Congratulations to Waiyee & Hun Nian who tie the knot at Grand Plaza Parkroyal on 15th October!! Was selected to be one of the 8 bridesmaids, thus able to witness the whole event, starting from morning to night. Starting from "bang door" to tea ceremony and finally the dinner at hotel.. Deepest impression was the speech given during dinner.. The way Hun Nian thanking Waiyee, introducing us his wife, was indeed touching and sure it felt sweet to Waiyee too. Recalling the first time I see both of them together was 2 years back during my temporary assignment in SHARP. A couple whom i feel is so compatible and they are together since their University days. A long walk together and finally this special day is here. Sincerely wishing both of you a blissful marriage & 早生贵子!!
每次看见朋友结婚，自己也会希望这一天快点到来。总有一股冲动，也想和心爱的人结婚。。。我们的“这天”会是何时？真想永远沉醉在那幸福与甜蜜的感觉。。。

Friday: *A day for shopping*
Met up with Qi at Orchard. First stop at Phuture London coz she is eyeing a skirt! She tried before I reached but did not buy on the second time she entered the shop. Then headed for Taka for the mooncake fair.. Mooncakes everywhere.. Lucky got her good recommendation and after she sacrificed to test almost every booth before I came, I bought some yummy flavored mooncakes. Cranberry, Tiramisu & Custard. Cranberry tastes the best according to Dear & his mum. Wanted to buy Rum & Raisins ones from Swissotel but all SOLD OUT! Very fast but I hope I get to go down tomorrow to buy some coz I really want to try! Anyway, carried that big box of mooncakes around for shopping & I look so clumsy coz a square-based shopping bag is prone to be hit by people & bumped into others. But it did not really bother me. lolx.. I got a new foundation from Watsons, Loreal True Match series & it comes with a free lip gloss. Keke. Went Far East plaza & Tangs to shop shop before we headed back to Wisma where there is midnight shopping (But not many shops opened though). Decided to go Phuture London again.. Third time Qi stepping into the outlet & this time I psycho her to buy the skirt. Haha, anyway she already wants that skirt quite alot so did not have to do much persuading. Bought shorts at Flesh Imp for $20 coz there is 50% sales!! I love sales coz can save money & catch some good deals. Hee.. Did I mention about Giordano? There is 25% storewide specially for the midnight shopping & the whole shop is FLOODED with people! I could not find the bottom I want, thus did not really stay long inside. Headed back home at 11plus.. Ended up taking cab home from MRT station, but ENJOYABLE shopping day indeed.
Saturday: *Meetup*
Had a lunch date with Weiwen at Westmall. Wanted to treat him to lunch but he rejected. (Help me save money leh). So, we ate our lunch at food court and went to coffee bean after that. It has been quite some time since I met up with him. Nice time catching up and glad that he is feeling better. Hope that you enjoyed yourself too!
Supper with Weimin & gang at usual Bukit Timah. Long long time since I see them. The last time is our dinner treat by Weimin at AMK for some yummy crabs.. Everyone is busy working and studying, not as free as we used to be when all of us are still studying coz there is always something call SCHOOL HOLIDAY. For working people, there is only 14days of leave to work with. So little!! Though I kept yawning all the time, I am not bored over the topics they are talking, simply I am tired. But it is a nice gathering..
Sunday: *Discovery Center*
Destination is newly revamped Discovery Center with Dear, Yihan & June. A little boring coz I am not those who is very interested in history of Singapore & want to know everything about Singapore. Since it is free, no harm going there. We played some games, watched the 2D show, walked around and enjoy our Sunday afternoon. The basic package also includes a bus tour around SAFTI MI. Gained some insights of the place as the tour guide did some introduction on the various places. Thanks to the free admission pass Dear got from A*STAR!
Today: *Monday again*
Monday blues every week but last week and this week seems to pass rather quickly. Less of those draggy mornings and afternoons. Guess being busy is a good thing after all! A good news to share! My probation ends TODAY, meaning from tomorrow onwards, I am a CONFIRMED employee and there is no more no-pay leaves & I don't have to pay when I am visiting a doctor & all the benefits an employee is entitled to!! Hurray!! =D
Anyway, monday is also Yoga day. After work is yoga class.. Attendance is super low today.. Only 3 persons and teacher got the time to attend to each and everyone of us! Good for teacher, but tough on the students. I was absent the last week, so I took some time to catch up with what the rest learnt last week. kinda tough coz there is alot of strength needed for the movements and I got weak arms & legs.. :( Even had to conquere abit of my phobia coz we had to hang ourselves upside down with the aid of a rope & wall. Kinda scary coz this is my first time doing while Seannie & Waiyee had done before in Yoga PART 1. It is quite fun but I am suffering from aches all over the body after the whole session.. It is getting tougher & tougher.. 4 more sessions to go.. Wish me luck!

