Busy Days..

Haha.. before I begin my post - i haf good news! My computer has repaired itself! =P the font size on my websites are back to normal!! Yayz.. =) Haha.. but this post is still in font "small", cos I guess I kinda like the small size.. Haha.. =P (I hope it doesn't revert back to the huge font again! O_O)

Thursday
Headed down to the bag repair shop to get the backpack which I borrowed from Teresa, repaired. The man was real friendly.. =)

Met up with Teresa, Jess & Chris to play pool! =) we went to this sleazy-looking pool hall at the top of Lucky Plaza.. It kinda gave me the shivers.. Anyway, we started playing pool.. Or tried to play pool, in the case of Chris & I. -_-"""" For a Guys VS Gals game, we were quite screwed to begin with. The number of white balls which both Chris & I entered in all 6 games was truly colossal. -_-""" me thinks we entered more white balls then real balls.. =P

Jess was pretty good for a person playing only her 2nd time.. Apparently she had intensive tuition. XP Must get Leonard to teach me also.. Haha.. then can trash her on the pool table.. =P Anyway, it ended happily on 3-3 =) Haha.. 1 game to us courtesy of Jess, who so kindly entered the black 8 ball.. Hee~

Friday
Yesterday was 1 hectic day. XP Headed down to Bras Brasah in the morning with Randal to look at more books @ Yunnan. Finally decided to grab a Fitzgerald after much deliberation. (Well, the practical me will obviously use the notes, since they are sufficient. But it won't hurt to have a reference just in case? =P Anyway, my counsellor Kim says its quite useful in upper yr postings, esp when you're doing neuro surg.. So i'll treat it as an investment)

Went with Randal to this Calligraphy shop in the same complex, next - I wanted to buy a nice calligraphy scroll for Prof Ling's prezzie.. =P Randal was really nice to lend me his brushes, ink, dictionary,... Wah.. I had no idea that there was more to calligraphy than meets the eye. We went in, and i didn't even know how to describe the scroll thingy - that's the problem of watching too much TV. =P your expectations are quite different from real life. Yah, we finally chose the shorter scroll (well, he could hang it on his office wall.. =P the longer one was almost full wall length! Thought that would have been humongous..) And then we chose a smaller brush. Apparently you can test the brushes b4 you buy them.. =D Randal dipped the brand-new brush into a cup of crystal clear water, then started writing on the paper. And to my surprise, BLACK characters appeared!! (he didn't dip it into ink) O_O

He must have caught sight of my open mouth, and laughed.. =) Apparently, there's even a special kind of paper that you can test the brush on. You just wet the brush, then you write normally on the paper. The water reacts with some chemical, so that it looks like you're writing with real ink. Even better - when the water dries, the paper is restored! So you can re-use it again.. Haha.. =) So funky! =P

********************
Anyway, headed off after that to visit my grandfather. He looked much better than the last time I saw him, was quite alert today.. =) even had the energy to scold some of the nurses.. lolz.. =D One of my best fren's grandfather just passed away recently.. That has made me see my grandfather in new eyes - to treasure your loved ones on Earth, while they're with you. And even when they are no longer physically by your side, they'll always be with you, in that special place in your heart.
********************
Back to my hectic day, I went back to Bras Basah (again) to meet Teresa, Chris, Susan, Daniel, WX & Gabby to pay the air tics. =) It was a gathering of the mothers - as our parents networked and reassured each other that their sons/daughters were gonna have a great time on this trip, that we're responsible, that we'll be careful.. And the list goes on..
Adjourned to lunch @ Jack's Place.. where I was pleasantly surprised by an early birthday celebration =) (Thanks a lot of Chris! =)) Haha.. its still considered early for bdae celebrations, so imagine my surprise when i saw that the cake was for me.. haha.. (just you wait for your next bdae, Chris.. =P Hah. I also know you dun read my blog, so you won't see this. Hee.)
Then we went.. back to Yunnan (again!) Sheesh. My 4th trip to Yunnan in a span of 2 weeks. -_-" i shld be given one of those life-membership awards -_-""" Anyway, have bought most of my books already.. Just lacking the mama robbins. Heard from Randal that co-op still has it, and its a little cheaper? AH!! I'm checking it out on Tuesday! (I foresee a crowd of crazed M1-M2s rushing to coop on Tuesday to grab mama robbins b4 it runs out, after reading this post. =P)
Headed back up to NUS after that to meet my anat gp to start on Prof Ling's present. In the end, we din do much, but we had a first hand demonstration of how to write nice chinese calligraphy by Pearlly XD We were all duly impressed! Haha.. =) Followed by the tea end-of-M1-tea-session. Sheesh. Wat a real waste of time -
1) My mentor didn't come, so I was standing there all alone, while being accosted umpteen times by over-zealous admin staff trying to ask me why I wasn't with my professor-doctor mentor.
2) The "release of results" was just telling us who passed and who failed. Many of us were sorely disappointed. A trip down to NUS takes like, close to 1 hour?? And we go down all the way to know if we passed or failed, when the results with grades & stuff are being released online on Tuesday.. Oh well..
3) For a tea session with professors & doctors, the quality of the reception was sorely lacking. They should get better caterers. =P
Headed home to grab some dinner.. Was so bushed, i din even update this last nite.. Haha..
* Hhmmm.. I realised that my posts are getting longer & longer. Mebbe I shld update daily so that bite-sized posts are easier to read?? *
** I just realised that i've another new problem. In my recent posts, this included, the paragraphing near the end of my posts gets lost, so that my paragraphs are all meshed together.. Ah... **

