So today i went to my cousin's house, a three-storey house in changi, to watch a lion dance.

(Yes they are rich, rich enough to have two cars and three kids)

It was a huge affair, with (estimating) at least 5 different families turning up, that's about.....20 over people?

Its not a good thing for me because i was there alone. My mother and brother had to work so couldnt go, so my only "shield" was my aunt [cousins were too busy entertaining the crowd].

So i quietly sat at a side observing my cousin's three young kids. They are rather smart; oldest one smart enough to steal a whole container of some cny goodies and run upstairs for some teenagers gathered there [i'm left out =( ], the middle one able to yell 'lemme see!' when someone took a photo of her, and the youngest can recognise one particular relative and execute a rare *open arms, spread towards the auntie, eyes eagerly looking at her, making ahh!ahh! sounds* to be carried by her.

I am also particularly amused by the adults making funny actions and sounds to get the babies to smile or laugh. Secretly i'm wondering if they are trying to make the babies happy or make themselves happy =X

Occassionally there's the "WEi ah~ got get some food to eat! Go help yourself with the food! Got drink or not? Go get some drinks!" from the hosts.

The lion dance was not bad, though they fell down once.

Yes they fell. There's a little story to it, but in short, they made a mistake becos they are too rushed.

And then for the first time i saw my cousin's wife leading the lion run around the house like a little girl. Also the first time i saw my cousin flaring up, abit though.

After the dance everyone stayed around for a while. Started gambling haha.

Then someone had to see that i was very bored and asked my cousin who i am. Then my cousin had to announce to the whole world that i am my mother's son and studying in vjc. And so the whole world looked at me for a good few seconds, making me totally embarrassed.

Anyway tml have to return to sch liaox. There's another hurdle to cross tml...the cross(pun!) country. Argh...

But the immediate hurdle i have to cross is to, be shocked, write and submit a draft of my school graduation certificate before 2355 tonight.
Some random images.......

Well people these days are hao-lianing their desktop wallpapers on their blogs. Sadly, not many knows what a wallpaper means. Allow me to enlighten:

I wonder am i so detestable that everyone wants to block me?

A photo we took when we went back to ahs on friday:

Can you all see that I was being sexually assaulted?

Finally, a corny picture i saw on vj blog:

Have a nice day ahead!
While waiting for a slow(thanks to my soviet era hard disk) file transfer to G** to complete, i shall blog some cock again.

Actually i quite agree with G (another G) that as a person grows older, CNY seems less and less exciting.

I remember when i was younger i will be looking forward to CNY alot, especially the countdown show on channel 8, and eating butter cake for breakfast(that's what my mother buys every year for CNY). Then there's also all the CNY goodies, porridge with bwa gua, tv shows, time to play comp, visit other relatives' house, relatives coming to my house, and of because, all the hongbaos =D

I enjoyed the fact that it is CNY than anything else. I'm look forward to CNY just because of the fact that it is CNY. Lol.

But then, as one grows older, CNY doesnt feel as exciting as before. It now feels like just another weekend or another holiday where we can take a break. Maybe due to the fact that Singapore is too fast paced for us to really enjoy the festivals ba.

Maybe CNY is just to make little kids happy.

Of course CNY is also a time to catch up with all the relatives and friends whom you probably won't see at any other time. The same questions appear every year: "Where are you studying now? Which level? How are you coping? .......... Do you have a boyfriend/girlfriend? When are you getting married? How are your kids doing?"

When your guests leave you sometimes will say: "Remember to drop by when you have the time!"

And the next time they drop by, its CNY again.

For introverts like me, CNY is the time to refresh your aged distant relative's memory that you exist in this world as her brother's wife's sister's son (and vice versa)

Coming back nearer to talk about our own immediate families, CNY eve is the time for the prestigous reunion dinner. However i think reunion dinners are only for families that are so busy that they can't eat at the same dinner table as the same time. Generally, reunion dinners are useless if

1) the entire family are already sitting together every evening to eat (like some of my lucky friends)
2) there is no family to speak of (like me)

For the curious, I have not eaten reunion dinner for the past 3-4 years. My 'family' did sit together for dinner on the 15th jan 2006 at a kopitiam opposite my house, the first time in the 3-4 years. That's thanks to an aunt who came visiting from Malaysia. This is a secret I hardly told anyone about.

