when i saw the photo, 1st thing i did was to count the number of Longchamp bags....

only to find my name at the bottom of the photo! hahahaha she knew i'll be counting! awwwwwwww hearts~

so the story behind the Longchamp bags is that when i bought my first Longchamp bag, Bitch was mocking me "why you spend $100+ on a canvas bag??".

and look how many Longchamp bags she has now! FIVE!! wtf. true blue bitch. LOL.

cant believe i have been rotting in RBS for 2 years and cant believe yeye had been gone for 2 years too, time flies mans.

we made macaroons!

.

bigdeals coupon, macaroons making class for $28/pax, open area at level 4 Orchard Central organised by Aii.

the ingredients! it's a no-bake class, so the macaroon shells are ready made for us. kinda duh given that it is the shells that are the most difficult to make.

we were a little late for the class, but it's no biggie cuz smart Beefie can catch up easily. hahaha.

me pouring the chocolate bits into the mixing bowl to make ganache.

the macaroon fillings is unusual in the sense it is chocolate and not the usual oreo cream ish thingy that we see in the macaroons selling outside. no idea why.

instructor warms up the whipping cream for the whole class of about 15 pax. pour into the mixing bowl with the chocolate bits already inside, mix well.

while cooling the ganache, we decorated the macaroon shells with food spray and pen! those are mine! yes that is a Chanel logo that i drew, obviously not a gifted artist. wahahahaha.

honestly expensive class to be just making chocolate sauce and kiap-ing it with shells, but it's affiliated to charity so take it as doing a good cause! oh and we bumped into my junior Kai Yuen + gf at the class too, so it's like a good couple-bonding class lah haha.

Beefie had to rush his thesis today, so i was home doing some constructive things....

- cleaned my earrings (yuan lai i have tons of earrings, clean until hands ruan)
- polished my watches
- cleaned my electric fan (sibeh alotta dust)
- washed my RBS lanyard (decided to get a new one from Facilities afterall)
- exercised with my new knee sleeve on, think it's rather effective

tired. haha.