A long long time since I last blog. Well, life revolves around work. Spent most time at work, majority of the time at the com. End result is computer phobia, thus seldom use com at home nowadays. Sometimes I am thinking why are people around me asking me to reconsider changing job when I am just started 2.5 months with this company. I admit it is a not so high paid job, maybe people find it weird for me doing recept coz I have a degree. Yes, it might be weird coz I should be seeking for a better job, high salary, better development opportunities. But I have never mind this at all. To me, this is where I learn. Start low & experience more. Perhaps there won't be much chances to be promoted, but I will be glad so long I am given the chance to handle & learn the HR knowledge., though this has to wait till I am out of the probation period. What's more important is also the motivation. Though it seems to be a lowly job to others, I have a great time doing this position. Allows me to interact with people, brushing up my social skills, learning how to handle different situations. Well, I can say I am happy. I know people are concern, but I guess this is part of a learning process especially when you wish to divert from your major.
Tuesday was my birthday.. Somehow not as excited as I used to be, however I am touched to received so amny sms from my dear friends! Happy that all of you still remembers!! Looking forward to meet some of you over the weekend, dinner with Weiwen next week & wonder when will have the time to meet up with Joanne. It always nice to catch up with people whom you have not seen for some time. Definitely looking forward to all the meet ups! Also, thanks for the presents from my colleagues. Not to forget the dress from Dear too! Thanks everyone for making my day! :)

Sick sick sick.. Got a sore throat suddenly in office yesterday then came a feverish feeling making me shiver in the office. Wanted to meet Sharon and Jiaxin coz it's Sharon birthday but called it off. Didn't managed to bear till 5.30 and I went off at 5. Headed home in a cab which cost me $10! Super expensive!! Got home feeling so cold and I am running a fever with a temperature of 37.8. Changed into long pants, t-shirt and wore my jacket over it. Lie on my bed, covered myself with my quilt and fell asleep in shivers. Woke up at 7 to see a doc. Had my sis to accompany me in case I fainted halfway.. (Anyway is my mum who insisted.. Haha) Dragged my feet to market area and waited for 7 people before it was my turn. Waited very long and I was dozing off while waiting. Terrible feeling.. Heavy headed plus shivering.. Finally was my turn and it was already 8.10! The doc is always saying positive things. My body temperature was 38.4! Was told to get good rest and I am on 2 days MC! Bought bread for my dinner and went home. Eat dinner, ate the pills and was already dozing off while watching tv. Went to bed at 11pm and woke up at 10.30. Fever subsided my throat still quite pain. Time to eat medicine and rest..

Waiting for Dear to reach home thus decided to write something. Haven't been writing since ages. Not coz life is boring, but simply too busy and plain lazy to touch the computer after work. Weekends will be out enjoying, having fun and really too tired to update this blog of mine when I am back home. Lots of things happened and by now, all becomes too outdated to pen them down.. Guess this is working life. After working for 8 hours, staring at the computer, typing away on the keyboard, you just don't feel like looking at it once you are home. Weekends is always too short and Mondays are always blue! Sounds familiar to alot of you out there? Not that you lack the motivation, just that for me, I yearn for the long holidays during schooling days.. You can always get unofficial "leave" if you don't feel like going to school. Now in the working society, you have to work with the limited days of leaves and MC.. Really not too used to it yet and more problems coming your way while you don't experience that much during school days except during term papers, exams or rushing for due date which are probably the major "problems" or rather stress we faced. Just miss the good old days when politics aren't present, everyone is being nice out of their heart, without any motive..Haha, guess I am just grumbling about certain tings I face now.. Well, better stop before this entry gets longer. Shall go and rest now. Tomorrow will be a better day. Hope so..

Commencement is over, meaning I am officially graduated!! Hee.. It was a tiring day.. Busy taking photos and mingle around with friends.. Cramps due to too much smiles and temporary blindness due to too much flash lights.. Nevertheless, it is an enjoyable day. As a new chapter unfolds, our friendship will remain to stay strong. Appreciate all of your company during our school days and I am glad we have all survived through. Thanks Dear for being my photographer of the day. I know it's not easy taking photos for me and helping others with their cameras. Also to my family who take time to join me at this special occasion. Lastly, take time to enjoy some photos..
Today is Commencement.. Somehow I am not too excited but it is a good time to meet up with Vylkians again.. One last time before we part and open another chapter of our lives.. Shall take lots of pictures later! Hee..
Finally got into SHARP as perm employee in HR Department.. Very happy.. Went there as temp 3 years ago.. Somehow I felt quite attached to the people and place since then.. Went back for temp last year and this year May.. Lucky I did not accept that PA offer, else won't have a chance to wait till this vacancy that I am taking over soon.. There will be alot of things for me to learn along the way.. Wish me luck! =D

So long since I last posted an entry.. Have been working for the past month.. Temp job though.. But at least after work is free time.. Meet up with Dear, Qi, NUS friends, Alicia.. But weekend always seems so short. Hope that can have more time together with Dear.. Cannot imagine when I get a perm job.. Leave limited to 14 days, cannot anyhow take leave coz it's very precious..Will be harder to meet up with NUs friends coz everyone starting work.. So sad.. Commencement will be the last time we will go back to school, have fun together.. May all of us enjoy that day and must take lots of photos!
