Life

I think I should start this post putting a link to something that I can absolutely relate to right now.

It has been a while since I have had something that I needed to say. Or a place that I need to vent to. OR the time to write down an update I have about life. On the verge of going crazy, I felt that it is necessary for me to leave my work aside for 15 minutes and write down what am I going through right now.

1. Getting a B in my first design project submission
2. The 2 deadlines that are coming up this week that I have not started.
3. Lagging behind so bad in classes that I don't even know what to do with myself anymore.
4. Falling super ill and dropping productivity for the past 3 weeks
5. Internship applications that are so annoying.
6. Study Abroad applications
7. The fact that I just got rejected by two companies.
8. The pressure to raise TNs.
9. The pressure to uphold member's satisfaction.
10. Not getting the support I need despite points 1-9 above.
11. Instead getting yelled at for not applying chinese visa.
12. To Apply for Chinese Visa
13. And my personal tutor wasn't in for the whole week hence I can't certify my student enrollment status.
14. Hence my applications visa is going to be postponed to next week.
15. And the fact that they can't accept that my visa is going to be postponed for a week.

Sigh. life.

Well, when people tell me that I should count on no one but myself. Yeah this is the epitome of that.

Which makes me stronger hopefully.

Rawr.

Ending the post of my first world problems here.

Back to the land of gloominess.

Its scary how 3 months seem to fly past me in a blink of an eye, and reading week is next week. I keep asking myself why is time flying by so fast, when I am already so lost in lectures. Stepping into UCL in my second year made me realise how important it is to really treasure every moment of my life in university. I learnt how important learning is, not just classroom learning, but learning in general. In our daily lives, we often encounter different situations that require us to deal with different people, take up different roles. I would like to think that these random small things we do, the small roles we play in the society is the one that shapes who we are.

So, enough of that touchy stuff.

The reason why I'm super enthusiastic today and decided to blog is because of the daylight saving time change. An hour gained should be well spent, and since I'm so unbelievably busy these days, I have decided to spend this hour on blogging.

Life back here is, surprisingly busy. It is very demanding to balance out my studies and co-curricular activities, and friends, and games, and other stuffs. On really busy days I barely get enough sleep to run for lectures, and i tend to doze of in lectures. And most of my saturdays are booked now, either with my own activities or photowalk. Its scary how the workload for everything could be, I should be catching up in lectures instead. As the saying goes, he who fails to plan, plans to fail. Because of this, it became a habit for me to actually plan what I have to do and accomplish it by the end of the day. If it wasn't for this reminder/planner thing I would have missed several deadlines already.

Apart from all the busy drama, I went to epping forest yesterday! :) It was so much better than last year as autumn is catching. There were leaves on the floor and the trees were turning yellow! Despite the muddy floor I still enjoyed myself. And here are some of the pictures I took :))))\

tried mf on this one :O

Now back to the real world.

Home

As I was jogging in my neighborhood garden today, I saw a small interesting scene in the playground.  An image that made me have second thoughts about the equality we always mention. Sadly I didn't take a picture of that picture perfect moment - as i deem it inappropriate to take pictures of random strangers and their kids - but that scene left a grin on my face as i continued jogging. In this scene, the kids were on a see saw and the parents were chattering about. HEHE i would love to take a picture when the seesaw is horizontal.

Okay so i decided to draw a picture of it since i couldn't snap a photo of it. As I expected, I'm a fail artist. HAHA. Before I put up my hideous drawing, allow me to wash ur eyes with some one else's drawing that I randomly picked up from google. *credit goes to the rightful owner*

Here's something to cleanse your eyes with before looking at my artistic skills. :3
AND TADAA:

Isnt it pretty. HAHA. well, atleast my clouds and the grass look decent. :') and the turban do somehow look like a turban. YES, the other parent is bald. AND NO, i didn't forget to draw the hair.