Nah i'm not encouraging people to not celebrate CNY. In fact i'm saying these so that people who read this will make an effort to celebrate CNY properly.

Please DO NOT make me famous by talking about me in the papers all because i made some O_O comments. I just wanted to kill time.

I think to be able to click with my relatives, i must first be able to speak hokkien like i talk cock with you all.
Oops. Sorry for the empty promise made yesterday. I really wanted to blog....but my headache was still there =(

Anyway yesterday i visited 3 houses with the ache...and i had to pretend i'm alright. Haha.

First stop was my aunt's house a pebble's throw from my house. Because she is my closest(in terms of location and relationship) relative it becomes a must to visit her every year.

After that, my cousin drove(sat in a skoda for the first time! abit noisy, but i like the vroom!) my aunt, me and my bro down to a distant relative's house (my mother's sister's husband's sister, aka cousin's gu gu). Were plenty of people there, including my another cousin's family. Just physically present there got me quite a good 'harvest'.=X

Lastly it was my uncle's house before returning home.

First day not bad, total hit 3 digits liaox. =p Very rare de leh...

Today another cousin is supposed to drive me and my bro to another aunt's house in sengkang...though i not sure what time.

But seriously my hope now is not to have more money, but for my headache to go away asap......it somehow is killing my appetite.

An interesting conversation between my mother and cousin got me understanding why my father never talks about his family in Malaysia anymore.

Some birds are making a nest somewhere above my brother's room, maybe my neighbour's ledge or something. For the past 3 days they fly up from somewhere below, then land on my air-con before going up. My mother says its too noisy, but personally i quite like it. They insert some life into the otherwise boring concrete. Haha.

One sign you can tell that Chinese New Year is here is that you see cars you have never seen before parked at the carpark. I actually saw a Evo 9 yesterday at my flat!

Backtracking a little i spent the Eve spring cleaning the house...hanged up new curtains, wiped the tv cabinet, cleared up the mess in the living room tables and of course most importantly, my own table. (which sadly leaves me with no time to create a CNY version of 'noob')

My own table is still abit messy, because my files are overloaded and i need new ones, which i have to wait till the bookshop opens. Otherwise, my house is rather neat and so, welcome to my house! =)

Sorry to be slightly late....my headaches keep coming back these days and i couldn't blog last night.

So,

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!

To everyone who comes across this blog!

I got yet another email from my CT, and as usual it came with a powerful message. Shall share it with everyone here, and at the same time, that's my greetings to everyone too =p

money can always be earned back, but time squandered will be part of your life which is lost forever that no amount of money can ever earn back.

have a meaningful n angpowful holiday.

I shall blog again later in the day. Hopefully can get some photos up. CHeers!

Today was cny celebrations!

Early in the morning went to school relaxed, then was suddenly thrown with alot of work, then in the end all the stuff we rushed became useless as we could not use them. In conclusion, busy for nothing.

Finally got out of the backstage, squeezed into the back of the hall and sat there rotting till the end.

This year CO came up with a percussion performance which i thought was quite refreshing, though the percussion competition at the end was, erm, boring. In the end its still the CO people who performed well.

After that went back to ahs. Just in time their celebrations were over and the teachers were having a little party at the hostel canteen. Alumnis all over the world flooded the semi circle infront to greet the teachers, though as i said in my previous post, the friends are the main draw, not the tchers. Haha.

They have air-conditioned the new school hall...a task which was impossible a few years back. I didnt see the air-con myself though, heard it from friends. I wonder did they really build a new sub-station just for the air cons.

Met a teacher who told us that the AHS alumni dinner promises to be worth more than the $10 we are paying.

After that went off to tampines for lunch and movie with friends.

Memoirs of the geisha....quite a good movie, because it was about a Japanese tradition which I have never heard of before. I interpret this movie as one that tries to tell how the geisha occupation was of high standards in the past, before being downgraded to the same level as postitutes.

There were some hints of Japan being glorified in World War 2 though.

Finally, the backdrops that was never meant to be seen:

Yes it looks strikingly similar to the Cultural Fiesta backdrop i did last year, because it is the same design. I'm lazy to come up with something new.

