Halloween at the Rady's

We love Halloween!! We have really tried hard to make this one a fun holiday. It is one of my favorites. I guess it is because we it starts all of the really fun holiday and time spent with family. I love dressing up the kids and taking them to things! Carnivals and trick or treating and we also have a tradition now that mom and dad dress up and I am always a witch and dad is dracula and we get dressed like that in the morning. We listen to halloween music all day and I cook witches brew. ( A YUMMMY STEW) I make the kids each a halloween treat and we eat root beer and play games. We have so much fun and I love to see them get so excited! Anyways Austin has been waiting for a month now to put up the decorations and take pictures to put on our blog. So here is a picture of some of the fun decorations we have put up. It is a chance to show off some of the crafts and things I have done over the years also. Never pass up those opportunities, right? We will have to post our family all dressed up later. Over the years we have won costume awards at parties and we did the trunk or treat and made our van open in the back and put teeth opening and had our lights attached with smoke coming out of the back. It was really cool. Mike worked hard on that. We won an award for that also. So it is always fun!! As you can tell we are looking forward to Halloween!

So We are now up to date

Tuck and dad the day Tuck left the hospital the last time! We are praying that is the last one for awhile! So far so good and the Lord continues to bless us!! We now are up to date and hopefully hope to hear from you all soon! Thank you for all the phone calls prayers and wishes! We love you all !

Gone Fishin'

The boys love to go fishing. They didn't catch anything this day but they didn't care. They feed the dugs and roasted hot dogs and marshmellows the real reason they wanted to go. Tuck had just had his first shunt revision and he wasn't feeling too well. Two days later he went in again for the following two in a row. He was still a trooper and wanted to fish! He is such a great kid and has had a hard summer but I have been really proud of him for how brave he has been and how he has had so much faith in the Lord! He is always teaching me something! I love my three boys!! Four including Mike!:)

Havin Fun This Summer!!

Have you ever seen kids having so much fun? They really enjoyed having grass in the back yard this year! They were in the pool numerous times! It was fun to watch them have so much fun! We are definatley not looking forward to the snow!! The boys are always wanting to be outside playing and riding their bikes. Winter is never much fun for them they don't like being cooped up! We still have a few weeks! :)

My Heros

As you can tell I always have Superman and Batman at home with me!! They love to dress up and play together! Their favotite thing right now it making huts out of all kinds of stuff downstairs!! They are so much fun and I am sad everyday to see how fast they are growing up! Sometimes I wish I could freeze time! Life is so simple and fun to them and I love seeing things through their eyes!!

Tucker loves to have his picture taken and to take pictures also

We love Christmas!!

We have valentines day and I always make the kids valentines cookies and they love them. The next day is Bryson's birthday and he turned two this year. He is so much fun and he loves his bigger brothers, especially Austin they are really close in age and do lots of things together. As you can tell Austin would have liked it to be his birthday again!:)

Have you ever seen a cowboy in rollerskates?

Austin turns 4! He wanted a cowboy party and he got rollerskates and it was so cute and soooo much fun! They had hot dogs and french fries and root beer. We played pin the tail on the donkey and bean bags in the boot, and water gun shootin!! I love doing the parties for the kids! If I wasn't a stay at home mom I think I would go into business doing something like that! It is so much fun and they are so adorable!

Colleen's journey

We moved in our home in August, and had been here for five months and my sister and mom had been in an accident in Orgeon headed to Wash. to visit Colleen's boyfriend. They hit black ice and rolled Colleen lost movement from neck down. They later flew her here to the U, in Jan. and my mom began to stay here. We were glad she was so close! I was able to see her nearly everyday. She slowly regained movement back and worked so hard with such an amazing positive attitude! I was so proud of her! She is now walking with a cane, and has some movement with her hands. So mom stayed here until they released her at the end of March and then they moved in with us for Colleen to do therapy here. They went to the U and to Neuroworx. Both did amazing things for her. Then in November almost a year ago, they went home. She had not been home for a year. It was hard I am sure for her and my mom but they made it and she is doing well now. Still doing therapy every week and we see them every now and then for appointments down here. But for awhile she was in a wheelchair and we would go everywhere together and would get the strangest looks with having two people in wheelchairs. I feel like we were blessed to have moved into this house when we did because of its accessibilty! The Lord always provides ways!! We enjoyed having them and the kids are confused they think they are suppose to live here!! :)

Time at Grandma and Grandpa's on the Farm

It is always so much fun for three boys to be with all the animals and bugs and dirt on a farm! They seem to be in their true element when they are there. We want them to be more country boys then city boys! As we have been raising them here in Stansbury we are really begining to see the real value in raising them in the country! I want them to be responsible and hard working and we think we might have to get them some animals. We shall see!! Anyways we always love grandma and grandpa's house in Idaho!!

