Haix..past two days so tired....cos vicomp on wed so past two days had to prepare for it....mon was briefing and judging on website design, then todae was rehearsal of final round quiz at LT1...
I change role le..haha..now no need do filming..now i do clicking on the server com.
Wah they vv pro lor..final round is a quiz for four teams..then they each got a laptop on their table, theirs are client coms..then i will be controlling the server com, flashing questions on their coms and correct ans etc..
I want to learn how to do the server-client thingy leh...duno if i will get to learn not.
Todae finally got vj notebook le....vv nice leh....heard is sponsered by singtel..not sure...but vv nicely done..then inside got some crap vv funny..haha...like the 4 ways of climbing the sch gate after dark and how some famous pple in history would ans the question y did the chicken cross the road..lol
My class...some pple go le, new pple came le..now the class stands at 26 i tink..which is full liaox..the new pple ok la....
PE todae we learnt volleyball....wah long time nvr touch volleyball le..last time i played tt was in pri sch haha....then todae keep hitting the ball until hand pain..but fun oso la..
Timetable no big change...except tt my class those pple taking chi change classroom and mon chem lecture change to lt5 cos lt1 cannot squeeze liaox.....then nowadays maths lectures oso damn packed...
BOught uniform le.....altered the length of one pair of pants cos was almost touching the floor..but decide not to alter the other 2 pairs...
IN case if anyone kaypoh, a set(shirt and pants) cost $27...plus a tie and belt each cost $6.
Haix...guess todae is the last time i wear ahs uniform le.....a little bit sad..tink i will miss the putting of the buttons every night or every morning.................

WAh....Indonesia got another huge earthquake...haix...sad leh...destroyed so many lives and property....caused so many others to panic....
Singapore some places oso got tremors...heard from my class the malaysian scholar last nite the pple in the hostel(at victoria school) felt tremors, then they woke everyone up and evacuated them to outdoors..

Wah..learn something new todae while watching news....i learnt tt a country called tajikistan exist lol.....i mean i noe got such countries in the middle east la..but we seldom hear news from them de ma..
The opposition party in their country overthrew the government and start their own government le....
WAtched the news hor i quite surprised to see their country quite developed leh.....got nice tall buildings and well dressed pple....then their riot policemen got smart uniform and rode on horses....haha...i was half-expecting it to be underdeveloped like afgankistan...

Past two days were orientation 2.....the CTs we were in were our small OG grps, while the houses we were in were our large OG groups..the theme was genre....so the 5 large grps were rock, disco, country, r&b, pop and hip hop....while the small grps were names of bands who were in the respective genres.
Sounds familar?Well, i tink the whole orientation 2 was a wholesale copy from orientation 1...cos almost everything is the same..the pt system(concert tickets vs vox office tickets), the evening performance(vtv awards vs voscar awards)..just to name a couple.
Actvities...quite boring oso la to say the truth...its the same stuff la...cheers, mass dances etc.
Then the organising pple tell the security guard not to let anyone leave..so some despo pple buy uniform and passed off as a yr2 to escape..haha
Realised at 4 plus..they say got optional mass dance teaching but i nvr go la.haha
The boring first day scare off many pple liaox..so second day orienation was pathetic..haha..nevertheless we still play la...second day slightly better...got amazing race thingy...walked ard the college and areas in the east to complete stations...ok la...though abit too hot..haha..
Ended the race at east coast..i escaped the dunking haha...
After tt was Vtv awards....err the number of ogls outnumber the non ogls for the first time...when they go up shout ogl cheer only a few of us left sitting on the floor..haha...
MAde a last decision to go suntec for the mass dance....primarily cos i found a fren to accompany me..haha...so took bus there together wif the ogls...to the fountain of wealth.
When reached there then realised there are alot of pple there...there are pple who pon orientation but came for the mass dance, then got yr2s, then former students oso...
The mass dance rox...we danced and cheered and sung and ran ard the fountain...haha....luckily never miss it.
Stop here le...too damn tired..maybe i will elaborate some more tml....

