More good news!
I can finally change my damn maple account password.
Good thing Asiasoft finally settled the problem.
Too bad lots of people got hacked before that.
Quite a few of my old friends kena -.-
Imagine losing millions or billions -.-
So yeah.
I'm not lending my account anymore.
Will only lend it to the VIP people in my life if they want to use it :D
Anyway, i had a nice, long chat with nehneh Yx & nehneh Jonathan.
Practically bitching about our sec schools :D
I censored out the school name.
But yea, she meant to say "School A vs. School A".
Lmao, schoolmates fighting each other.

Made me laughed so much +_+
| 7:29 PM
Again, I haven't updated for a few days.
I'm going to list out some good things that happened recently then.
1. Got my wireless connection set up.
& i got a spanking new Samsung printer too.
Isn't that great?
I can now do my reports in my own room & print them on the spot.
Ooh la la :D
2. My dad went on a short company trip to Bintam for the weekend.
So it's a ladies' day out for my mom & i.
Went shopping around IMM on Saturday.
Then we had dinner at Ichiban Sushi.
3. I personalised my laptop!
Cost me about $22.
But what the heck.
I love it so much.
'Cos i can say 101% there won't be another laptop that looks like mine.
Not unless someone wants to rip off my idea lah.

Their 2-seats table very funny one.
It's like a park bench facing the sushi rollerbelt.
So the 2 people have to sit side by side, not facing each other.

Tori maru cheese set.
Which consists of rice, a chicken dish, softshell crab, chawanmushi, miso soup & fruits.
It's worth it for $16.90+.

Chicken & mushrooms in some sweet sauce & cheese.
Actually, i hate any type of sweet sauce on meat.
A bit of sweet sour pork is ok.
Teriyaki is a no-no.
:/

Yes, yes, yes.
I'm really drawing on my laptop.
It's just a HB pencil & i need those lines as a guideline.
My mom was so worried i would damage the laptop.

Had to use a penknife to cut up those fake rhinestones individually.
Wasted a lot of time -.-

The final product.
The border is actually glittery & the stones shine more.
Too bad you can't really capture it on camera :/
Just need time, the materials, penknife, 2 rulers, pencil & imagination :D
On to today's events.
WC & I had training today too.
& it was us doing the lead guide role for REAL tours.
Quite unnerving, actually.
I took the first shift.
& it was a tour for 2 gentlemen.
They were really formal.
Mine proved to be a challenge 'cos you don't expect adults to play the games station.
Luckily the senior guide, Faizal helped me out & brought them around.

The exit route leading back to the entrance.

Strange as it sounds, we were practicing in the loo -.-

Elaine gave us snacks!
Packet drinks & Khong Guan biscuits :P
WC took the second shift.
It was a group of students from Thailand.
42 to be exact.
Rofl.
But it turned out pretty good lah.
& they took so many photos with all the guides.
To quote WC, "I feel like a star".
LOL.

The Thai students.
Went to Far East Plaza for lunch again.
I know it's repeatitive 'cos i have been saying FEP for all my past posts.
Then again, we just can't get enough of the food there.
/winks winks ;D
Had milk ice desert at SLICE again.
Do try it if you go to FEP.
It's behind LJS at Basement 1.

My 'Hot Chick'.
Which is like, chopped peanuts, chocolate sauce & bananananana :D