Anat Gp BBQ

Headed down to float yesterday to check up on its progress + materials.. Some of the materials have arrived already, so work has progressed. =) Yepz, helped in fattening up our "Pringles" can of chips, by layering the tower of buckets with 2 layers of cans.

It was deja vu all over again, as i taped the cans ala candy cane in RAG'04. Thankfully, most of the cans this time were clean and dried already. With the exception of a few cans in the black trash bag.. O_O When you tip the Carlsberg beer can over, an unknown liquid dripped out -_-""""" fermented beer. Beer is fermented to begin with. I wonder what you get if you ferment it even more. O_O"""""""

Well, the cleaning aunty was really nice! =) There we were, sprawled over the floor removing the ring tabs from the cans and re-shaping them, surrounded with used cans, and i noticed her staring intently at us. I was abt to allay her fears that we'll clean up the area, before she scolded us. =P Then, the aunty kindly gave us the cans she collected & cleaned (she was going to sell them to the recycling centre for $$) felt really touched & guilty.. Thanks a million!!

Yah, she was really nice.. And even suggested that we dig in the green can-recycling bins for more cans to wash and use. -_-""" Well... That would have been so RAG'04 indeed. Fond memories.. and foul-smelling memories of the flies in the bin flooded back. O_O Let's try not to scavenge for cans, shall we? =P As Jan put it aptly, if everyone in medfac contributes 10 cans - 5 batches of 200+ pple = 1200 pple X 10 cans = 12,000 cans. WOAH. That's definitely sufficient for float. Alright! Calling for cans.. =) and other useful materials, e.g. you find wooden materials left around @ void decks of HDBs, if they're not rotten, they can be used! Whee~ Do our part for float & the environment at the same time.. =)

Went for lunch with Jan, Dave & Pofun @ NUH.. it was nice seeing everyone again after a 2wk hiatus.. =) Aren't you glad some things never change? =)

