and there's even a meet-the-santa session organised for the kids. tats my boss, by the way. this santa made 3 kids cry tat day. ahahahaha.
xmas eve was also beefie's bd! his momos reserved a table for him at The Pump Room. 
and even bot an epic boobastic cake for him. -_-
so beefie decided to give his bfs a french each, out of sheer gratitude. LOLs i told u beefie's gay! AHAHAHAHA.

xmas day hotpot at dor's hse! contrary to the prev photo, my thigh looked thunderous here so i had to star it away. bleahhhh.
we also bot sparkling "wine" and a strawberry short xmas cake! hehe. it was fun hanging out w the girls!
boxing day was always ah gong's bd celeb. my kid cousins are all growing up so fast, i have problems recognising them!
tadah! sibeh mismatched dressing, donno he wear so nice go JB city square for wat. ahahahahaha.
we din manage to do much things in JB tho, just went Nandos for a yummy but badly serviced lunch, watched merely-S$1-cheaper-than-sg movie Little Fockers, then it's time to go home.

SANTA, but of cuz! he wants to wish everyone a merry sweet christmas! WAT WERE U THINKING OF?? lols.
anyways so after dinner at Shake Shack, lulu n family walked us to Madison Square Garden for the match. 
THE Garden not only hosts basketball matches, but also ice hockey matches and also celebrities' concerts like Madonna's! 
that's the star player of New York Knicks, scored quite a number of baskets that night, but still didnt managed to bring the Knicks back from the dead. hahaha yes the Knicks are not very zai. 
i chose this guy cuz he's the cutest among those on the wall. yeah, i know, right. hahaha. 
poor me can only afford back row seats, but considering the fact that courtside seats costs afew grand, mine were decent seats at decent price, about sgd100/ticket nett via stubhub.com (thanks lulu for the reco!). 
realli eye-opening i would say, there's vendors walking about selling popcorns and hotdogs and drinks. toilet sucks though, very dirty. 
well since big names like Kobe Bryant /LeBron James were not playing at NYC the dates i was there, i LL chose the match against Rockets cuz at least i know Yao Ming. BUT! Yao Ming didnt even appear that night! not even bench! wtffffff knn. 
the crowd also booooooo-ed when Rockets were having a streak. hurhur interesting huh. but i still fell asleep at the beginning of the match, uber jetlag lah. 8pm NYT was my doze-off time then lols. 
in between quarters and timeouts there were performances by cheerleaders who were surprisingly well-clad (why huh?) and drummers and kid hip hoppers. cooooolsies.

muahahahaha! tats my insurance claim for the 23hr baggage delay when i came back from nyc! HO HO HO!!

team shu shu's centrepiece! uber pro xmas tree, looks like the one in takashimaya lor lols.

team mi's tree, though doesnt look as impressive as team shu shu's, but received special mention because they put the CFO's face as the fairy at the top of the tree. hilarious lols. 
team secur won 3rd prize, and this is their centrepiece! veri creative, the tree is made up of magazine collage! environmentally friendliness is part of the judging criteria, u see. ah well, team secur prob also won cuz their boss is uber cute. 
2nd prize went to team boe! their ingenuous paper fireplace and collage tree takes the cake man, realli very impressive. and there's only 5 person in the team! compared to others of at least 20. 
the winner is team dfr! their chimney made of recycled cardboard box took the cake lah. plus they have ALOT other barangs barangs around their area, 120% efforts man. hurhur.

lights at orchard road changes from section to section of the road, blue at the wisma area.... 
to purple at the 313 area. pretty nice, but the crowd is MAD! would try to avoid orchard as much as possible mans.

okay let's talk about yoghurt for humans! lulu introduced me to pinkberry! omggggg reallyyyyyy yumsssss maxxxxxx! i eat it like every morning and every night at THE apartment lor! better than yami yoghurt!
Silver Towers at west 42nd Street aka lulu and zim's NYC nest! 2 bedrooms + 1 living w connecting kitchen, mr and mrs lim bestowed us with a room to ourselves!
juz look at the breathtaking view! this is what we wake up to every morning! ohohohoho~
living room! a little cluttered but that is what made it a cosy place to hang out with friends (ie. lulu + zim), watch tv (cable tv there is fantabulous!) and eat yoghurt (pinkberry!!)....
and of course a great place to play with Sam! awwww i miss the pesky boy!