WC's 'First Kiss'
Okok, that sounds so very wrong -.-
Friday, September 26, 2008 | 7:31 PM
I woke up to something unpleasant this morning..
Was walking around in the living room & saw something black moving about.
Luckily i didn't step on it, 'cos i almost did.
Luckily i wear slippers at home, 'cos it would suck if it hopped onto my toes.
ROAAAAAAR!
First thing in the morning got spider liao -.-
I hate their fat body & numerous spindly legs!
So,
as usual,
i take a container & trapped that spider.
The antics i use to trap spiders always make my parents LOL at me -.-
Can't help it wad.
I don't think my arachnophobia can be cured.
I even have to stand at a distance when putting the container over the spider!
The further, the better. Rofl.
It's not like how WC can overcome her fear of heights.
Haha :D
I had to stay at home today to receive a delivery.
It's from my ex, Wei Sheng.
An early birthday prezzie from him.
He wouldn't tell me what it is except that it's by delivery :O
I had no idea what time the guy would come.
So i woke at 9am after a few hours of sleep.
Ended up snoozing on the couch for another hour or two.
The guy from the florist came at 1.30pm+.
& yeah,
i'm surprised.
'Cos i was expecting a package.
Wasn't expecting a bouquet of roses.
Still, it's really sweet.

Playing with the balloon :x

20 stalks of roses (I counted :x)
First time seeing such pretty roses.
The lighting makes the roses look light red.
It's actually like my favourite color, carmine.
Carmine is a name of a shade of deep red.
Ws said the pictures of roses in the online catalogue was pinkish.
Not that i mind pink roses either.
Thanks for the sweet present.
I really like them,
& I hope you find your happiness too.
(:

NEWater tour guide training today!
It was a pity there wasn't any tour bookings for today.
So we had to make do with individual training.
Like our speech, body language, yada yada.
As they say, easier said than done.
Everyone took turns going up & practicing among ourself.
Quite entertaining to observe one another :D
We ended an hour before dismissal time.
So Elaine (our trainer) chit-chatted with us.
& intro-ed us to other NEWater personnels.
After that we took the bus back to Tanah Merah MRT.
Headed to Far East Plaza for lunch again ;)
Tom yam seafood ramen FTW!
Then more chit-chatting with WC.
We spent so much time in This Fashion,
browsing through the racks & fooling around with wacky clothes.
Finally she bought a white skirt, & i, a white blouse.
Yayness!
I now have a white blouse to match my red vest ;3
Past by this ice cream parlour at the corner of B1.
The deserts look so yummy so we decided to try it.
It's like milk-flavoured ice flakes.
Topped with lotsa sauces & toppings.

What a nice marketing tactic.
With deserts named First Kiss, First Date, Hot Chick, Holy Matrimony..
Bound to turn some heads eh? :O
LOL.
Pun fully intended (If you catch the joke)!

We tried this first: Major Crush.
Which is, lots & lots of chocolate sauce & oreo cookies.
Sooooooooooooo good!

Till the cookie crumbles.
Nevermind if you don't get me :)
I'm just thinking of random, quirky phrases.

We couldn't get enough so we ordered seconds!
This time it's Summer Fling.
I think that's the name of it.
It's really mango puree & lots of mango bits.
The 'lao ban' was telling me the mango was really sweet today :D
Did i mention the 'boss' & the assistant are really nice?
They kept chatting with us, asking us how we liked the desert.
& they're glad to serve the customers too.
It's wonderful eating there.
They even recommend the strawberry one to us.
I'm so going there again next week!
Took 167 back to Sembawang Int.
I was half-asleep then my mom called me.
Couldn't sleep again after that T,T
I just listened to my iPod & enjoyed the window view all the way back.

SATURDAY, 20 SEPTEMBER 2008
I'm not going to elaborate about this day.
I'm lazy to :(
We had planned this outing to celebrate Nabilah & Fiza's belated birthdays.
Unfortunately, they weren't able to make it.
So it was just WC, SH, Raymond & me.
Oh yea.
Kudos to WC. Salutations! :D
She overcame her height phobia,
& took the viking ride 2 times and the inverter twice.
Next time sit at the top with me!

WC's victory pose.
Because she pwned the guys behind her by coming first for the go kart race.
Rofl :x

The 4 of us on the Flipper ride.