********************
Had to leave shortly after lunch, cos it was our Anat Gp BBQ! =) Met up with Teresa before she gave me a lift to Clementi to meet the rest. B4 that, we made a detour to STA to get our ISIC cards.. =) And a certain half-written sms on her hp flashed in my face, revealing a dark secret.. Muahaha.. =)
Oops, i digressed. Yah, we were 20mins late to Clementi MRT. And lo and behold - we were the only ones there. -_-"""""" Sheesh. We were supposed to do the shopping ourselves. =P So, off to NTUC we went.. And Ruxin joined us (thanks RX!! =) dun think we could have handled all the food by the 2 of us) and we had a great time picking the foods + hardware needed for the BBQ. Gosh, thank goodness for Teresa's car also - I seriously could not imagine 2 girls + 1 guy carrying all the food + drinks + charcoal all the way back to PGP BBQ pits via bus. O_O
Boo-boo 1
We trooped down to Zhongyang's kitchen to make use of his facilities.. =) Hee.. Much slicing & dicing + washing, the girls exhibited their future "housewife skills" to great perfection =) After which, we trooped down to the pits to meet the rest. We kinda got lost trying to find the parking lot for Residence 5 where the pit was. -_-" the signboards were real useful - arrows pointing to Residences 1-4, 6. all except 5. I guess it should have dawned on us that there was no Residence 5 sign because.. WE WERE ALREADY AT RESIDENCE 5. -_-"""""""" Talk about a major boo-boo.
Anyway, the pit was in a really nice location. =) Sheltered pavillion + tables & benches, with a fountain nearby & the soothing sound of running water.. =) It was such a gorgeous place.. =) (Thanks ZY for booking the pit! =)) And so we started cooking! =) Many thanks to El for bringing her tongs + skewers =) couldn't believe that i almost forgot such important equipment.. =P
Luckily, I invited Janice along. She was absolutely powerful. O_O Janice almost single-handedly started the fire, arranging the charcoal in the zhen4 fa2 for opimum lighting + cooking. Me & Fuqiang contributed our arm power to fanning the charcoal.. =P (Thanks so much Jan!!! The BBQ couldn't have started without you! Haha.. treat you to lunch next time =))
Boo-boo 2
So we started the fire & the cooking.. And after a while we realized that the food wasn't exactly cooking. O_O so we puzzled over this for a while, until we realized that the aluminium foil which we had laid over the metal grill was absorbing too much heat, slowing the food cooking process. Eep. So off went the alum foil, and after that, it was almost plain sailing. =)
And the best part - the food wasn't burnt! =) Haha.. pre-BBQ fears of having to order pizza or head over to the nearby restaurant-pub for dinner, were allayed under the skilled hands of our chefs.. =) (Kudos to Teresa & the rest for doing so much of the cooking.. =)) It was great - just sitting around the benches, eating, talking, laughing, listening to music from ZY's ipod speakers.. =) What a wonderful everning.. =)
After that, we even managed to convinve Teresa, ZY & Toh Han to give us a sample of their Salsa lessons.. =) Haha.. it was hilarious.. =) Ended on a high note.. Can't wait for out next outing! =D

Of bits & pieces..

Was watching "Swordfish" on Ch5 last night. Not exactly a movie buff, it was my first time watching the show. Quite entertaining, I must say.. except for the fact that I found myself getting lost towards the end of the show. (Was it cos I missed the first 1/2hr watching Ch8 last episode of "palm of rulai"? Sheesh.. I dun tink so though..)

I especially liked Halle Berry.. =) Tink she's quite hot & pretty.. Well, that's when the show was made a few yrs back anyway. =P Yah, so i tuned in to the show 1/2hr late. But i thought i followed the plot pretty closely. Evil villian (John Travolta) hires a bad-guy-trying-to-turn-good-hacker (Hugh Jackman) to help him in this elaborate plot to siphon off $$$ from certain govt organizations. In the process, our hacker star turns hero by trying to ruin the evil villian's plot, at the same time, rescuing his daughter from his evil clutches. (I realised that i used evil like, 3 times already..)

Anyway, quite cliched, except for the fact that i'm sure this isn't the whole story plot. *I'm sure somewhere out there, someone who has seen Swordfish is laughing at me now, for not getting the whole pic* So - John Travolta siphons off the $$$ to destroy terrorists as a sort of "protection" in the movie? But that doesn't quite explain certain scenes, like the one where Jackman found a copy of Travolta encased in ice in the wine cellar. It doesn't exactly explain every detail, but the mystique left behind over how Travolta manages to pull off one of the most Houdini-like stage-acts in this movie story is quite incredulous, yet leaving you admirable over the script-writer's & director's handiwork.

Well, I figured that Travolta escaped with Berry and the $$$ to continue their "mission" - that explains the final scenes in the movie where there was this "news report" of several terrorists being found dead. Hhmmm.. Quite an unusual twist in this story - where the bad guys don't exactly get caught. Then again, who's who to say who's bad? Sheesh. What a mind-blender.

Ok, clearing the air - Berry was "shot", no doubt a smokescreen; Berry being some undercover agent was also a red herring;.. Hhmmm.. actually i tink i've deduced most of the storyline.. lolz.. except that scene with Travolta in ice in the wine cellar. Any takers? Just dun mock me too much in your reply post. -_-"

