I have posted pictures of construction progress on the Woodbury/Taylor project as it moved forward. This post will show the finished home. The remodel was a great success and the homeowners are very happy in their new digs.

September 2020
September 2020 is now in the rearview mirror as we race toward the election in November and hopeful relief. We had a nice visit from the Marlpit-Hill Boyntons. Their visit with friends in northern Utah fell through so we got them several day early. We ate some good food (take away and home-cooked including a great Japanese feast they cooked). We rode the Heber Creeper, shopped for consignment furniture in Park City, ate fish sandwiches at High Mountain in Kamas, and we made a quick day trip to Vernal so they could visit with Katy and family. That included dinner in Myton at the Hideout with their famous "steak on a stone." On Labor Day we joined Rod and Vic for a trip to SLC so they could see the demolition going on at the Salt Lake Temple, and of course I am always down with a construction inspection. Greek Souvlakia made our dinner. There was another trip to Vernal for Arthur's second birthday celebration (a day early) on 13 September. The SKTs and DATs had lunch from Ripples in Edgemon with Hank and Colette at the nearby LDS pavilion. They came to Utah to escape the fierce smokey air in California. I made some of Grandma's chile sauce, and thanks to cousin Millie Kay, finally decided that the grandma in question is Grandma Hansen. At the end of the month we had a lovely picnic lunch with the Calder cousins. It has been a long time since the last cousins' breakfast, so this was wonderful. The Taylor/Woodburys moved into their completely remodeled house and I will do a separate post with pictures of their delightful new digs.
