Woo Hoo I made it

All the way to the end of NaBloPoMo 2012, yay.

I've managed to post a pic more days than not and I haven't resorted to boring you all with pics of my completed TW's.

I've noticed I'm edging towards having made 1000 posts so keep an eye out for that probably sometime in January and I'll go and start having a think about what I can do to celebrate it.

Dragon Box update

I've been working on my Dragon box this week in the hope of meeting my goal of finishing it this month but it's not going to happen :(  I might manage to finish the base of it but there's no way I'll get the lid done.

Anyway here it is as of this evening when I put it down with just the hem to finish and then the final 2 rows to do.

See those purple beads on the inside of the box at the top?

Well that's the first row of the hem and I've made a start on the second row but my fingers were sore so I gave up for the day.

Runekeeper

I really didn't get much done on Runekeeper last weekend but any progress is good progress (and I did finish the second Santa)

At last

I've finished the motif on Namaste :)

Seems to have taken ever more and a day to get it done.

One to go and I'll be Happy Dancing 

November 26

I'm home from my weekend away, had a fantastic time and the baubles went down very well.

Runekeeper was barely touched because I spent the weekend finishing the second Santa and I've not had chance to take a pic of my measly progress!

Baubles

As I said in Friday's post I'm away for the weekend and it's a Christmas GTG.

We're having a Christmas dinner today so me being the daft sod I am thought it would be nice to make every one a decoration for the their tree this year, so I did.

I've told DBF and my Mum that next time I come up with a stupid idea like this to slap me and tell me not to be so stupid

The Big Red Thing

One of the beading group I belong to try to enter the Beadworkers Guild competition each year and this is the entry form a few years ago.

I wasn't a member of the group at the time but was allowed to have a turn and housing for a month.

Each flower was made by a different member and then assembled by another and I think they did a fantastic job.

Sunset

When DBF was leaving a few nights ago I went outside with and was greeted with this.

I thought it was beautiful so came back in for my camera.

I'm away for the weekend but I've scheduled posts.

Oh and Fee yes I am almost done Namaste, once that motif is done there's one left.

Mid (ish) Month goal review

I set myself these goals for the month.......

Start and finish the next model for Sparklies

Finish the Dragon box

Get the second Santa and Angel done

Work on my mad idea (aka beaded CdC) a little more 

Get a couple of ornaments done

Post every day because its NaBloPoMo 

So far I've done the model, not touched the Dragon box and may not get to work on it, finished the Angel and started the Santa, not touched my mad idea, done several ornaments and I've managed to post every day so far.