My mad idea to take a photo of our butt prints -.-
This was after we went for the water roller coaster ride.
From left: WC, Raymond, mine
As i boarded the roller coaster car (what do you call those?),
i made a surprise sound of "Ah!"
I don't know why.
But the ride attendant found it cute & imitated my "Ah!"
._.
In my whole life, i'm a natural at such responses.
It's people who copy my actions.
LOL.
In the past, i would puff my cheeks without myself knowing it.
Don't think i do it anymore..

Some family day program :O
I was bored while waiting for a ride so i just chanting the "magic words" along with the kid the magician picked -.-

Lunch at BK.
Me likes the Hershey's Sundae Pie :)

I've never attempted go-karting before.
I straightaway went for the advance track.
LMAO.
& then i was, accelerating down the slope!
Narrowly escaped hitting the wall.
Lol :x
TUESDAY, 23 SEPTEMBER 2008
The NYP aikido peeps met up for a bit of practice today.
It's kinda illegal to do so, if you know what i mean.
But nevermind, we want to pass the grading too >.>
I barely woke up in time to meet WC for lunch.
Got up only at 11.45am when i'm supposed to meet her at 12.30pm Bukit Batok.

WC's minced meat ramen.

My crispy chicken noodle :p
Met up with the rest at the MRT at 1.30pm.
We then took a bus to some private estate at Bukit Timah.
I can't believe it's near Mr Kok's house.
Went there to a party to celebrate the success of the CIP trip at Yunnan last year :/

This monkey grabbed Joanna's cup of drink from the table!
So so so hilarious!!
We were all laughing like mad :D

A yellow beetle WC found under a pole.
Aww, my hp cam sucks.
2.0 megapixels :(

Just about the stuff we will be tested during grading.
I still suck at them even though i know how to do them.
Argh! >.>

LOL at how high Shiro is swinging!

These kind of old bus sure are cosy :D
Well, that was bus 852.
Took that bus back to Bukit Batok Int.
Wei xian wanted to accompany WC & I around Westmall 'cos he had never been there before.
We went to Popular 'cos WC & i needed to get stuff for our MINDS Carnival stall.
& then to Cold Storage as WC's mother wanted her to buy a packet of barley.
After that, we 3 took the bus 182 back.
Kept chatting from the time i boarded until i alighted.
Like, 1hr+.
It was pretty fun chit-chatting with WC & Wei xian.
Both of us seem to have very different perspectives.
As for me, i'm very opinionated.
So i can easily understand people's views.
I'm starting to realise, as the more i know about my guy friends,
my habits are more similar to a guy's than a girl's -_-
Especially when i sleep at 5am,
or spend more than 15 hours on the computer,
or hate sales unlike other female species,
or am very practical & realistic,
or blah blah blah.
Shan't elaborate anymore :)
Toodles!
Friday, September 19, 2008 | 9:19 PM
I was, really really really touched by what my friends did for me today.
Practically moved to tears.
I was thinking, eh why Zirong SMS me?
Turned out he asked me to change my maple password.
'Cos he buay tahan (bth) the new user of StPiggy.
The way he said me made my day.
He called that guy a "pirated piggy".
Wah thanks lah, zr! :D
I know i'm irreplaceable in you guys' hearts.
Just like how you guys are in my heart ;)
I was surprised to hear Connie scolded the user upside down.
Maybe because i lost touch with her for a long time.
She couldn't stand to see that guy abusing my StPiggy & soiling my name.
SOB.
Connie aiai, thank you very very much.
I seriously miss your company in my life.
I promise i'm going to change my password ASAP,
as soon as Asiasoft fix all their damn technical problems -.-
& i'm never lending people my account anymore.
Because the memories of StPiggy are mine, and mine alone.
To my dearest nehneh Yingxue,
I'll choose you over everyone else anyday!
Muacks!
LOLOL :D
So fun talking to you!
Onto another problem.
Younger guys are a bit of a pain.
NOT ALL lah, i mean.
I know some younger guys very nice de.
*coughs* :D
Their level of maturity is minus 5 of their age.
Heard of it somewhere before.
Anyway, Roxy (my Eridanus buddy) was telling me that her maple dear kept bugging her.
Even though she made it clear that she just want to be friends 'cos she already has a real life bf.
But he kept calling her, & treat her like they're real steads.
& they're like 4 years apart. So yeah..
My maple bf doesn't want to tell me his age.
But i have a good feeling he's younger than 14.
Sometimes he gets on my nerves too.
Keep asking me to buy cash shop stuff for him -.-
I know i rich lah, but then ah..
Too much already. I'm not a cash cow lor!
Roxy & i think the same way.
That maple steads = friends.
It's a game only, why so serious? :/
Now excuse me,
I'm off to read the manga, Nodame Cantabile.
Recommended to me by DarkTensei long, long time ago.
Lol :)
Tuesday, September 16, 2008 | 9:03 PM
I'll blog about the 15th & 16th of September tomorrow.
For now,
MY RESULTS!