^_^

okay, that incident aside. selaras dengan tajuk blog saya hari ini. (which means parallel to my blog title today), I'm here to annouce that. IM FINALLY HOMEEEEEEEEE. :') Well, I'm about 1.5 months late. But you know whatttttttt, better late than neverrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Yes, home is good, food is good. I really hope i dont gain anymore weight. Speaking of this matter, I've challenged myself to a 10km run in early sept. Of course, for an event like this, training is definitely on the top of the list. Up till now i'm still a few kilometers short everytime i train, then i get bored of jogging. The thing is, I get bored easily. After seeing the same scenery for about half an hour, boredom kicks in. Boredom will slowly take over my wavering determination, and then I'll slowdown and finally lose the battle in my head. :( I'm in desperate need of motivation, something to drive me when i'm on the verge of losing. OR, someone to jog with, that has the same tortoise speed as i jog. HAHA

In the beginning of this month, I went on my first trip to the USA. LIKE FINALLEYH. I've always wanted to go to the states. I DID SO MUCH SHOPPING OMGWTFBBQ. :') And people who knows me well know that i rarely see something I really like. And I only buy things that I really adore, and I'll try to talk myself into not buying. :3 But then, this trip I really bought lotsa stuff. ^_^

Ooooh and I took some pretty pictures too.

To sum it up, I had great dinner and drinks almost everyday after touch down. I've even tried their fine dining, frozen magarita, awesome wines and cocktails, cheesecake, wagyu beef. gosh too much food goodness. :') And I have my mom to thank for bringing me along on this trip. Despite all of that, I have to admit that houston has nothing much to do on its own. There isnt as many tourist attraction as I hoped for. I went on an adventure for two days, navigating my own way around the area. I went to the aquarium, which was small and disappointing, Oh and I did touch some stingrays. :3

failed shot that somehow turned out to be a pretty good abstract ish pic  LOL

POLKADOT FISH

UNICORN FISH omg  :3

I wonder why do they have tigers in aquariums.

Teehee, the next day I actually took a tram all the way to the Houston Natural Sciences Museum. AND IT WAS SURPRISINGLY GOOD. After the disappointment I've got from visiting the aquarium, this museum is overwhelming. The exhibitions ranged from ancient artifacts to chemistry for kids. Spending the whole day there, was really funnn. I particularly loved the dinosaur skeletons. SO HUGEEEE. :')

DINOSAURSSSSS :D

some fish like dinosaurrr :3

According to the description, this is a bear during dinosaur times. :3

THEY HAVE STUFFED ANIMALS TOO :O

The colours of the seashells are too pretty. :')

and from the viewing balconyyyyyyyy :D
Apart from these two places, I WENT TO NASA. :DDD Thats like, the best. :') I wish I could spend the whole day there but sadly we were rushing for time. And well, not to forget that I'm with a group of uninterested adults :/

SHIP

The exact control room where they used to monitor rockets that were fired to space. THE FIRST MAN WHO LANDED ON MOON WAS MONITORED HERE :O

HEHE I HAVE NO IDEA WHATS THIS TRANSFORMER LIKE THINGIE

Saturn 5! :O

even the butt is big ass. literally.
one of the front body
and all these will be thrown into the sea after take off. :O

HAHA thats all from texass. ^_^(Y)

And um, so far I've been pigging outtttt. Doing nothing, playing games, watching movies, slacking, going outtt. hanging abouttttt. ahhh summer is great <3 p="">

haha until next time! ;)

10 things I did in 2012.

HELLO BABEH!

First of all, congratulations everyone for surviving the 2012 apocalypse, I would like to wish everyone Happy New Year as wellll! And now its 6 months countdown to good food.

Hehe, this post is inspired by kaihuiiiiiii and her posts for the past few years. xx things I did in 20xx. But thinking that it wouldnt be possible for me to post too many things as i grow older. I've decided to stick with 10 things first. Hehe, its sort of a first time I'm doing this sort of thing (usually I dont get in the mood), but since 2012 is a year of firsts for me, I've decided to do this for the first time! Be excited please. :P

Well, I dont update that frequent because I'm kinda busy with work for the past week, its either that or i've been too occupied with my mind until I couldn't find things to blog about.