I shall end this post with an email from my CT to my class. After some modifications, it shall be my new year greetings to everyone who reads this blog:

May I take the opportunity to wish one & all a joyous and meaningful lunar new year

It shall be a great year for every one of you:

-- you will get distinctions in all your subjects at A-level (and also do well in your common tests & internal assessments)

-- you will participate actively and excel in your ccas, and engage in meaningful acitivities in serving the community of which you are a part of, and benefit greatly from the learning experiences

-- you will lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle, both physically and mentally

-- you will continue to bond well as a class, and to enjoy your remaining time in your JCs together (and I hope also thereafter), through good and at times not-so-good times, but you will support and encourage one another on nonetheless

-- you and your family will be blessed with good health and fortune

-- may all your unfulfilled dreams come true, though you may have to work hard for them

Chinese New Year is coming.

Usually its a busy time of the year...have to spring clean the house, prepare the altars, buy new stuff, throw old stuff etc etc etc

And msning.

Chinese New Year is also the time where one goes back to their sec sch or pri sch to greet their teachers.

Of course, the main objective of going back is not the teachers, but the friends. Haha.

So, just one day before, everyone will be asking everyone whether they are "going back" tml.

Now on my Start bar i have 6 msn windows and one IE window, which is this blogger.

I haven't clear up my table yet.....and i don't know where to find the energy to do so.

Stupid G** killed all the surprise.

But anyway,

I CAN KEEP MY FOUR SUBJECTS!!!!!!!

Yay.

Actually its kind of conditional...cos have to see my march common test results..

My CT doesn't seem happy though...i have to hand in a letter to him tml stating I will drop a subject, without bargaining, if i didn't pass all my 4 subjects in the march common test.

But i couldn't celebrate cos i have caught a flu =( throughout the day i was a walking zombie, only getting better when i went for robotics later.

Hope i won't fall sick..i want to eat all the chinese new year goodies!

Year 2006 shall be Qing Wei's year. Muahaha.

*If i were you if i were you...if u like to be me so much u go teach la...ask me teach then stand there do nothing...*

Everyday, some people come into this world, some people leave this world.

Many of the great and famous are honoured and remembered for their contributions they have done to the world. Their dates of birth are etched into the hearts of the common folks, and they count their blessings that these great men had lived and brought good things for the benefit of mankind.

Today, the 22th, and tomorrow, the 23th, are the birthdays of two ordinary men.

At this point of time.

They will grow up to be two great men too. They, too, will bring great inventions and ideas to mankind. They shall be known by everyone living on this planet. Their birthdays will be celebrated by all.

They shall never have to celebrate their birthdays alone...anymore....

And most importantly, they are my friends. Muahaha.

I HAVE TWO FUTURE GREAT MEN AS MY FRIENDS!

Happy birthday to them. May all their most sincere wishes come true.

I'm down....but i'm definitely not out.

I shall be back...one day.

Suddenly I'm faced with the biggest dilemma ever since my birth.

"In life everything has an opportunity cost, in economics terms. What you forgo in one aspect will probably be made up for in terms of your gains in other experiences. It could be getting good in some past-time hobby while forgoing your studies or fitness, if you deem it important enough and better worthwhile your time. It all depends on the choices you make, and the priorities you have in life. You live with the consequences of your actions."

I'm thinking..I'm thinking...

Tuesday, January 17, 2006

The sms i dreaded most finally came today.

"Pls c me asap"

I have the following options:

1) Drop Maths.
2) Drop Physics.
3) Drop Chemistry.
4) Drop Computing.
5) Drop NOI.

I have the slightest chance to keep all my 4 subjects..that is i drop my NOI, my computing olympiad.

With these kind of options, what else can I choose?

Anyway still have to see...while my CT will try to convince the HODs, if it doesn't get through I still have to drop one subject.

Which will most probably be Chemistry.

Or even Computing.

Feels kind of sad...because I have survived for one year, learnt so much stuff, spent so many mondays, thursdays and saturdays in school, solved so many problems, beared with so much scoldings, overcame so many disappointments, used so much of my father's taxi's diesel etc etc etc etc etc, and I just got the school laptop lying on my desk with gVim and DJGPP installed.

Why can't I be a smart guy who can understand everything without studying then ace every single shit i get?

Sianx...for the past week it rained everyday...then suay suay today my class PE then the sun come out...

OH ya...its Friday the 13th mah......

Nah my day isn't as bad as it seems.