Amazing, AMAZINGLY,
I passed my maths module!
With a D+ too. Not just D.
Not bad, not bad.
I thought i would have to repeat this module..
'Cos i failed my maths common test too.
I don't have a chance of passing my Phy Chem paper either.
Must be my reports & common test that pulled it up.
Phew.
MB's d best subject.
With the A+ & A i get for MB reports, i need not worry for this module.
If only i had done better for my MB common test D:
Managed to scrape through the other subjects too.
GPA's lousy, though.
I AM going to work harder next sem.
No more slacking! :D
So happy today.
Shall post more tomorrow!
Sunday, September 14, 2008 | 1:14 AM
The original plan for today was to join my mom's colleagues for a walk at the MacRitchie tree top walk.
Sooo.
I woke at 6am even though i only slept at 3am.
Got changed, put on contacts, ate breakfast..
& then..
IT RAINED -.-
Of course the walk was cancelled.
But i suggested going to Mustafa.
'Cos it's the only 24hr shopping centre in Singapore.
My parents love the idea :D
Here's the catch of today's post.
I had to get a toilet soon after i reached there.
Rainy days make me urgent :/
My mom & i went to the ladies.
I noticed there were 2 other locked cubicles.
But after i left the loo,
i noticed a man right outside the door selecting clothes.
Well, i don't know why.
Something about him bugged me.
Then i saw my dad glaring at him
He said that man walked out of the ladies soon after my mom & i went in.
WTF!
It made me so pissed off.
The hell?
Maybe he hadn't been peeping 'cos he went out soon after we went in.
Oh my God lah.
A man inside the ladies is just..
My dad nearly want to humtam him.
Thankfully, 2 plain clothes security personnel noticed him.
& they told him to let them handle it.
Gotta hand it to them.
They're so efficient.
Kudos! :)
I'm just guessing..
That guy is either stealing or he's not right in the head.
Oh well :/
Walked around Mustafa after that.
It's nice walking around even if you're not buying anything.
Went to a restaurant for lunch.
Yep, i love Indian food.
I'm a person who appreciates spices :)
My parents ordered fish head curry.
& i ordered a plate of tandoori chicken.
The mango lassi was so thick and sweet too.
Lovely :D
Took a train down to Tampines.
Finally got my hair cut after weeks. Or a month.
My new hairdresser did such a wonderful job.
After going through so many hairdressers,
finally found one that can cut nicely :O
His final touch nearly made me LOL in the salon.
He used soft wax & made my hair so puffy.
I felt i look like a lion.
Had to resist laughing :D
BUT because of that, i'm not going to rebond my hair anymore.
I want to try this puffy look for awhile.
Rebonded hair is too common.
It's way more fun to be quirky :D
Popped by my grandmother's place for awhile.
The only thing i do there is watch Animal Planet on SCV there.
Just let the adults talk. I self-entertain.
That's about it.
After that, it's dinner & a bus ride home.
Damn. I suddenly thought of something.
7-9 October: NYAA Camp
10 October: MINDS Carnival
Don't people usually set up the stalls the days before the carnival?
Wouldn't that mean i can't go for the camp?
GAH!
Tuesday, September 09, 2008 | 6:35 PM
Slept at midnight for the first time in months last night.
I kept sleeping at 4am during the holidays.
Probably another reason why i fell sick.
Still feeling lethargic now.
It's just a blocked nose.
Nothing serious.
Thanks for the get well message, Shihui.
I'll be up and about in no time!
I'm thinking of going shopping alone tomorrow.
Ok, not exactly shopping.
I ought to browse Kinokuniya alone.
I can spend hours in a wonderful book store like Kinokuniya.
My parents always 'abandon' me there and go shopping at Takashimaya.
LOL.
So yes, i want to check out books.
Haven't bought any book for months.
& probably go for aikido after that, i guess.
It all depends. :/
Monday, September 08, 2008 | 3:52 PM
FS0802 & FS0803 had team building exercise today.
Everyone met up at Block F, Level 3 at the NAPFA stations.
I met Raymond, Nabilah & Fiza at the MRT by chance and we walked to school together.
We played the game "Two truths, One lie" first.
The 2 mentors and the discipline head gave us a demo.
& we had to guess which one of their statements is a lie.
I was reading their facial expressions and the emotions in their eyes.
Let's just say i guessed 2 out of 3 correctly based on that method :/
Ms Marlene picked Raymond, Amir & i to play the game.
Here's what i said:
1. I know aikido (something like that).
2. My favourite colour is pink.
3. I have only been to Malaysia & China before.
Many people thought the third one was a lie.
Actually, it's true.
So i managed to trick many people.
Maybe it's because i deliberately put a mischievous face when i said that line.
Haha :)
Yes, i've only been to Malaysia & China before.
Not that i'm poor or anything.
No particular reason why my family just don't travel much.
I purposely said i like pink.
People associate me with pink because they think i am girly.
Nah, sometimes i can think like a guy -.-
My favourite color is dark red now ;3
The next game was.. The blindfold game ._.
I paired up with Woon Ching and became the blindfolded one.
They made up walk around the sports area.
I simply hate the steps.
The only reason why i walked so quickly (with blindfolds),
is because i already memorised the campus landscape -.-
I can picture the surroundings in my head as i walk.
There was this spiderweb game.
Each class had to stand on one side of the web.
And we have to get across to the other side.
No climbing, no crawling, no nothing.
We have to be carried through the holes in the web +_+