Life is starting to pick up again. Rag is gaining more & more momentum with each day. Giant fries!!! Just wait till I finish this project.. No more Macs for me. -_-""" The clogs in the machinary of Medicamp are slowly turning also. Life is becoming hectic again!! Ah.. So much for a job - well, mebbe cos i'm my requests are too high - an "own-time-own-target" job where i can commit to float AND medicamp, and yet also have some free time to myself, to practise my piano, to watch tv, surf the net.. Haha.. Sounds like i'm so not ready to take on a job, which i suppose, is close to the truth. School starts in less than 4 months time!! Mebbe i should just take this time to recharge my batteries, then take up any job offers that come my way, which are suitable, of course.
Anat gp BBQ tomolo @ PGP, pit courtesy of ZY.. Haha.. Its been a while since i attended a BBQ, and for good reason too - cos the food almost always get burnt, the preparation is quite intensive, and usually only a choice few pple are cooking the food.. Anywayz, i'm sure tomolo evening will be fun.. =) Whee~

Haven done much updating recently.. Hhmmm..

Just realised that there's something seriously wrong with my computer. The font size appears seriously HUGE on certain websites, like my blog and other blogs!! But other websites like my email and stuff all appear normal leh.. Why why why??? Sigh. Think i'll resign myself to just adapting to the new enlarged font size. -_-"" (that explains why you're reading this post in the font size "small")

Finally went out with Frank & the rest yesterday.. =) Was sidetracked weeks back by pros & dengue, so was really happy to see all of them again. =) Heh. I even managed to convinve Christopher to appear.. =) (wat an achievement) Card games + badminton.. and i got dragged down to lan. -_-" as usual.. was fodder for frank.. -_-""

And i need a job!! Argh. Financial woes are settling in. Never realised how much Europe costs. O_O But how?? Float (to the non-NUS pple, think Chingay, NUS version =P) & medicamp is starting to pick up steam.. Guess i'll just be saving more these few days to make do.. Other than that, nothing much going on in my life - watching tv, surfing the net, chatting.. life's great.. =P

CB vivas

Went back down to sch for CB vivas today. Got quite lost trying to find the place. I mean - with an address like #03-07, who knows where the place is?? I even had the fortune of asking 2 staff of the CB track building, who gave me such blank looks. See? Even the staff doesn't know the room numbers. Anyway, they were pretty helpful with directions.. And so i wondered around until I met Jessica. =)

Anyway, CB was in a way like anat viva. There was this really funny external examiner - can't really remember his name. Anyway, they were asking quite a bit of not-so-relevant stuff, like which topics I found interesting, what books do I read in my spare time.. I was like, huh? Ok.. -_-"

Yah, then the guy started picking up my test-papers, and going: "Oh, so, do you think that you understood the syllabus, or do you think that you have done a good job memorising the information?" (or smth to that extent)

Anyway, I was really irked by the insinuation, so i jabbed back pointedly, in front of the 2 NUS professors, "I am sure that the Professors are able to set application-based questions." To which he hurriedly went, "Of course, of course..."

Yah rite. And with that "Of course", OF COURSE it went downhill. =( Bleah. Talk abt starting off on the wrong foot. Too many out-of-syllabus questions. Argh!! Well, it won't be called a viva if everything was taught rite? Sigh. Another disaster.

Nvm. Shan't elaborate on the other questions. Was trying to smoke my way here and there a little.. =P wonder how much of it they bought.. Haha.. =P

Anyway, back to my holidays!! *With a tiny glitch* i'm grounded for the next week to rest at home while my platelets rise some more - no float, no nothing.. Except lunch appointments. You reading this, Frank? Sorry abt your badminton booking.. Why don't you go on ahead with the rest, then i'll join you all for lunch after that or smth..

Past Week Recap

What a week.

Sun - my mom was worried enough to bring me down to TTSH walk-in clinic to attempt a blood test. But the irritating doctor probably thought I was one of those stupid NS personnel who try to look for an MC on a Sunday night so as not to book in. So irritating!!! (well, to be fair, there were indeed 4 NS guys there, who look none the worse - so obviously trying to fake. Oh pls. Don't spoil the market next time, can or not?? Aiyoh.) Made a wasted trip there (he claimed it was too late to do a blood test) and wasted $35 as a result.

Mon - definitely sick. Headed to Hougang polyclinic for a blood test. Platelets were low - 121 (Normal 140-400 plus). Still pretty iffy.. So home I went.

Tues - headed back to Hougang polyclinic again for a blood test. This time, with an appointment, I skipped the long queues (Hhmmm, quite a big PLUS point) Platelets = 92. Hhmmm. Plunging. Still..