ANYWAY, I should cut the crap and lets get started! Well, I'll try to sort it out in an ascending order, it depends on how well my memory is.

1. I MISSED CHINESE NEW YEAR.
Never in my life I've missed chinese new year before. UNTIL 2012. Thanks edexcel for placing our exams RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF CNY. :( I missed the angpau taking, steamboat, FESTIVE COOKIES, CNY FOOD, the firework playing, PLAYING MAHJONG and sho much moreeeeeeee. I didnt even get to go back to Taiping! my part kampung! I actually spent alot of my time there when I was really young. And seeing how i'm going to miss chinese new year again this year, it is sad indeed. Sigh, altho I could drive my mom still stayed behind to fetch me around and make sure I dont skip meals. Well, it was a first for me to stay back in KL for chinese new year, THE ROADS WERE SO EMPTY. Unlike usual days where theres always traffic even when its the weekend, the roads were clearrrr and smooooooth. Its a traffic condition that I would LOVE to drive on. CAN STEP ONTO THE PEDAL AND GO VROOOOOM. Oh boy I'm making myself missing my baby. Well, one of my math papers, C3, fell right on the first day of chinese new year. Instead of the usual tradition of staying up very late on the eve of chinses new year, I slept very early. Ohwell, it was indeed one year ago, details might be slightly blurrer than preferred. :P

2. Singapore trip!
Teehee, right after the exams we went to singapore! That was my third trip to universal studio. :O

._. Sudden crave for the icecream in coloured bread in singapore. Haha even so, the trip was fun! Universal studios singapore is just sho lively and fun! BUT THEN HOR, Its damn hot lor. I've rethinkied the whole thing through, its either because that singapore is near the equator OR because I'm there thats why its sho exceptionally hot. :P Apart from that, we've gone on lots of roller coasters!  Luckily the crowd wasn't too big. Teehee.

3. I Survived A-Levels.
You know what, all the bullshit about A-levels life is harder than uni life is plain crap. It has been only 3 months and I feel like im walking into a pathway of darkness already. Before I get carried away, I have to say, I sort of missed the good old times. Hehe, especially the breakfast gang, where we would all go to hp tower and eat half boiled eggs, with milo or tehtarik. Occasionally skipping lectures just because. Rushing up math homework because I'm too cheapskate to pay the fine. Battling with the clock everyday while driving just to get a better parking spot. Nawwwwwww, I remember there used to be 6 spots where no one could double park meh. Those were the days :')

4. Went to my first prom!
Well, I didnt attend my high school prom because, I went to egypt. :P Welllllll, I couldn't say everything went well that day, I woke up terribly late and I had no time to deal with hair and stuff. At that point of time I still couldn't do nice up-dos. :P I think I woke up at 3pm that day, thanks to celebrating my last a level paper with a whole night of games and some movies. :P Well, everyone looks awesomeeeeeeeee. I didnt know people in our class know how to dress up one lor, besides a fair few who actually took the time to dress up well and look pretty in class. The rest, including people like me, just couldn't be bothered. Saw lots of people I know that day, including my other friends that weren't in that class. AND THERE WERE SHO MANY PRETTY PEOPLE IN PRETTY DRESSES. :3 Heh.

5. Went to MTV world stage!
It was my first concert! Well, mainly because I never wanted to spend sho much money on things like that, AND the timing wasn't always right. For this I really have to thank kk for getting us x-zone tickets for a okayish price. The thing I couldn't believe is I actually watched Justin Bieber as part of my first concert. And I probably know less than half the songs he sang. KARA WAS THE BEST :3 well, atleast i know most of the songs they sang lar. We actually went there early and waited under the hot sun for 4 whole hours, the lengths we go to get a good seat. :P

