOUT THIS!!!) so we continued to slack until 315, 320 like that, then gxy suggested heading to her hse for football so we went to buy instant noodles before going to gxy hse.. And she being a good host as she said she is, cooked us noodles.. while we were watching the game... wah damn shiok lah her room.. can play BS on flat screen TV... we trial run the game on flat screen tv and it was like damn shiok loh make me wanna go buy one too.. it tempted both eilly and nick to join the game too.. so left gxy hse ard 6am and walked nick to mrt station before walking eilly home... Reached home ard 7 and slept at 730 all the way to 530.. so i am here blogging while waiting for the liverpool game to start.. AND i`m having a bbq at euson penthouse near pasir ris tml... SO LOOKING FORWARD TO IT... coz it wil definitely be another fun-filled session with them... :))))))))
A conclusion of our study session was that i managed to read thru half of one past year paper, gxy managed to finish memorizing one chapter... nick eugene and eilly progress unknown but overall it was not a productive session hahhahah

Was Chatting and BS-ing thru out the Day 3 of CNY... Received a call from SHBG( SUPER HOT BABE GOH. know her 10 years alr still the same... LOL) ard 9+ 10.. So decided to join them for gambling since i got nothing better to do at home... It was such a impromptu session but we just love having such session.. We always had such supper session last time.. May not have many pple attending but just nice for a fun session... So pple present were : ME, NICK, EILLY(ZHA DAN), GXY(SHBG), EUSON(BL), EUGENE, JOEL... started off with blackjack, change to in between( i lost money here :( ) den to si ki pi(dont know how to spell) and ended off with texas poker... Damn fun session with them, was joking thru out the whole 3 - 4 hrs there.... There were 2 highlight of the day.. 1st was joel who wanted to fake euson(the banker for blackjack) tat he got 20 by saying if nick get an Ace, he would go jump down... and the card really is ACE... we almost had a part 2 to this drama when he say if nick get ace again(in another round) he would jump down, stand up and jump again... but this time it`s not an Ace anymore.... 2nd was eilly who was busy texting on the iphone tat she didnt realized that euson took xinyi ban luck cards to fake everyone... and she stupidly go open... It made everyone of us laugh so badly... hahahah thru out the whole blackjack session, me nick joel was thinking what arrangement to put our money so that we can get good cards... it was damn funny too and eugene decided to join the army which consist of Joel(Da GE), me(xiao di) and nick (xiao di)... and our so called talisman was putting 4 2-dollar note together with the Yusof Ishak face facing the same direction... its the first time i laugh so much during gambling session.. SHBG and BL is the biggest winner for the day, winning 20+(she gave each of us 2 bucks so idk how much she won) and BL won 40+...Might be having another session with them on friday night and we`re gonna play texas poker !!!!!!! so ended the session close to 345 as joel need to return his car by 4am... we head to pioneer mall mac for our supper/breakfast... chit chat and reached home ard 515... watched e 2nd half of the game between ac milan and man u... and i saw ronney demolish the ac defence in a period of less than 10 min.. the game ended 2 -3 in man u `s favour... kinda unexpected for me coz i predicted a draw before the game..

As time pass, CNY does not mean ANG PAO anymore but GAMBLING.... i dont look forward to bai nian-ing at relative hse anymore... My frequency like diff from my cuzzie or maybe i`m just too anti-social :/ Instead i look forward to gambling sessions with frends... So i wan more more more more of such sessions.. hahaha sound like some gambling addict...
So let me think what did i do for the past week... hmmm i only went to sch for a mcq test on wed and tats it for the week... BORING LIFE HUH... oh yah i did went out to pass frend thing on wed evening which he/she needed for his/her test... and tats probably about it... i realized that e frends ard me most have family problems... i guess that`s how the society is now.. We all lead a sad life :( okay so sat went for steamboat with my parents near vivo during 3+ 4 and head home to watch tv programmes...
ytd which is chu yi, went over to ah ma hse bai nian as usual and as usual i rot during the time there.. this year is even worse coz they no more cable tv... so time pass so slowly there and finally its dinner time which wil also mean i can leave aft dinner... so had dinner and ask my sis fetch me home first... Bath and waited for joel ,wansheng, nick and xm... Xm`s bf Keniv came also later in the night... Luck was okay today and xm got a super long nick today .... SNDZA.. LOL.. ended the session at 1130 coz nick need to go home... might continue tml evening
HMMMMMM i gained a new sms buddy recently, the topics seems to be flowing recently.. okay i shall go shit and wait for nick to play fm alr.. BYEBYE
Had a serious conversation with nicholas.. its been a long time since we had such serious talks alr.. it kinda make the friendship stronger as we talk about what`s happening in our life... :)

