To Haokai, Kengboon, and many other ppl whom we met on the basketball court ever so often. I know we dont talk much, but face it, sports brought us together =)
To Youhao, Jinhao, Jaron, Tianci, Philemon, for simply being there, reminding me that i came from the awesome school of GRPS =)
To waichew, zhongjin, chaychoong, larry, akilan, glen, and the 4J ppl, i know we were crazy back then. Stay crazy =)

I wrote this post subconsciously.
Never thought I would actually blog about Warcraft but...
Seeing the new Catalysm updates for Warcraft lore, I can't help but think that the Blizzard developers are leaning towards the Alliance against the Horde.
Firstly, let's look at the respective faction leaders. King Varian is back with even stronger resolve, especially against the orcs. Fandral Staghelm is replaced by the more respected Broll Bearmantle, which will probably bring stability to the night elfs' leadership. Magni Bronzebeard and the High Tinker (can't remember his full name) remain in their positions. Velen has the backing of the Shattered Hand Offensive and the naaru, seeing the relationship between the Draenei and the Light.
Now for the Horde. The most powerful and revered Warchief Thrall passed his position to the hot-headed Garrosh Hellscream to join the Earthern Ring (?) , Vol'jin had an argument and sour relationship with the new Warchief. Cairne Bloodhoof died and no matter how evil they were, the influential Grimtotem clan left the Horde. Sylvannas Windrunner gained the distrust of Garrosh after the Forsaken's research into creating more Forsakens. Fragmented leadership, no?
And now they actually added the puny little money-minded goblins into the Horde, and give the Alliance their old allies, Gilneas and the worgens.
Not to mention the return of Malfurion Stormrage, the potentially most powerful entity on Azeroth today. No matter how nature-loving he is, if anything come to harm unto his beloved Tyrande and the night elfs', I really don't think he will turn a blind eye to it.
The new Lich King, Bolvar Fordragon. Once a human, and I don't think he will bring harm to the living.
And there are already tables turned against right from the start. Human Rhonin, leader of the Kirin Tor; Khadgar, Jaina Proudmoore. I guess the only field the Horde can compete is shamanism, which the orcs are leaders in.
I really pity the Horde in the coming expansion. How are they going to cope with the odds against them?

And its 2 days before the accursed Econs prelims.
Why did i even take econs in the first place. Gah. I really dont mind writing essays. I think i actually LOVE writing essays. Or at least, writing stuff instead of pressing the calculators. Seeing that the highest grade i ever scored for econs in my 2 years stint never gone beyond a E (or D, i cant remb), econs prelims. Otokajo?
The following text will be some diary stuff. Yep. Im bored.
Last Saturday was SGK outing =D dawn jo n i had a mugging session at KAP before that. I must say...reading TIME magazines is pretty interesting. Much more than the math qns that i bought there. Yep. And after mugging for nearly 6 hours, we waited for the rest of the gang for like, nearly 1 hr? Ah well. The dinner was nice though, but all of us were so hungry we gobbled up the food. Pool-ed, and rushed back home. With mother waiting with a black face at the sofa. Tsk.
Looking back at this 'holiday', i spent about 4 days in school studying. Or so. 1st day wasn't productive, since i was literally mugging alone, and went off to United Square to collect Afiza's CN Blue autographed poster. And she didnt reply. And the poster is lying inside my cupboard innocently.
Tuesday was perhaps the most useful day, thanks to the 6 hours math mock prelims.
And i fell sick on wednesday x.x it was so hot in the morning, so i decided to come in PE pants and slippers to school. Who would have guessed that it will rain for more than 3 hours, causing me to catch a cold?
So i was dysfunctional on Thursday's math mock prelims.
And i spent 4 hours outdoors yesterday, and i FINALLY started on the dreaded econs.
I was so sian i actually went to repatch WoW with xy, and now we are becoming WoW addicts again. Well, not exactly addicts. Since there's still control. But hopefully...
Ok thats it. Im gonna mug. I forfeited MAF for mugging, and i shall not waste it *nods*

Is that the right path?
Frankly, I'm pretty sure of my future. I foresee myself half a century later, hobbling to a classroom filled with young imps getting ready to torture me with their new pranks and jokes. I foresee myself continuing to rambling on topics that I really enjoy, with engaging young bright minds ready to make me proud.
But sometimes i really wonder. Do I want to do that for my whole life? Are there no other goals or passion in life that I want to chase?
Sometimes, I really cherish the ambition of working in the entertainment industry (not being a star la -.-) or doing research on the human mind in other countries. Or perhaps, I really wanna enjoy working with others, communicating and liaising.
But neither do I see myself in the future as a power hungry CEO vying for profits, nor a fat grumpy tycoon with maids and servants at my feet.
It's coming soon. The day of reckoning. Perhaps,everything will unfold itself then.