6. Came to the uk
I guess this is the most major event in my entire life. Its not everyday you go away from home to a foreign place. Its the first time I'm here in england and I'm stuck here until, well june i hope. When I was little I used to dream and dream coming to the uk to study, however in these dreams I always seem to neglect the fact that I will be living alone. And living alone sort of comes in a package, self cooking, self cleaning, self laundry, self organizing things, self transport. I've come to realise, as long as you want something done, you'll have to do it yourself. If I want to go out, I'll have to get my butt out in the cold and walk to that place. Unlike a few months ago where I could just drive there or ask my dad to drop me off. Its different here, life is different. Well, I've been able to make new friends, of course. I wish I could go out and talk more to people not from Malaysia, but, im hopelessly shy. I'm not even kidding. -_- Sigh. Well, I hope the new semester will bring out the bravery from beneath my heart, and underneath the thousands and thousands of layers of fat. :P

Well, apart from that, I'm adapting fairly well towards the lifestyle here. The inner cheapskate in me just seem to gain sho much light, its coming out of the small little box. :P I'm also better with dealing the cold now. Anything above 0 is okay, as long as it stays positive I'll survive. And when its sunny I'll be sho happy. :3

7. Picked up photography, and learnt abit of photoshop!
Well, showing pictures will always seem to be a better idea than typing in situations like this.

 i loveeeeee this pic.

The entrance to the lourve museum

TeeHee, I believe I've posted a little something about photoshop a few posts ago, so i wont elaborate much. Its a recap afterall. :P

8. Spent my birthday in the uk!
I'm really lucky to have lovely friends who took the trouble to meet up and celebrate my birthday with me. :3 I even got to try 2 different restaurants in one day! Thats a luxury as a student in the uk. I went to gbk for lunch with my course mates. And met up with my isaac zhiyan popo wernyi + wenying in jamies and olivers for dinner! I EVEN GOT MACAROOOOOOOOOOOONS. Damn they taste sho good, especially the caramel one. :P The food there was greattt! Teehee, It was my first atas meal in the uk! :P

9. Went clubbing for the 1st time.
In my whole 19 years of life, I've never been to a club before. Yes, I live in a deep hole, away from all the influences and noises. Katak bawah tempurung. ._. Anyway, I've decided to go to one, atleast one! to see what its like. Well, it was an eye opening experience for me. Well, playing in oxford st at 3am is fun i would say. Apart from that, the crowd and the drunk people were, less appealing. Especially when they appear out of nowhere to attack you. LOL. LIKE POKEMON. HAHA. :P The music was insanely loud until the person beside me became inaudible. And I WALKED about 3 Kilometers back home, IN HIGH HEELS. :') I'm sho proud of myself for that. Heh, nevertheless, it was fun with great company! :D

10. Spent Christmas in Paris!
As you can see, some of the pictures from above are from paris! The city of lights, the city of love. Paris is beautiful indeed. The trip was better than awesome. It has been awhile since I've last been to a trip with my family, or rather as the french would say, mon famile. Well, we went to most of the places we wanted to go, AND I EVEN WENT UP TO THE TOP OF EIFFEL TOWER! That moment up there was spectacular, definitely a must see. At night there was Christmas Market in Champs-Elysees, THE WAFFLES WERE DAMN NICE. LOL. shuper nice, makes every other waffle i've tasted like mehhhhhhhhhhh. However, the metro does stink like pee when theres not alot of people and the wind blows. ugh, disgusting. And unlike London, there are quite alot of things open in Paris on Christmas day! there was even another christmas market near the sacred cathedral in Anver i think. :O Ooooooh and I had turkey for christmas dinner! And there was mussels in wine and escargot and french onion soup. yum. :D

Well, After writing everything i realise that 10 is not enough. But It will have to do, for 2012. It absolutely doesn't mean that I've only got 10 things done this year, Well, obviously I've done alot more but these are the ones worth writing about. Well, as you can probably see, 2012 is a year of firsts for me, its nice to experience new things and widen up my horizons at the same time!

Ohhhhhhhh, I went to the new year celebration in london yesterday and the crowd was insaaaaaaaaaane. 2 hours before midnight and the main viewing areas are closed already. :( NEXT YEAR MUST GO EARLIER TO BOOK SPACE! But the fireworks was awesome lar. :D

Time do fly, yesterday a friend reminded that its 2013 now, Theres a big difference between our age this year and our age last year. :( SAD LO.

ohwell, I have loads of studies to do because i was away for almost 2 weeks. :( hopefully i get things done in time! Till then!