I realise single-player computer games are scary and pple must be discouraged from playing them!
Think abt it, a person playing single-player computer games is just fighting against computer. Putting it in another way, he is playing against artificial intelligence...and how is AI created?Thru computer programming. These so called AI are actually scripts run by the computer.So simply said, this poor guy is just playing wif himself! He's just indulging himself in self-entertainment, self-amusement..and if u picture a person sitting infront of a computer playing the whole day, isnt it damn scary????
So we still discourage pple from playing single-player computer games...tt applies to consloe games as well...instead we should promote multi-player games...becos we are fighting against real life pple...real life thinking...real life strategies...promotes interaction too!

There's this anti-drug show on channel 5 now then i'm watching...quite a nice show, but i wonder if it serves the purpose it wants to serve....i tink those singers are more interested in the publicity more than the messages they are asked to convey, while the audience are more interested in the singers more than the messages the singers are asked to convey.

Haix...todae spent whole day on computers...hey i nvr play com hor!I had to submit all 12 computing prac questions todae so was doing it..then oso continued on the chinese quiz thingy....so far so good..

Todae went out wif frens...hmm at first tot of going cycling de...but when we reached pasir ris park realised all close liaox....haix....................
SO went down to downtown east to slack...ate lunch at whitesands b4 going to a fren's hse..
WAh...he got PS2...so good...spent most of the time playing F1...lolx...played the simpliest and most cheapo mode then i keep winning....err no rules, no damage, lowest AI setting etc...then i only raced 10% of the total laps...so damn easy i keep winning lolx..
True la...my fren is the more pro one...i first time play mah...so play cheapo modes...if simulate actual conditions i sure die one...
Nvm la..keep myself happy haha.
WAh die liaox die liaox...yesterday i blogged abt myself spending 2 hrs to do an animated scene tt last only 5 secs right?I was actually doing the software package for the INter-sch chinese current affairs quiz tt vj is going to host....flashing the questions to the contestants the audience etc.....an icomp assignment la...Then hor...todae they published a notice on LIan HE Zao Bao telling pple of this quiz leh(Zao Bao and vj host together one mah)!
WAh die sia..add pressure to me leh...imagine all the participants are going to see the presentation i haf done..siaox...can die lor..

Wah..just now i watched the channel 8 show ah....i realised the poker card is a vv amazing invention leh...in case if u all dunno...
Poker cards have four sets because there are 4 seasons in this world....then 13 cards because each season last 13 weeks....and 1+2+3+4+...+13 = 91, which is the number of days in 13 weeks...Then 91 times the 4 seasons will gif 364 days....plus the 2 joker cards give 366 days..which is appox a yr...
Fantastic right?
Plus the fact tt u can play so many diff kinds of games wif one same set of cards make it even more amazing.....

Just now i watched the true files...tonite espisode was abt the girl tt was tortured by her so-called friends for 17 days..this case was quite a memorable one cos it happened when i was quite grown up le..then i rmbed this incident.
I cant fathom y those pple exist in this world lor....they so downright damn pervertic lor....torture a girl for not apparent reason...burn her, beat her abuse her etc....they....crazy lor..
I feel like killing them.
But i tink its the parents who should shoulder the most blame....they nvr take care of their kids well..nvr teach them...then allow them to luan luan lai....haix....sad case.

