ton, ton, ton, kuishinbo~~1st round of celebration was with e sisterhood at Suntec City Kuishinbo, japanese buffet.
but prior to tat, we had training in office....

tats wat i've been doing throughout training, reading newspapers (with training notes on top as disguise), snacking, n taking photos. haha~

realli love training days, so carefree. wld be better if it's offsite training, no emails to distract us!

as usual, ting n qian were e earliest to arrive at Kuishinbo after training. e rest got decoy-ed by mgrs n clients n associates.
.it's freaking miserable to sit there n wait for e rest to arrive b4 we tuck in!! we were surrounded by marvellous food!!~

ooohhhh i love e prawns! veri freshy n tasty. dont heart e crabs as much tho.

e teppanyaki meats are fantastic too! esp beef! salmon's not bad too, n im not even a fish lover. sushi's not bad as well, there'r weird apple n mango sushi. oso yummy are e soba n chawanmushi.

salads, choc fondue, desserts (nth's gd except e eclairs) n edamame! i used to shove all edamame to Lulu, but i've grown to love it nw! $2.90 for a big bag of edamame frm Fairprice! nice!
.wat makes Kuishinbo successful is their half-hourly specials. once u hear "ton, ton, ton, Kuishinbo", everybody cheongs to either e dessert/teppan counter to grab e specials!

i managed to grab a
kawaii melon-shaped ice cream n a plate of delicious teppan prawns (not photo-ed)!

oh n oso, there are hourly lucky draws: each hour 5 tables walk away with one free buffet. n guess wat?? we won one! so we paid e price of 5 for 6 pax! ahehehe~

tink we were e loudest in Kuishinbo tat nite, we cheered how loud once our table number is called out during e lucky draw lorz. haha~

Sichuan Dou Hua Restaurant
atas restaurant atop UOB plaza, which is near PwC.

dont be fooled by its name, it sells more than juz Dou Hua. their chinese food is fantastic! ala carte buffet $55/pax nett.

free flow sharks' fin soup with generous amounts of crab meat n sharks' fin! fresh scallops black pepper style!

Soon Hock fish is marvellous as well! but muz eat it while it's hot as it gets veri salty towards e end, e fish soaked up all e soy sauce.

prawns! omg! both e sweet sour prawns n kung pao prawns are wonderfully yummy! wonderyummy! haha~

tis soup looks gross right? it's not tat bad lahz, eight treasures soup. yeah i noe it's supposed 2b eight treasures tea, but they evolved it into soup lehz.

see how much my table enjoyed e food? hehe~
cuz i joined e run late, i missed out on e appetisers. heard they'r not too bad tho.

anyways, it's machiam like wedding banquet: chinese restaurant, round tables, banquet-ish food, 3 tables of friends, etc. other runnies say it's like a prelude to DnD. haha~

of cuz, after dinner comes dessert.... sichuan red bean pancake, nice! hot n crispy~

how can we miss out Si Chuan Wolfberry Dou Hua at Sichuan Dou Hua?? LOL~
e Dou Hua is real yummy btw, i tink it's even better than e one i tried in HK 糖朝. e wolfberry honey is special in contrast to e normal sugar syrup.

juz look at e amt of runnies who turned up for e anniversary dinner, cool huh~