Settling In!

Hello! It has been a long while since i've last updated, and I'm here in London!

London is treating me well, so far so good i think. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, really. :D Anyway. It has been more than a month since I've left home, BUT I ALWAYS GO BACK. In my dreams! Haha, I'm not even joking. These few days i keep imagining myself eating all the good food in Malaysia. THE  FOODDDDDDD, rawr! Well, I've learnt to appreciate food more ever since I came here, mostly because I have to cook my own meal every day, which is a pain in the ass, really! EVERY GRAIN OF RICE IS PRECIOUS! Especially when you have to cook it. Haha! I'm slowly collecting my kitchen stuff one by one! I hope my parents can get me a slow cooker or something, then i can boil soup! Teehee.

Nevertheless, its annoying thinking of what to cook every meal! (I'm running out of ideas!) The idea of trying new things seem fun, BUT. (yes, theres this big butt) They always sell things in bulk. -_- which is super annoying seeing the fact that I'm only cooking for one person. For instance, if I wanna cook ABC soup, they sell tomatoes in 6s, potatoes in 4s, carrots in 8s and onions, well in a pack. How am i supposed to finish them before they expire. -_- And If i wanna add sweetcorn into it, they come in 4s. I'm only cooking for one person! sigh. :/ I keep overestimating my food portion! I'm gonna grow sho fat. And I snack alot too! Goshhhhhhhhhh. Well, its shuper cheap to cook, compared to eating out that is. And I'm sure whatever I cook taste better than sandwiches. I couldn't believe that my friend said that a £ 1.7 sandwich is cheap. I could eat a meal with that amount of money, I could eat a meal already! :/

Oh yeah, other than food, the currency is also shuper annoying. Its 5 times my old currency, WHICH IS SUPER PAINFUL. :'( I could eat decent japanese food or nandos/ or sometimes even dinner at a restaurant! But Here, 4 pounds will get you mcd, or a sandwich. Which is kinda sad. :( Well, I sort of developed a formula of spending money. Treat £ 1 like RM2-3, £5 like rm 10, £10 like rm 20-30, £20 like rm 50, £50 like rm 250. Yes, I know its not on scale. BUT IF U SCALE IT, and follow the x5, you'll never ever buy anything. So thats the simple rule i'm keeping now. I even have to keep a list of what I'm spending on these days. Or my money just go missing and I end up with lots of junkfood in my room. Teehee. I AM trying to control myself, I just can't help it if things are ON SALE. :P I'm turning to a cheapskate aunty now. speaking of cheapskate! I BOUGHT A 90p BOWL! and a 2 pound CHOPPING BOARD! im sho happy omg, after months and months of choppingboardless days. :DDDDD

I bought Ben and Jerry's. 2 for 6 pounds! :D And a whole bunch of chips which I have no idea when am I gonna finish them. Oh spot my chips. :P

The amount of food i have, crazy i know.

Well, i guess the bright side is, my mom and dad dont have to worry about me starving without food. LOL. I'm eating well! And growing fat! Haha!

MUST. STOP. TALKING. ABOUT. FOOD.

Okay, my university! UCL is a nice place to be in! I love the environment here! However, I do have boring lectures, and those which I could just sleep during lectures. Sigh, I wish I could pay attention in class. But I have a really short concentration span! Well, basically, I pay attention, then I zone out, daydream abit. When my mind come back, I already missed a big chunk of lecture and is basically lost. Then I have to do work catching up. Its only the 4th week of class and I'm lagging behind already. Why am I always lagging behind in stuff. :/ Course works are getting super annoying now because I have three of them due next week. :/ Now I study every night, or atleast try to study. hehe. But it's considered a big improvement compared to my A-lvl days, where I dont study till the last minute. Oh, and theres a drawback to my uni, THEY DONT RECORD CLASSES. Now, when I miss a chunk of lectures, I'll have to go online and search for youtube videos about it. For one of my modules, I'm watching the course taught by a professor in India.