Headed back there in the afternoon - platelets = 89. Argh. Definitely sick. Sigh. After dinner, I packed my beloved Snell and headed down to AH A&E. Hhmmm.. Up till now, pple are still wondering why I chose to go to AH - for a couple of reasons:

1) Its decently near compared to other hospitals. TTSH is the next nearest, but the A&E queue is perenially busy, and there's always a shortage of beds usually, since its pretty crowded. SGH's next, but for obvious recent reasons..

2) The service is quite fast (I was called almost immediately upon arrival. Or mebbe it was just cos I was really an emergency)

3) The environment is really nice. It reminds me of a giant park. AH has really integrated trees and bushes and whatnots into its infrastructure really well. Kinda soothing.. =P (Hey, Geog was my fav humanities)

Wed - wat's new? I'm in AH. Chris & his mom visited me.. (Thanks for the basket! =)) Started studying Snell again for anat vivas - to no avail. Wonder how much of it actually entered my head. Well, maybe some.

I'm sure the nurses thought I was pretty weird, especially the student nurses from NYP & ITE - definitely weird for a person to be studying in the hospital. Argh. Though they were pretty nice abt it, after seeing wat I was studying.. -_-"

Thurs - platelets have been dropping the past few days. Reached 53 today. Hhmmm. My anat gp visited me today! =) wah.. Thanks guys! =) Haha.. Hope we didn't bring down the hospital.. =P Thanks for visiting me too, Jan & Serine! =)

Fri - Haha.. managed to ask for a "home leave" to attend anat viva. Many thanks to Teresa & her mom for giving me a lift down to NUS.. =P Viva was quite distressing. -_-" I suppose i shld take consolation in the fact that I could identify a muscle spindle, but it went downhill after that. Bleah. Terrible. Kinda wasted my studying. Thanks Dave, for hearing me rant abt anat vivas.. =P

Some good news - my platelets peeked up slightly at 59! =) hoping hoping..

Sat - Platelets = 86. Argh. Not high enough to go home yet. =( Oh well. Got my mom to bring down MMS for CB vivas. Argh. Is this really a holiday???

Sun - 107!! Finally discharged!! Headed home finally to my beloved computer and bed. And of course, back to mugging for CB vivas.

********************
Many thanks to all my friends who visited me, and sent me wonderful sms-es, and for keeping me in yours thoughts & prayers. Thanks so much for your encouragement & well-wishes!!!
A million thanks too, to my beloved Mom!! who visited me and helped bring my textbooks to AH so that I could sneak in some studying.. =P and to my brother!! =) for all his wonderful prayers..

of fever, pyrogens & paracetamol..

Yesterday was supposed to be a fun day.. Well, it did have the makings of a fun day - Sun, Sand, Sea - What more can you ask for? (With the exception of a certain virus.. -_-")

Headed over to Sentosa yesterday with Chris, Jan, Sue, Dave, Dan, WX, WY & many others for a day of fun.. =) And so we went cycling and it was getting tiring after a while trying to pedal uphill -_-" why did we take the challenge trail? Anyway, resorted to walking up the steep slope with the bike after a while.. =P

All was going well, until we had our first casualty. Going downhill back to Palawan, Jan was leading the pack, while I brought up the rear. As I turned the corner, I heard shouts infront. "Janice X 2000000!" Being at the rear, I guessed I kinda missed the action - Janice had lost control of her bike and fell off on the slope! Argh.

Fortunately, she didn't sustain heavy injuries, only 2 scratches on her right foot. Stranded on a hill with noone in sight, we were at a loss at what to do. Finally deciding to head back slowly, we wheeled our bikes back. En route to Palawan, Dave, Susan & Janice stopped by Sijori resort to seek 1st aid, while we headed back to return the bikes. The Sijori resort personnel were utterly useless!! Well, they did have a first aid kit (the only plus point), but there was no one trained in first aid there, and Dave & Susan had to help Janice with the 1st aid.

As if that wasn't maddening enough, there was this Sijori guy, who was just standing at the entrance, staring at the 3 of them while not helping. When Dave asked if he could give Janice a lift back to Palawan (he was getting into a minivan), he scoffed and went: "If she can smile & laugh & walk, she's alright." So maddening!!! Argh.

Sentosa seriously needs a customer-service revamp for it to be truly world-class.

Anyway, after the bike ride, we were just chilling out in the shade - I forgot to bring a change of clothes.. Sigh -_-" Anyway, headed off early to go for Church service, and I realised that I had come down with a fever!! Ahh... Its so NOT fun being sick. Sigh. Last nite was horrible..