I still haven't got back my physics R....because my physics teacher gave my friends their papers back during their econs...so i was isolated from them thus until now, I still dunno my marks.

My friends keep telling me to go and find him..but i'm rather reluctant...for I know i didnt do well and i simply didnt want to face up to the truth =X

Perhaps a consolation is that when i was walking out of school for home today, i ran into my CT, who was about to go out for his daily evening run. He saw me, greeted me and my friend "Good morning!" but didnt say anything else(eg. Are you dropping computing?).

Maybe I passed?

But then again, it may just be because he also dunno my marks yet.

Or maybe he knows, but he ran out of subject dropping forms.

Or simply he knows, but he was more interested in his running than me at that point of time.

Or maybe he knows, but the school is allowing me to keep 4 subjects?

Or maybe i was conned and actually i failed chem, and now that i failed physics too, so the sch is still discussing which 06Sxy or 06Akj class to send me to.

Or they are contacting the polys to find a place for me (That's thoughtful of them.)

Secretly i'm hoping that everyone is dragging this issue..then slowly everyone forgets everything and i can keep my 4 subjects. Hehheh.

Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.Be optimistic.

(I've got a weekend to pass...)

I got one more very interesting issue to talk about..but this entry's getting too long and I am getting damn tired..so i shall continue tomorrow.

I PASSED MY CHEM R!!! YAY!!!

Tuesday, January 10, 2006

Wah more big fat clouds flying everywhere in Singapore.

After 10 days with my new handphone I just realised today it has a counter stating how many messages I have sent out.

No I'm not stupid..I know most phones have this function and I did try to find it the last time but I couldnt, until today.

You can't really blame me if the phone programmers decide to put the "Messages counter" in "Time & Cost" under the "Calls" tab in "Settings".

Anyway I've got a shock when i realised I have sent out 117 messages! In 10 days!

(Why was I chosen to sms the juniors informing them of the first robotics session......T.T)

Haha maybe that is the norm..since i never keep track in the past.

I only have 300 free smses and I still got 20 days to go! How am I going to spam people with "Happy New Year!" ?!??!

Sianx school tml.

Monday, January 09, 2006

Today one not-so-fat-but-still-quite-fat piece of cloud flew over Singapore.

Rained the whole afternoon..

A supposedly, relatively busy day today turned out to be a free day.

By right I have physics and chemistry tutorials today, and i have not finished my physics and chem tutorials so was thinking of doing them during the free time today and worrying about how the teachers will skin me when i show them my incomplete work.

Then during assembly, the principal announced that she heard of year2s who want to join the year1s at East Coast Beach for Sea Regatta, so instead of the year2s having to sneak there, she decided to let us off at 10.30am so we could all go there!

Suddenly i have no more chem and physics!

So after going through a torturing 2 periods of computing, i was free.

Went to McDonalds to eat with a couple of friends, then stayed at the beach looking at the year1s play, kicking a ball around with friends, and keeping myself dry while waiting for mass dance to come.

It never came...cos the big fat cloud came earlier.

At first i envied my friend who was down for icomp filming today, because he could sit on the safety boat out at sea and film.
Until he (and the camera) was caught in the rain. And now the camera.....

Yay tomorrow holiday.

Sunday, January 08, 2006

Today one big fat piece of cloud flew over Singapore.

Its still raining now...

Then there was the Exercise Northstar V..an exercise to simulate terrorist attacks on our public transport system to test the reactions of 22 government agencies.

Actually i question the usefulness of this exercise.
They seem to be afraid of troubling the commuters and thus try their best to minimise the inconvenience.

For the preparations they tested out the flashbang to make sure the sound is not too loud as to affect the commuters' eardrums.

They told the whole world the exercise would be happening within this week, then gave the game away with the intensive news reports throughout the week (If the ka-boom is going to happen next week they will not do the news reporting this week).
They also prepared "goodwill ambassadors" on the trains to guide the commuters, prepared shuttle buses to ferry the commuters to their destinations etc etc.

Even worse, hospital staff already started preparing themselves at 5.30am, way before the ka-boom...

So what's there to test if everyone knew something is going to happen? And at a time when 90% of the population is still playing chess with Zhou Gong?

Commuters are cursing why it happened on the trains they were in, and were more worried about getting to the shuttle buses and out of the place rather than learning something useful out of this exercise.