Brainstorming in process ;D

Heave-ho!
It turned out to be pretty fun.
We formed a chain and lifted the person across each sides.
And we managed to get everyone across too.
Yayness :D
Next they made us stand in a line along a log.
& we had to arrange ourselves in terms of height.
I'm pretty short so i'm more towards one end of the log.
It's fun.
Someone has to squat while another stretches his/her legs and moves over the person.
When we were done, we had to rearrange ourselves in order of birthdate.
I had to get to the other end because i'm one of the youngest -.-
The last part involves the blindfold game again.
This time, Woon Ching had to be the blindfolded one.
She had no problem with it (obviously).
Afterall, she goes there for track practice every Friday.
That about summarises the exercise.
We then had a review in the amphitheatre.
Woon Ching & i went to Far East Plaza.
AGAIN, yes i know.
My third time there in a week :O
Went back to the same store for lunch.

My fried yam piece noodles.
Was feeling a bit sick so i dare not take the spicy tomyam ramen :/
Went shopping again.
Woon Ching & i were having second thoughts about buying some shirts.
But i bought a pair of purple sunglasses & a lovely red-checkered vest ;)
So happy with the vest.
The original price last week was $22.90 i think.
Now it's $9.90.
LMAO.
Woon Ching bought a silver visor from the same shop.
That visor damn chio.
& it's $10 only.
Unbelievable.
We got tired of shopping and went to rest at some benches.
& chit-chatted for a long time.
& we dozed off on the benches for an hour because we were too tired.
Must be weird seeing 2 girls knocked out in a shopping center.
Went to the same stall for dinner.
This time we tried the yu pian mi fen.

