Change for good or for bad? I don't know yet.. too soon to say anything. But the one thing that I'm sure of is the environment will be different this time. No more jokes around the office, again I'm assuming.. just assuming. I had a long meeting, in which I should not be involved as others, my same level, are not involve.. the new manager came in. He just reported the other day. Today, he had us all sitting in the meeting room brainstorming what our strength, weaknesses, opprtunities and threat. The so-called SWOT analysis to improve our work. It was a sad scenario. He did not even asked the previous person in-charge how we organize thing. I assumed extra responsibility happily before this, but now, a little bit upset with the arrangement. Everything must go through one person, and he even mentioned that if he delegates work to others, we must be responsible for it, as if we're kids!..
Oh well! i should not be spending my rest time mumbling about this.. Sooner or later, I'll leave this comfort zone and face new challenges ;O)
