cuz of some screwups by my dad, i wasnt able to attend e rituals today. but anyways, grandpa noes tat i love him de hor.

i read somewhere tat time does not wash off e pain, but rather, it's your attitude tat chged with time tat makes e pain more bearable. ie. as time passes by, u realised tat e passing of a love one is realli part n parcel of life, everyone goes thru it, n life still goes on, hence u can better accept e loss.

as usual, me n fling are e ones waiting for e others (ie. hong n miao)... e living room in e svc apartment is realli nice sia, to hang out with a buncha frens.

okay e purpose of tis photo is to illustrate tat i blend in with my duffel bag n the janitor's signboard. hahaha.

brunch was nasi briyani at a nearby indian diner, quite nice. take all u want on ur own, then juz pay at e counter.

we split into 2 cabs to head for e bus boarding area, it's at some OLD bus terminal place, quite ulu de. then these 4 ppl above went to e NEW bus terminal n happily camwhored while waiting for us.

then e veri smart ronnie realised sth's amissed n called us (backgrd, pink arrowed). while e pretty ladies still din detect anything wrong. (okay i made tis part up, i donno who's e 1st to realised it's e wrong bus terminal, lol).

unlike me fling n the lovey couple, happily nua-ing away at e correct boarding area's comfy sofa. hehe.

they finally arrived at e right place~

our luggage is realli not alot lahz, we have 8 ppl in total wor. failed shopping spree. haha.

tis Nice bus is damn atas, super luxurious SVIP seats plus inhouse stewardess! serves drinks n snacks!

n it's supposedly safer cuz e boarding place is not e usual chaotic Puduraya bus terminal, but e ulu-er n supposedly safer OLD bus terminal (partly e reason why half of us went to e wrong place).

alighting at Orchid Copthorne in Bt Timah there, instead of e usual Victoria St / Golden Mile. but i had a hard time gg home frm Orchid Copthorne, not v convenient.

quite cheap oso, tink less than S$30 (is tat right, fling??) cuz we bot frm KL itself. e 二少爷 fiasco was cuz we needa get these bus tix frm him.

e backgrd was some monument thingy, quite nice hence took e seemingly veri vain photo. haha. ahhh stimes i realli hate my nose. oh well.

ronnie was being v random, asked me to raise my feet n he juz snapped e photo. heng i pedicured my feet b4 gg KL. hehe.

but ronnie's self-portrait skill is super power! captured almost all of us except zzg who's sitting behind ronnie. cool~~

tink we arrived in sg more or less on schedule, took tuas checkpoint n hence not much of a jam. thus concluded my 3d2n KL trip with my bunch of bros n sis! love u ppl, we shd go one such trips again! =))

dinner + drinks + supper @ KL

dinner was at Hometown Kopitiam at The Curve (10min taxi ride frm 1U). it looks like Old Town, food's similar too. i 'queen-ed' away my face cuz i look quite crappy in tat photo (even with photoshop).

we girls love e assam laksa! ordered another bowl somemore.

but me n fling end up eating e bean sprouts cuz hong n miao dont. heh. Hometown's assam laksa is better than Old Town's, well, at least it's better than the Old Town Jurong Point branch. LOL~

nasi's so-so nia, mayb cuz e assam laksa stole e show le. hehe.

fling aka the-girl-who-will-die-if-she-eats-bread. we were all quite duh-ed when she said she'll die if she eats bread. haha. tats like exact opposite of lijun. hahahaha.

drinks at The Ice Bar (is tat right, fling?). quite a nice place, wld be even nicer if there's aircon. haha.

oh but e drinks there kinda suck, i rem hong's lychee martini tasting weird.

n my usual cannot-go-wrong apricot brandy w sprite is too sweet. oh well~

we chilled till e guys finished watching their soccer match at e bar, then went for supper at Jalan Alor.

after having a day full of sinful food, we adjourned back to our hotel.

these are e girls' buys. realli not much. shd have went bintang to shop lahz, those shopping centres not our cuppa tea.

e ladies all dressed up for a beautiful (n hot) day in KL.

e purpose of tis photo is tat chun baby is behind us. LOL~

once again, we headed to KLCC. a better look at e veri majestic KLCC tis time round, really a gigantic shopping centre.

brunch is A&W!!! singaporeans always gian A&W when we'r in msia/indon hor. i love their root beer float! (tis is e part where lulu will say it's so ez n much cheaper to do root beer float at her house, lol~)

after brunch we went 1 Utama Shopping Centre. these ppl were waiting for us to use e washroom, no idea wats arm-interlocking thing abt tho.

hong was v impressed by their electronic store directory. haha.

e guys n girls n couples decided to split up n do some shopping at 1U. after some futile shopping (i bot nth, zero), us girls went for high tea at Miss Read.

i was tryin to look at my cuppa latte lovingly, but i tink i looked emo instead. -_-

fling looks refreshing with her refreshing lime/mint drink. hehe~

e sinful 3-layered high tea platter. not v fantastic, actually. juz fancy.

actually i tink there's nth great abt 1U, it's juz like another shopping centre in sg, selling similar things at similar prices. wont reco u to go.

then we met up with e rest (apparently they went for high tea too), n loitered around KLCC for quite awhile, waiting for 二少爷 to appear n pass us our KL-SG bus tickets.

i was literally flipping thru e fashion magazines n asking e guys to give thumbs up/down at every female celebrity in e mag. veri bored.

二少爷 finally arrived n took tis pic for us. see how long zzg's face is? it got longer n longer 二少爷 made all 8 of us follow him as he does his window shopping, while still keeping our bus tickets out of reach frm us. heng tis is e only fiasco tat we had in KL. haha.

this is a story of a fj boy and a fj girl...

fj girl has too many of something lately, n too little of another something.
fj boy has too little of the same something lately, n too much of e other something.

but both of em felt equally empty. so, how to achieve e perfect balance? wat do u really want?

no wonder fj girl and fj boy are such good frens. LOL~

we reached KL!

1st smart thing to do in KL is to alight e bus b4 it hits e super jammed part of e city, n hop on to a cab which brought us to our veri posh n comfy Crown Regency Service Apartment Hotel!

muahahahaha~ i tink im so brilliant to come up with such great choice of accomm for all of 8 of us. okay actually it was my a2 who suggested e idea to me. watever~

it has 3 rooms, 1 for e girls, 1 for e guys n 1 for e couple. plus there's a living room where all of us hung out n watched tv tog, n a kitchen which we merely used to boil water. hehe.

fantastic place to stay for a huge grp, n veri cheap! i tink each of us paid S$28/night nia. hoho~

as we were starving, we head over to KLCC (which is juz 5min frm our hotel) for our "brunchner".

fling recommended us Chilis, spanish restaurant i think.

we ordered their signature Presidento Margarita, at fling's reco again. it's an interesting drink, u get to shake ur own margarita. but it's too big a serving, many of us cant finish.

food's pretty gd! but mayb cuz we'r too famished. servings are pretty huge. can try tis if u chance upon it in KLCC.

after tat we went cold storage to stock up on tidbits n cup noodles, did abit of shopping (i bot a pair of shoes frm vinci), then cuz it was raining outside so we nua-ed at starbucks abit. tat concludes day 1!