I'm also amused by two civilians nailing down a "terrorist" who is about to set off the bomb he's carrying. Isn't that too dangerous? Are they sure we can do that?

You see ah, if really ka-boom and there are no goodwill ambassadors on board the train and the police all over the stations, will we really know what to do?

Aiya to say the truth, when ka-boom happens, it will be so loud that those near the bomb will be temporarily (if not permanently) deaf. We will all be in a state of panic; it is inevitable.

Maybe this time round the exercise is more for the government agencies to test their operating procedures and not so much of civilian reaction. I expect more to come though. I want to be part of the action too. Haha.

Saturday, January 07, 2006

Hello everyone.

Backtracking to yesterday, I had my Chem R paper in the morning. They have upgraded the air-conditioner in LT1, and now its worse than LT5. It was the first time i actually shivered in a LT. Haha.

Because of the bloody R paper i could not meet my junior class. But from the photo my CT rep took i saw at least 4 AHS people in my junior class! Yay...better than my class where i'm the only Anglican haha.

After that, set off for AHS. It was their CCA exhibition for the sec1s so went back to take a look.

A huge surprise for me..because I realised that the computer club teacher-in-charge has changed. Not just to any other teacher, but a long-time-no-see physics teacher who taught me for a while two years ago before going to Australia for studies. This friendly guy who always uses his Apple laptop for physics lessons is finally back...anyway i'm quite happy he's taking over the computer club.

The NPCC girls' unit clearly showed everyone its still a new CCA, responding to wrong commands and their less-than-perfect marching. The other uniformed groups had roughly the same performances as previously years.

Wah I didnt know the block of flats and carparks behind the AHS 长城 had been torn down, in fact since a long time ago. Now its a piece of empty land!

After that went off to Suntec to meet my friends for dinner, before going for the event for the night - mass dance at the Fountain of Wealth. It was part of orientation for the year1s, but i just went and joined in. Had to help film too.

The mass dance was fun..everyone was high..but perhaps abit too high that there was chaos. When they switched off the fountain so that people can go into the fountain to touch the water, Victorians actually ran into there in swarms and splashed water at each other. We had video for evidence haha. In fact we are saying we will receive a complaint from Suntec on Monday. Haha.

I think I am going to get a 'shorter' timetable soon. I have never had miracles in exams. Blog about this another day.

Friday, January 06, 2006

Quite a happening day today...have quite alot of stuff to say, but i am so damn freaking tired now.

I went back to AHS today..it was their CCA exhibition and i had no lessons after my Chem R, so went back lor.

Anyway I met my Chinese teacher and have asked her about the AHS history book; she said she herself have not received one.

I also asked the bookshop auntie; she said the bookshop is not (and will not be) selling it, so she don't know.

I will blog the rest tomorrow. Can't continue anymore.

Wednesday, January 04, 2006

Went to the Anglican High website and was super surprised when I saw the new homepage.

The first thing that caught my eye is the 4 words REN JING QI CAI or Where Talents Soar.

Anyone who have never studied in AHS before will immediately assume that Where Talents Soar is our school motto. In fact I myself thought they hsve changed the school motto to this and only found out in the school motto page that it remained the same.

"Where Talents Soar" is the school vision. -.-''

Second thing was the computer club page. My junior won something at the National Software Competition and got his trophy at a Micromouse competition prize giving ceremony. Wow.

AHS has a second vice-principal now!

The new principal actually has a welcome-back-message, and the school is going to re-develop our indoor stadium.

In conclusion, the new website looks nice. That's all.

Read the Chinese newspapers yesterday? There's an article about AHS. Now the sec1s that come in to AHS must learn about the school history as part of their history lessons (I think). They even produced a book on it. I wonder if I can get my hands on one.

Tuesday, January 03, 2006

When i said "she had nth to do" in my tagboard, i really meant that my friend (in fact, the whole class) have nothing to do.

This week there are no lectures, only tutorials, with practicals being converted to tutorials. Plus the fact that my new maths tutor is busy with VIP orientation, we have no maths tutorials till next wednesday.

The first period today was CT session, which means no chem prac. After my Physics R paper, i only spent 10 mins in the physics lab and we were dismissed.

Then we had nothing to do all the way until 2.30pm for a chem tutorial!

