despite it being a potent tear-jerker, i only nearly teared at e part where e whole family was laughing n talking n eating pizza for dinner in Kate's hospital room, n Kate subsequently died that night. guess tats cuz it juz reminded me of my grandpa, since tats exactly wat happened to him as well.

e last few times i visited my grandpa at e hospital, when he was too weak to talk, i wanted to hold his frail hand. but i din, cuz it's not sth tat me n my grandpa will do, hold hands.

if i had realised then tat i wont be able to hold his hands ever again, i would have held his hand.

i went on taitai-ish high teas with dar n love couple of mths ago (ie. more than a yr ago).

Marmalade Pantry @ Palais Renaissance

zen's bdae, we treated her to lunch, which makes it 3mths ago (ie. 15 months ago).

pretty high class place, our surrounding patrons look like rich atas ppl.

we ordered crab salad, pork spaghetti, cupcakes, n sth else i cant rem.

crab salad has a stinky seafood smell at first sight, but realli doesnt taste as bad as it smells. lol tis is like such an oxymoron.

tis is essentially just roasted pork spaghetti with a fancy name to it. roasted pork is savoury, but it just reminds me of e heartland hawker centre 烧腊, at 6x the price.

cupcake is anything but extraordinary, dont be fooled by it like we did.

realli is a high tea place wor, it's e dessert shop with pretty deco at e outskirts of Central.

potato salad, nth fantastic. oh but i quite like e nuts (sounds wrong, but i dont mean it tat way, lol).

blueberry pancake. tastes weird, it's salty n sweet at e same time. hmm.

oso ordered their cupcakes, which are nth memorable.

e only plus is e princessy decor inside! makes us feels like ROYAL TAITAIs! wahahaha~ let's do more high teas! yummier ones! hehe~
