Happy Hodge Podge Day! :(

Today we found poor Hodge Podge dead in his tank. KayBree is devastated. I told her that this would be Happy Hodge Podge Day so we could always remember him! She stayed up crying on my lap by her bed, until she fell asleep. This is the third pet she has had that died. Spikey (the horny toad), Glowie (the Purple Beta Fish), and now Hodge Podge. KayBree is so tender hearted, it kills me to see her like this.

This is a play dough sculpture she made of him after we got him in California. She did it by herself with a potato masher. She is so creative.

): You will be missed Hodge Podge! :(

Fall Celebrations

This week KayBree insisted that we celebrated FALL!

So we made, decorated, and ate delicious caramel apples probably three times or more!

KayBree has collected a bag full of dead leaves and sticks... I still don't know what she is planning to do with them, maybe a fall mural?!?!

I volunteered to help with KayBree's class field trip to the Pumpkin Walk. I was so glad that they let Daimen come too because he would have been sad if he missed out. The pictures above are some of our favorite exhibits!

Below is picture of her class, her teacher is on the right side of the picture, and KayBree is right in the middle looking as cute as a button!

Last but not least... It was CRAZY HAIR DAY today at Kaybree's school! She told me after her bath last night that if we just left her hair wet while she slept in the morning it would be crazy! I knew she was right of course, but I thought that might be a little TOO crazy, so I twisted little squares of hair up into tight wormy buns and she slept on it and in the morning I brushed through them and this was the ending product!!!
She LOVED it!

P.S. I have added an intresting video about Barack Hussein Obama if anyone is intrested in watching it. If you do watch it let me know what you think! :)

~*~My Random Thoughts on the Election~*~

Good ol' Barack Obama!!!
(*** this post is oozing sarcasm)

You've gotta love the man who is running for the opportunity of becoming President of the United States who doesn't even respect our country enough to salute the flag. I don't know about everyone else but, due to his example, I believe I am also going to stand there looking like a complete imbecile, not saluting my country's flag... I believe he is a true inspiration to all of us and we should definitely follow him.

Dear Mr. Obama,
You DEFINITELY secured my vote, because to speak honestly, I guess I don't like our country either. I truly hope that you become our President, and just annihilate our country... to assuredly quicken the second coming of Christ.
Yours perfidiously,
Ashlee Raisor

Our Dear, Dear Michelle Obama!!!!

"For the first time in my adult lifetime, I’m really proud of my country … not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change,” she said. “I have been desperate to see our country moving in that direction and just not feeling so alone in my frustration and disappointment.”
~*~Michelle Obama~*~

She was an adult when we won the Cold War without firing a shot. She was an adult for the last 25 years of economic progress and social progress. How about the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1991? I don’t think the American people think on the whole that the last 25 years of American history is a narrative of despair and nothing to be proud of.

The 4 reasons I love Sarah Palin!!!

1.) She is a SPITFIRE! She is not afraid of metaphorically "B" slapping people of power who are corrupt. She is moral and sassy, what more could you ask for in a woman?

2.) She is HOTT!!!! Wow... can you believe this picture? I was shocked! Due to McCain's rather ripe age, she could be President in a couple of years! I would TOTALLY be ecstatic!

3.) She WINKS a lot! I was watching the debate between her and Biden. I swear she winked like fifty times. Who really is that comfortable talking to the American people that they wink profusely? Sarah Palin that's who!
4.) She has named her 5 kids the craziest names!

Bristol. Piper. Track. Willow. Trig.
Ever wonder what your name would be if you were born a Palin?
11
Ashlee- Churn Scorpion Palin
Josh- Thump Hummer Palin
KayBree- Geese Whalebone Palin
Daimen- Grill Igloo Palin

The MOST Fantastic Weeks EVER!!!

To start this post I would like to justify my abcence from the blogging world! Our computer decided that it's favorite color was BLUE, and even though it was a beautiful shade of blue, I was kind of sick of seeing it. So because of my vast knowledege of computer science I decided to let some of the lowly computer geeks up on campus to fix it... they do need the practice after all. Long story short... It's kind of fixed... kind of.

So this past week KayBree decided to have a great time getting kicked in the face by a neighbor boy. This picture is of the battle scar almost healed. It was a great excursion... the cops were called on the neglectful parent, KayBree was scared because she thought they were going to take her to jail, and Daimen decided to climb in the Police car and wipe his muddy feet all over the nice man's seats. Needless to say that I am scared to go to our park in fear of being shanked (a.k.a to hit someone with a homemade knife) by the previously mentioned "neglectful parent."

The second and probably most prominent reason for avoiding the park at Hanbury Manor....Big huge poop logs, chillin on the sand. Who honestly knows if it is dog, cat, or human feces but it unfortunately always tends to find its way squishing between my children's toes. YUM!!!
On a brighter note... I get to tend Tegan every Monday and Tuesday!
I stinkin love her and her chunky little cheeks! :)

We also flew Kites off our balcony... No one thought it was possible but I proved them all wrong. It was probably the funnest time I've had in a long time!
... ...
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST.....

DRUM ROLL PLEASE....

YOU ARE ALL INVITED FOR DINNER
AT MY HOUSE!!...
WHAT'S ON THE MENU YOU SAY....
APPLE SAUCE AND BARE TUSHIE!!!

I hope everyone had a week as eventful as mine!
