He who is in me, is greater than he who is in the world! Whom then shall I fear?
Colossians 1:16
For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
Matthew 10:1
He called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.
Mark 1:23-27
Just then a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an evil spirit cried out, "What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God!"
"Be quiet!" said Jesus sternly. "Come out of him!" The evil spirit shook the man violently and came out of him with a shriek.
The people were all so amazed that they asked each other, "What is this? A new teaching—and with authority! He even gives orders to evil spirits and they obey him."
Mark 5:1-20
The Healing of a Demon-possessed Man
They went across the lake to the region of the Gerasenes. When Jesus got out of the boat, a man with an evil spirit came from the tombs to meet him. This man lived in the tombs, and no one could bind him any more, not even with a chain. For he had often been chained hand and foot, but he tore the chains apart and broke the irons on his feet. No one was strong enough to subdue him. Night and day among the tombs and in the hills he would cry out and cut himself with stones.
When he saw Jesus from a distance, he ran and fell on his knees in front of him. He shouted at the top of his voice, "What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? Swear to God that you won't torture me!" For Jesus had said to him, "Come out of this man, you evil spirit!"
Then Jesus asked him, "What is your name?"
"My name is Legion," he replied, "for we are many." And he begged Jesus again and again not to send them out of the area.
A large herd of pigs was feeding on the nearby hillside. The demons begged Jesus, "Send us among the pigs; allow us to go into them." He gave them permission, and the evil spirits came out and went into the pigs. The herd, about two thousand in number, rushed down the steep bank into the lake and were drowned.
Those tending the pigs ran off and reported this in the town and countryside, and the people went out to see what had happened. When they came to Jesus, they saw the man who had been possessed by the legion of demons, sitting there, dressed and in his right mind; and they were afraid. Those who had seen it told the people what had happened to the demon-possessed man—and told about the pigs as well.
Then the people began to plead with Jesus to leave their region.
As Jesus was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon-possessed begged to go with him. Jesus did not let him, but said, "Go home to your family and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you." So the man went away and began to tell in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him. And all the people were amazed.
Acts 5:16
Crowds gathered also from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing their sick and those tormented by evil spirits, and all of them were healed.
1 John 4:17-19
In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
We love because he first loved us.

Bring me home
9:14 pm
Bring me home, where the butterflies rest
Where a little girl's laughter's not put to the test.
Bring me home, where I can rest my head
on someone who loves me and tucks me in bed.
Where my dainty feet dances, covered with dew
Bringing joy to a someone that I never knew.
Where storms are adventures to have fun in the rain
without the fear and without the pain.
Bring me home, to rest my heart
Let my soul be at peace and not torn apart.
Bring me home to the glistening lake
Let me admire the beauty, for goodness sake...

Do not allow what you consider good to be spoken of as evil. For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by men.
-Romans 14:16-18
For it is impossible to bring back to repentance those who were once enlightened—those who have experienced the good things of heaven and shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the power of the age to come— and who then turn away from God. It is impossible to bring such people back to repentance; by rejecting the Son of God, they themselves are nailing him to the cross once again and holding him up to public shame.
Land that drinks in the rain often falling on it, and that produces a crop useful to those for whom it is farmed, receives the blessing of God. But if a field bears thorns and thistles, it is useless. The farmer will soon condemn that field and burn it.
-Hebrews 6:4-8

11:54 pm
Just some thoughts after reading a great friend's blog post.
Indeed one of the foundations of our relationship with God is believing that Christ is God's Son. "For if Christ is not God in the flesh, then we have no personal relationship with God. We will have had no salvation, for if He was not God, then we have merely another idol, a false god."
A dangerous question to ask, that shows the misconceptions that an individual have, would then be, "Who's greater? The Father or the Son?".
For the people who were waiting for a Messiah to come, some of them were unable to accept that a man, could be God Himself. He was simply another wise prophet to them.
And of course, another famous question that created one of the most influential religion, "Who is bigger? Jesus? Or Jesus' mother?".
There's nothing wrong about asking questions. Being inquisitive is a good thing. But when we allow questions to shake our beliefs, we might just end up twisting the Truth in our human minds. Of course, the above questions is pretty obvious to those who know the Truth. But how about other questions?
Sometimes we just have to be Okay with not knowing the answer.
I'm not suggesting passiveness.
One question someone in BS asked, "Who created God?" [his Belief: Everything has a creator and how it was formed] True, but God IS the Creator.
and so goes on to the next question, "So how did God become God?" -----
Answers anyone?

Daily Devotion book meant for ages 3-7 years old
10:57 pm
Wisdom from a little Daily Devotion book meant for ages 3-7 years old that i found at home and i got curious so i started reading. We should teach our children from young about life, they are not too young to learn. These are some of the daily devotions inside:
Have i come to the end of my rope? Good! Am i just about ready to lose my grip? Even better! Did i let go and fall down? Best of all! At last i'm lying at Jesus;s feet. Now He can change my heart. He will fill me with the Holy Spirit.
Jesus will never force me to obey. Some days i wish He would. And some days I wish He'd just leave me alone. But God loves me too much to ever do that. He is teaching me to listen. He is teaching me to trust Him. He is teaching me to love.
I am mad at her. And she is mad at me. Now i want to sing and give thanks to God. But Jesus says, "No." He says first i must forgive. But why me? That's easy! Jesus wants every last, little part of me to be just like Him. So i must go back and make things right with her.
Oh Lord, please help me. I keep making the same mistakes over and over again. I want to change. I know this is wrong. Take my selfishness. Burn it with the fire of Your love. I know it will hurt. But i want to be filled with Your love.

Family, should have the greatest capacity to love and forgive than any other place in this world. Knowing that, know who is your family.

The Way of the Wild Heart
11:46 pm
It is the time when a young man discovers the Way of the Heart, that poetry and passion are far more closer to the Truth than are mere reason and proposition. He awakens to beauty, to life. He discovers music and literature; like the young David, he becomes a romantic and it takes his spiritual life to a whole new level. Often, Service for God is overshadowed by intimacy with God.
The crisis of leadership in our churches, businesses, and government is largely due to this one dilema: men have been given power, but they are unprepared to handle it.
Understanding does not equal healing. Clarity does not equal restoration. Many men understand their wounds, can talk about them with great clarity. They know what happened, what life was like... Yet they remain unfinished men, haunted by the memories, crippled by the wounds. The addiction remains, the fears remain, the lack of wholenes remains. And by the way, it doesnt take a major assault or abuse to create a broken heart...Depending on the age or circumstance, it can be an embarrassing moment like stuttering in front of the class, or a harsh word from your mother.
Remember now- the human heart was designed to grow up in a world of love and security, a world where we are known and prized each and every day- a world very very different from the world anyone actually grows up in, living now so far from Eden. The heart is a tender thing and easily broken, especially when we are young. That is why Jesus offers to heal the brokenhearted: Isaiah 61:1
Exactly how God comes to heal the human heart is a deep mystery, but it works something like this: He will often arrange for some event to make us feel just as we did when our hearts were broken. Feeling again what we felt then, or perhaps suddenly when a memory resurfaces, we have an opportunity not to push it away, or run, or get angry at someone. Rather, we invite God to come to the broken place within us and restore us. Sometimes the Father's healing comes immediately, other times over the course of many months as He speaks to our hearts and opens our awareness of our heart.