Time in California

Mike worked in San Fran for alittle over two years and we were able to go with him a lot and that was so much fun for us and the kids! We went to disneyland twice and visited Muir woods, that is a beautiful place, and the ocean and zoo were always fun! We spent a lot of time together as a family and did a lot of fun things and Mike and I both love to travel so it was a joy to go! We kind of miss going and seeing all the new sights!

Catching everyone up

Ok so we have been hearing a lot of what have you been up to? And what has happenen over the last year or so? And of course where's the pictures. So I have decided to do a year review and catch everyone up to where we are and what has been going on. I thought Iwould start with Tucker's baptism last year because that was so exciting for him and us! And of course I have to show off my cake abilities!! :) Before I became a mother I didn't realize all the other added bonuses to motherhood!! I love birthdays as you can tell by the photos! THey are so much fun almost more for me than for them! THey love the homemade cake, fun games and always the loads of friends since we live too far for family to come. We have been greatly blessed!

I guess I should have started out with we moved two years ago to Stansbury from Tooele. Big move! :) We had lived in our home in Tooele for almost 6 years. We needed to move to so Tuck could be more independent. We needed an accessible home. So we sold our home and bought the one we are currently living in now. We love it here and love our neighbors, couldn't ask for better!! Infact our really good friends (Poulson's ) were building where we are currently and we came to see their house and liked one one down from them. They lived right next to us for the last five and a half years. So we still have them as our neighbors and their son Nathan is Tuck's best friend so it worked out great! We are doing all the yard work ourselves. It is fun but a lot of work!!!! We layed sod this summer in the back and so all our grass is in, YEAH!! And later as you will see, Mike dug the whole for the trampoline with the help of my brother Cody. The kids love it and we have lots of neighbor kids coming over to jump now too! We added a new member to our family this year. For easter the kids wanted a dog. THe summer we moved here we lost Maggie our St. Bernard! We missed her so much! She would pull the kids around on the sled and she loved winter! We had her for 4 years and she was a rescued dog. The boys really missed her so we got a Bloodhound and he is so much fun! His name is Lee Roy. He is now huge well not like Maggie was but still for not even being a year old he is big. The kids love him especially Tucker. They are the best of buddies. Well except for Mike who is very attached also.

Austin is going to Preschool

Austin has been so excited to go to school like his older brother. He really has been ready for a long time. He says he wants to read and do math. It is fun to have him be so ambitious! He is a busy little boy. If I don't keep him busy around the house doing his chores (which he loves) than he is bored and into trouble. He and Bryson get along well most of the time and play legos, trains and army men. One of their favorite things to do is make a hut downstairs with lots of furniture and blankets. It is so cute! We have the neighborhood kids coming over and wanting to play everyday. Their parents keep coming over trying to figure out how they can rebuild the hut at their house so that they will want to stay home. No success. It has been like that all summer, and is still going. I wish I could freeze this age! They are so much fun and life is so simple to them. I love all the hugs and the kisses and "I love you mom!" It changes when they are older. It comes in different ways and forms which is ok too, but I really enjoy this age. Austin also can not wait to turn 5 in Jan. He wants to grow up fast and skip to my age so he can stay up late. Life is so fun with these three boys I feel so blessed to be raising them!

Tucker turned 9

Tucker is in the 3rd grade and is liking it very much! He is having a lot of fun with his friends playing basketball at recess. He likes having his first guy teacher, Mr. Rob! On August 30th Tucker turned 9, he his friends Nathan, Matt, Hunter, Kaden, and his dad went and did Lazer Quest. They had a blast! We keep hearing from the parents how much fun they had. Afterwards they came here and we had pizza. The next day Grandma and Grandpa Rady came and visited and spent his birthday with us. We had tinfoil dinners in the backyard. It was a fun having them. I attempted to make an off road cake Tucker requested. At school he had to do a newletter about himself. He has had a lot of fun the first week of school.
