I am no where near the coupon queen that my sister is but I try in my own small way. Last night I did a big trip to Target and only bought 4 things that I did not have a coupon for. I saved a total of $86!!! So exciting! And that included two bigger ticket items of The Muppet Movie and the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Time Out for Women Part Two

Middle picture: Mariama Kollon - one of the speakers and you'll also recognize her if you wanted the Beautiful Heartbreak video. Her story is absolutely amazing. She shared about her childhood in Africa, her family and friends being murdered by African rebels and how she came to the United States.

Bottom picture: Anthony Sweat - I fell in love with him when he got teary eyed talking about how much he loves his wife.

These were only three of the presenters - there were several more - Dean Hughes, Laurel Christensen, Heidi Swinton, Jenny Oaks Baker, DeAnne Flynn an Wendy Ulrich.

Hands down this was one of the best weekends I've had in a long time. 

Time Out for Women

I had the opportunity over the weekend to attend Time Out for Women - an intense LDS women's conference and all I can say is WOW!!!! In my next post I'll post the whopping two pictures I took:) Hilary Weeks was the musical guest for all day Saturday and her beautiful songs and spirit touched me so much. She is so beautiful. She's long been a favorite of mine and it was awesome to hear her perform several songs from her new album. I think this was one of my favorite songs she performed. "Beautiful Heartbreak" - I dare you to listen to it and not shed a tear.

Hello March!!!

February seemed to fly by like nobody's business. Now March is here, and almost half over at that.

I have glasses now:) I only need them for working on the computer and I absolutely love them.