(The prank came about because laptops were set up in the canteen for the year1s to do their subject combi registration.)

I spent most of the time before chem tutorial filming the year 1's orientation. Sad to say, but its so similar to our batch's orientation.

It will be a similar day tomorrow. Besides the CT session during the first period, I will be free for the rest of the day. I will be involved in the CCA walkabout, so haha it goes right till the end of my lessons.

Thursday I will be down for filming the whole day (actually I am down for duty only on Thurs. Today I helped out a friend.)

Friday haha basically i will only be here for my Chem R paper. Because my class shifted the physics tutorial to Thursday, and there is no Maths. Haha.

I know I can't do so many things..i need some time to study my Chem......

Anyway I have a new handphone le! Actually got it yesterday le...some friends already knew about it. It was during the M1's three day New Year sale that i bought a cheap phone. Not bad so far.

Can finally replace my dying phone, in which a fifth button is starting to be unresponsive le. Haha.

Most exciting is that my new phone got a camera..so means can take pictures! Sad my computer don't have infrared or bluetooth cannot upload my photos to my computer. Hopefully the laptop i am getting from the school has infrared. Haha.

Sunday, January 01, 2006

I'm blogging here in the morning because you cannot expect me to hit the books after waking up just an hour ago. Haha.

So its the new year! Not a good year for me, because will be taking my A levels this year. Of course before A levels can come i have to pass the so many other tests and obstacles, with the 2 R papers coming up real soon.

I realised I got worried over my CT's comments for nothing, because I am already promoted. So if I fail my R papers, chances are I only drop one subject.

Err..right?

To welcome the new year I went to cut my hair, firstly to avoid trouble with the school when the new year just started, and secondly, cut away all the bad things I had in 2005, so i start the new year with a fresh me!

Last night as usual, everyone disappeared from the net, leaving me alone and cold.... So welcomed my new year together with yes933, the TV which telecast the Mount Faber celebrations live for 20 minutes, and my organic chem notes.

And of course, I carried out the most important tradition of all: change the calender!
Removed my Tampines Town Council 2005 calender from my desk, and replaced it with the Tampines Town Council 2006 calender. Haha.

Reflecting on 2005, it has been a hectic year for me..the culture difference between AHS and VJC has greatly impacted me. I didnt write a resolution for last year...but some of the things I have done would be.....

1) Broadband!!!!! (Finally got it after 2186986320462034671 years..can surf net 24/7 now without worrying about bills)
2) O Level results! (my best results throughout my 4 years in AHS haha)
3) Getting into VJC (got into a really good and fun JC, but at the expense of my friends...is this a good thing?)
4) Competitive programming (it started as another co-curricular activity, but since I cant get S papers now, this has become ever important to me)
5) 4th in micromouse! (I was much happier this time...because it was my own effort, though i was damn sad of the drop from 2nd to 4th T.T )
6) My midyr and promos results (nothing to say...i'm now "enjoying the fruit of my labour")
7) Linux!

As my CT said in his email to us last night: let's not brood over what could have been done and look forward to what we would be doing. 2006 promises to be hectic but nonetheless exciting.

So..my new year resolution! Well my resolution is simple, i don't wish for much things =p :

1) Get 4 As! (This actually also means keeping my 4 subjects =X)
2) NOI gold! (Abit far-fetched..but..)
3) Complete my senior's micromouse diagonal movement C program! (This will end in May haha)
4) Keep myself fit! (So I won't have to suffer in NS T.T)
5) Be more optimistic! (As i have sweared in my holistic report)
6) A new computer! (Wtf i have been wanting one since 2186986320462034671 years ago!)
7) To go out with my gay friends more often! (missed so many outings with them......)
8) To celebrate Chirstmas 2006 and New Year 2007 countdown somewhere outside! (I don't want to be left out anymore!)
9) World a better place! (Copied from G**'s blog haha)
10) Contribute something to society! (Not sure how yet..maybe CIP ba)

New Year Day is just another day. Its all the hope, wishes, anticipation and resolutions that we place into the next 365 days that makes New Year Day a different one. It serves as a form of moltivation to get us going; to start fresh and anew; to be optimistic.

As i end my entry here, I hope that everyone who comes across this blog will have a fruitful and smooth year ahead, enjoy yourselves and look forward to a better tomorrow.
Once again, happy 2006.