An update since i really got nothing to do now :/ okay let me think of what i did for the past week... went for medical checkup on friday with nick and frends.... Got pes C L1 because i told the officer that the condition of my face does not allow me to put on camouflage and he gave me a pes c for that(which means i`m only serving 9 weeks in tekong even thou i failed my napfa :)))))) ) met up with kelvin tan and joel yew for a walk at jpt on sat... kelvin brought his red polo tee for cny celebration in camp before we head to his house coz i need to alter my jeans... Waited for him to change and eat before heading to vivo... walked ard vivo and brought a shirt from domanchi at 55 bucks... ate at kopitiam and head back jpt to meet wansheng to have starbucks... kinda "forced" to stay for the starbucks session by them... rushed home ard 915 like that to catch the 2nd half of the merseyside derby... and the moment i on the switch and tune in to chn 27.... GOAL!!!!!!
And that 1 goal in the 55th min of the game was enough to seal all 3 points for us and bring us to 4th position.. spurs, man city, villa all dropped points means Liverpool stayed 4th till at least the next match day... It was a fiercely fought derby as both teams were on the good run with Everton on a 9 game unbeaten run while Liverpool on a 7 game unbeaten run... Derby matches are often filled with rough challenges, fierce arguments among players and yellow/red cards... and it became a uphill task for Liverpool as we were down to 10 man aft 37min... it was a bad call from the ref as the tackle by felliani was more of a red card offence... but the defence held on ,waiting for a chance to pounce on as everton failed to make the extra man count... and we didnt wait long as it came from a steven gerrard corner kick in the 55 min... Kuyt took advantage of tim howard indecisiveness to punch or claim the ball to head in a crucial goal for us.. And from then on, we defended quite comfortably against e oncoming everton`s attack.. It was the striker`s 50th goal for the club and it couldnt have come at a better time... He`s refered to as Mr Hardworking/Mr Reliable by me.. :))) often popping up to score crucial goals and slogging his guts out for us even when e odds are against us...
Had reunion dinner on sunday as my bro and sis got other appointments on the actual day itself.. ate at a zhi char store call 2 chefs eating place.. its located at blk 116 commonwealth drive.. the food is quite nice but u need to go early in order to get seats as they dont offer reservations... Head to boon lay ntuc to shop for CNY goodies after that. Brought packs of drinks and food home, been a long time since we spent so much at ntuc... the last time was like almost 10 years back... head home, rot until 12 midnight and watch the chelsea arsenal game.. it ended 2-0 in chelseas`s favour.. The commentator kept saying that if Liverpool were to win at the emirates in midweek, they wil just be 2 points behind Arsenal and Arsenal might just be dragged into the race to finish for top 4.. I`m not gonna be over-confident and say that we`re gonna win at the Emirates but i think we got a good chance as our confidence are on a high after the derby match... Let`s hope we can mark out Arshavin this time as this russian actually scored 6 times in 2 matches against us...
Monday, went over to Boon lay place again to help my sis repair laptop and also pray at the temple there and had dinner over at boon lay too before heading back home and now i`m here blogging... Most probably heading back to sch tml to study for wed morning test and aft 1030am on wed, i be on CNY mood alr... WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOO... although no plans yet for cny but i suppose there be plenty of gambling sessions.. :)))))))

The overnight session on Monday proved to be too much for me as i totally knocked out from 9-6 after i reached home on Tuesday. Wasted my Tuesday sleeping at home and didnt touch on my osn mini project at all.. Went to school on wednesday for a 25% practical test which seems to be a late christmas gift from our lecturer as it was exactly the same as the trial test he given us last week. So completed the test within 30 min. Waited for regan and co to finish their lesson and head to market for slacking/relaxing session. It is another of those discuss future session with them as we decide whether to sign on for the army.. slacked till 4+ before heading home.. Had a 3 hr nap which explains why i`m so active now before starting on my osn report.. Goin to play BlackShot for a while before heading to bed..
Was discussing with Clara and Nick about whether to have steamboat session this year.. But i guess its not gonna happen.. With quite a few issues among the clique, i guess its hard to have steamboat like last year. Like what nick say " No More Happy Family" which i agree as i think we are v much separated right now. Meetups tend to be more and more difficult and not to say chalet and stuffs. I guess that`s just life, not everything goes smoothly in your life and not everything stays the same forever.. I guess there`s no such thing as forever in your life... Didnt see any interesting quotes so i shall end here :))))
