.
i was sent on an Insights Discovery Course last Fri, where i learnt more about my character and working style, and that people with other character and working style exists and how to work with people who are different from me.
generally, there are 4 categories:
Blue - calm, cool, thinking, systematic, practical, precise, rigid, unspontaneous
Green - harmonious, people-oriented, pleasant, avoids conflicts, soft
Yellow - fun, creative, flexible, outgoing, impractical, disorganised
Red - efficient, structured, brief, fast, decisive, tough, demanding
this is what i think i am, top being most like, bottom being least like:

lols.
then there's this walkaround activity where everyone in the class indicates on the piece of paper pasted behind your backs what they think u are:

exactly what i think i am. hahaha.
before the class we already did an online questionaire, which is used to do up a personal profile, ie. what we truly are. this are my results:

fwahahaha. the graph on the left means that im consciously a more yellow then red person, but unintentionally im more red than yellow.
which kinda means that im unintentionally more bossy than i think im. LOL.
the profile has alot of other information like how to manage you and what not to do when communicating with u. my colleague boonz who sat beside me, had an interesting point and true point in this profile:

wahahahaha.
i think my profile is like 70% true lor, it's scary. lols.
then we were also asked to draw out what we think we were like at 10 years old, 10 years ago, now and 10 years later:

10 years old i was a primary school kid wearing polka dot uniform, 10 years ago i was in National JC air rifle school team (and Sabbie thought i was in NATIONAL air rifle team LOL), now im dreaming of buying Prada, 10 years later i hope i can open my own kopitiam... hurhur.
interesting course! ask your boss to sign u up for it too! www.telic-asia.com

another classic happening to PAP is Sitoh Yih Pin's "等久就有": he lost to Mr Chiam See Tong twice, now to win by a mere 114 votes. *tsk tsk*
i feel so sad for Mr Chiam, he is such a great man with great passion for the people. i personally witnessed him willing his 76 years old frail battered-by-2strokes frame to the rally. but honestly im not surprised he failed.
actually on one hand, im happy that the Worker's Party is finally propelling us into a real democracy by winning the most number of seats in parliament ever, but at the same time cant help but worry for the future of Singapore.