Took a bus down to Tanglin CC for aikido.
All the buses were so crowded at peak hour -_-
Anyway, we got there in time and helped out with the mats.
We attempted one of the advanced class' techniques before the sensei arrived.
It combines tenkan with another move.
I don't know the name of the technique.
After doing the tenkan, you swing the arm towards you.
& this drags the opponent back towards you.
When you do it non-stop, it's like dancing.
Pity it's an advance class technique.
'Cos i really like that technique now.
LOL :D
Friday, September 05, 2008 | 7:55 PM
With regards to my last post,
I'm not going to think about it anymore.
I'll just learn about love as i go through life.
There's really no point thinking so much now.
& that's the way it should be.
Been going out the past few days.
I haven't been posting photos lately too.
Let's go back to the day of the last paper (POE).
28 AUGUST 2008, THURSDAYWent to Peninsula Plaza, City Hall, Marina Square & Suntec City with WC & SH.
I'm too lazy to go into detail now.
That's the Koi Pond at Suntec.
Damn kois are so fat they practically bounce off their belly instead of swimming!

WC introduced me to Yami Yoghurt.
It's pretty nice for a cold snack.
3 SEPTEMBER 2008, WEDNESDAY
Went to NEWater Visitor Centre for the CIP program WC & I signed up for.
Looks like we will be tour guides for some time.
Mostly bring groups of visitors around, making sure they have a good time and none of the displays are damaged etc.
It's just a small group of people who signed up. Like, 9.
Mostly from SBM & SCL.

Colorful display, huh?
It's a fountain that you can walk on.
All glass panels. The waters & lightings are below.

WC likes posing for my photos ;3

We went to Far East Plaza thereafter.
She introduced me to this noodle stall.
We ordered the tom yam seafood noodle.
Super shiok! :D
First time i drank such delicious tom yam soup.
We also bought rainbow agar-agar from a fruit stall.
Meh, we're like little kids, eating agar-agar and everything.
Haha :D
4 SEPTEMBER 2008, THURSDAY
Went out with Esther today.
Wanted to watch The Murder of the Inugami Clan.
It's a Kindaichi film ya know.
It's another detective series, just like Detective Conan.
Esther told me Kindaichi's a lot darker, always murder victims etc.
Nehmind.
I still swear by Detective Conan x33
Ok, i didn't know the show was NC16.
& i don't have my IC -.-
So we had to watch Boys Over Flower instead.
Remember "liu xing hua yuan"?
It's the finale.
& first time i see a movie theater full house -.-
Those teen girls kept screaming throughout the movie.
When the F4 guys enter the scene as a group for the first time,
Teen girls: KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!! x3 x3 x3
-.-
Heck, i didn't even watch the show years ago.
They really make me feel like an aunty.
Anyway, Kurosagi is another upcoming Japanese film.
I'm going to watch it with Esther too.
Probably watch it together with the Kindaichi movie.
Detectives FTW! :D
We went to しょくどう Shokudo Japanese Pasta & Pizza on Level 2 to makan.
First time dining there.
& i will be going back again.
The food is so, so, so good.

The matcha & azuki drink is super.
The matcha is so fragrant and thick.
& the drink is naturally sweet too.
Definitely worth the $8.80.

(Left) My salmon & salmon roe pasta in wafu sauce
(Right) Esther's seafood pasta
I'm really happy.
It's been months since i went dining.
I miss the feeling of being in a restaurant & nice food.
Esther said let's go to Sushi Tei next time.
:D :D :D
We went shopping around Far East Plaza after that.
Bought a dark purple pashmina & a black beret.
Didn't bring enough money to buy the nice vest i saw.
Next time then :/
Took 167 back to Sembawang Interchange.
Must be the only thing that interchange is good for -.-
Byee for now!