Icomp took orders for sale of orientation vcd last week...so last wed we had do the burning, packing and sorting...quite interesting cos i nvr did this b4....but i appeared abit too enthu.....at abt 6pm most haf left or wanted to leave but i was still doing the thingy......cannot be too 'on' ah..i dunwan history to repeat.
PAst two days i haf been trying to do a good deed....but todae it seems like i haf failed terrribly..haix...wanna say sorry to my fren...haf i known i wouldnt even do anything le....in the end its like a waste of time..
Thurs afternoon i had to go to sci centre to view the SSEF exhibition...a science exhibition la..but went there oso sianx la....all those exhibitions are damn chim bio stuff....even the title i was dun understand..haix..
Todae after sch met up wif my good old frens to go suntec....again..but todae got IT Show la...anyway all of us got time to waste so went there....
Its all the same stuff like other IT exhibition...
After going thru some events this week and listening to my frens...i am in deep thought again..
Sometimes i wonder why i'm doing so much computing...i'm taking it as a subj, doing it in icomp and robotics...and every sat training for olympaid...am i crazy or something?
Dunno y i do so much computing for......passion, u may suggest?Frankly speaking, i dunno.
To prepare myself for a job next time..?Really?Do i want to get a job in the IT field?I dunno too.
ITs like...all these high-level, high-salary jobs all so monotonous, so stressful, so boring...i dunno if i want to do tt or not...Actually i tink jobs like hawkers and taxi drivers quite good lor...they get to interact wif pple, and their jobs are not fixed to table work and paper and pen and computer....flexible working hours...
I tink its better to live an oridinary life.
Expanding the boundaries, y am i studying maths, phy and chem?Y am i in a jc in the first place?Haix....now my everyday life is wake up, go sch study, cca, home, sleep.and the cycle repeats.Y am I doing all these?
I am abit sick of studying....even computing.
What's the use of studying so much?Get a piece of paper so tt u can go out there and fight it out wif the others?To try and kill them so tt u can survive?
U see those kids living in the kampong...everyday just play, catch fish, so happy..
I feel like i'm living an empty life leh....everyday do the same stuff then so sianx....
I regret not choosing another cca during cca selection..i even doubting whether i should haf come to vj in the first place...maybe i may be happier at tj....at the vv least my good frens are there...

After sch yesterday i had to get the video cam...icomp duty to film the pple getting the A lvl results....haix...i not vv good at filming leh..my hands keep shaking..haix...hope can improve b4 music fest comes..i want go in free de..haha.
After tt met up wif 2 of my frens....went to suntec to walk walk...in the end realised there got billiards competition..so went in watch....the sg guy nearly won the vietnam guy...haix..lost by one pt only..
Reached home at abt 8pm..tts y tired..
Todae as usual went for programming.....after todae session i haf no more training until april.....finally can haf at least 3 sats free..
Sianx..my life is so boring..

Haha....now waiting for icomp to start..haha...haix..just now was having comp prac then i keep getting stuck at the questions...haix...feel so stupid....no choice la..my brain vv slow to process..haix.....

Hello.
Well....the BIG event just happened..dun tink i need much explanation..in case u are some foreigner in Iraq or North Korea who doesnt noe wat happened...just click on any of my frens' blogs...some of them will say.....
Yesterday morning i pampered myself abit..in case i dun do well..haha..i went to the mac opp my hse to eat big breakfast....then i took 2 public transport trips to ahs..usually i take one only...either walk to poly to take 69 or walk to int to take mrt...yesterday was exception..haha..
Reached sch at 12 plus...sat at the concourse and rotted all the way to 1 plus....b4 going to the sch gate there to buy ice cream and welcome my frens..haha..
Started at 2...the principal started rattling on and on abt how well we did..well its true we did very well...but..haha..lai lai qu qu still abt the same la..
ANyway my results enabled me to stay in vj....as i haf said earlier i feel relieved rather than happy...so now i can go on to accomplish my 8 things(ignoring tt pt 8)?haha...
Most of my frens haf done well in the exams too...getting vv good results...i feel vv happy for them...eg the guy in the orange bar above got 9a1s...
I haf frens who did not do as well...haix..for them i hope they will get over it soon and remain positive in life k?Results arent the only thing we are living for.....
There's something i cant fathom....err first of all i want say tt its just a personal view la hor...hope i dun offend anyone..
I am wondering hor..why everytime something good happens, it must always be some mighty person up there who help us achieve tt..y cant it be we humans achieve ourselves one thru hard work one leh?
The principal praise for us getting good results, my frens say its to the grace...my frens' msn nick s all full of thks...But why cant it be we study hard, we put in our own efforts tt we get good results one?Hmm...
Similarly why when something bad happens, we will attribute it to something someone up there gives to test us?haix....i dun understand.....