And because of the fever, I have to skip lunch with Frank, LK, Mohan & Edwin; and a medicine steamboat at Chris' house. Argh. Talk abt bad luck. Sigh.

Back to my ice-packs & panadol.

Holidays are here!!! =)

Finally!! After long weeks of staring at textbooks, the exams finally ended today!! Woohoo~ What a trying period..

The MPSH1 was really cold!! And the air was really dry in there, so much that my lip cracked and i had to resort to drinking water during the paper.. -_-" First was the Physio paper. Well, nothing surprising, pretty normal, I guess, since we're all getting immune to the format of case studies and application questions for Physiology by now.

Anatomy was next, and boy, were we in for a real shock. The trend of question-spotting has not dipped in recent years, little wonder, considering the large volume of topics we had to study, coupled with the fact that only 6 questions were going to be set - it was no wonder that people were scrambling left, right and centre to glean tips & hints on the topics coming out. "Parotid" - by far the hottest topic, even "stamped, chopped, approved" by one of the "higher-authority teachers" was ear-marked early on in the preparations. Next came topics of hip joint (lower limb), heart embryology (thorax), stomach (abdomen), rectum (pelvis), nasopharyngeal cancer & TMJ & middle ear (head & neck).

Lo and behold - NOTHING came out. Sheesh. Just before the anat paper yesterday, I was half suggesting in jest, that all the spotted topics should not come out for the questions. Me and my BIG mouth.

The moment I sat down at my desk, I peered at the question paper (it was only 1 sheet, and there were 2 questions in front) - and i saw .. gland. SUBMANDIBULAR gland. But submandibular gland came out last year?!?!?! Then I started laughing - call me crazy, but it just seemed quite funny at that time. We were all expecting the parotid gland, then the submandibular came out. The other questions were equally traumatizing.. Heart yes, but heart coronary blood supply. Along with intracranial hemorrhages,... and KNEE joint. (I vividly recall someone telling me that Prof Tay said that knee joint was not important.. -_-")

Moral of the story? Don't bother spotting. At least, be more accurate. =P

So, after yesterday's tragic anat accident, we were all pretty wary of today's Biochem paper. As usual, pre-exam talk outside had people scrambling for last minute info. Questions & answers were flying around, until Christopher went: "Stop!! This group always spots the questions that don't come out!" -_-"

And boy, were the tables turned again. We were actually quite spot on today.. Sigh. I vividly recall myself mentioning "Hemoglobin Kempsey" then declaring that it was not important, which everyone agreed - and it came out. -_-" What a roller-coaster 3 days.

Ok, on to more pleasant things. =) Exams are finally over!!! Time to get down to planning the Europe trip. I refuse to stay in Singapore in the June holidays!!! Argh.

Headed downtown to Wheelock NYDC for lunch with Chris, Jan, Dave, Sue, WX, Gabby, Pearlly, Nat & Daniel. Had baked rice. Not very impressive, but guess it'll do. =P then we headed to Lido to watch "The Wedding Date". Fortunately the tics were only $6.50. Thought that the prices were being raised? Hhmmm.. On hindsight, mebbe Shaw didn't raise their prices.

Anyway, "The Wedding Date" was really nice! =) (well, at least I tot it was quite nice. The guys tot it was more of a girl's movie.) Right from the first scene, you could almost tell the direction that the movie was heading, and the finale. I tot the female lead was quite pretty, and the male lead was quite professional and smooth. Of course, there were a few twists into the otherwise simple plot; plus the fact that the movie was only 1 1/2 hours long (any longer, it would have become draggy) - it was quite worth the $6.50. =)

However, the beauty in such fairy-tale stories, is that they embody the hope in every single person out there, that 1 day finally, you WILL meet your ONE. Your special ONE whom you're going to spend the rest of your life with. No matter how rough the journey, you will meet your special someone. So sweet. Aawww.

Walked around Orchard for a while after the movie.. Spotted quite a lot of med M1s & M2s milling around. Guess everyone must be suffering from "Orchard-withdrawal syndrome".. =P Didn't buy anything. Though, it was a really thrilling feeling to walk around without a care in the world. =)

Another busy day beckons tomorrow.. Europe trip!! Argh. Plus Sentosa on Fri + steamboat, outings, piano lessons.. Ahhh.. Holidays? Haha.. Mebbe.