Hmm, I talk to my mom and dad basically everyday. Or atleast once every 2 days, How to get homesick. -_- But now I need to compile a list! A list of stuff for them to bring for me when they come here!. I desperately need sambal belacan man. A slow cooker, some more jumpers, um contact lens saline, the steamer rack, metal plate, chopsticks, tea, and sho much more! Ohhh, I feel like buying a pair of boots! Damnnnnnnn, sho tempting! Especially when the boots are pretty! ghahhhhhhhh, It'll be sho awesome If i could get a pair of boots for winterrrrrrrrrrrr. :P And another coat!. hahahha, well, I'm still a girl you know. :P

Well, In every uni, there are of course clubs and societies. The ones i picked this time round is msian soc, photosoc, and chocolate soc. Haha, I signed up for volunteering too, But I dont know how to go about that club. Anyway, chocolate societyyy, HAS CHOCOLATE TASTING. And the chocolate at rococo was sho goooooooooooood. omg, It tasted like heaven. GHAH. Well, they basically do movie nights, and chocolate tasting in chocolate society. And there's photowalks in Photosoc! Thats how I go to sho many places in London! I cant be super touristy after studying in London right? Thats the main point of joining photosoc! To go to places that we wont feel like going alone! and visit lots of places!. haha, meeting new people too!

As for Malaysian Society, (see I'm dedicating a whole paragraph to it) WE WENT TO THORPE PARKKKKKK. ZOMG SHUPER AWESOME I TELL YOU. Thorpe park was the bomb! Despite the fact that I didnt get to go on stealth, super sad. :( Anyway, it started of like every other day, with the typical fact that kenyi was late and had me and wenying waiting up for him. Bleh, we soon decided to ditch him and go ahead 1st, to waterloo station. Then WE WERE AT THORPE PARK without kenyi, he had to go buy his own train ticket. ANYWAY, zomg, there was SHO MANY PEOPLE. we were there for the whole day and only rode on 4? or was it 5 rides. We had to queue two whole hours for The Swarm. But it was worth it though. The queue! IS SO DECEIVING, we thought we were all most there BUT THEN, there were a whole bunch of people hidden behind queuing for the ride. 欺骗我感情 LOL. Well, the lunch i had there was the most expensive lunch after I came to london. £5.30 man. And it was only burger king. :( After lunch, we went for a water ride and a haunted house! The haunted house was sho much fun! I can see people getting shocked by the people inside, there's also people who cried after going in. O: Oh well, we spent most of the time there talking while queuing up. -_- AND OH, STEALTH WAS CLOSED. >:(

AND HOR, HAHA, the cheapskate aunty strikes again! Now i do my laundry once every two weeks, without paying for tumble drying. Cuz I'm cheapskate like that. Hahaha! cuz I dont see the point on spending sho much on laundry, when I can spend nice money on good stuff like, kettle chips. :P

The weather these days is getting colder gah! People in edinburgh said that its snowing there already. GOSH, Its super cold already lor, Anymore colder I'm sho gonna freeze. :( Now the temperature dropped to single digit already, I dont really feel like going out anymore. :( COLD A. :(

Oh and you might have noticed I changed the blog skin. NICE MAH? :D

Bleh, I think I've crapped enough. I shall stop here and, um, till then! :D

The post before i fly

Yeah, fly, literally. Imma shuperman. LOLOL

Oh well, This morning i woke up and actually wished i had one more day. omg this is just toooooooo soon, for me at least. I'm feeling homesick already, and i havent even leave home yet. LOL does that even make sense. heh,

Anyway, the queen of procrastination strikes again, MYBAG IS STILL NOT PACKED. LOL, im finishing already la, just not done.

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, i dont know what to say anymore. The mixed feeling of excited, nervous, homesick is driving my crazy. Sigh, I realise that i really do get jumpy when im nervous.

ohwell, I'll try to update when i get there, with loads of pictures too, i hope.

till then,

Wordy? I hope not.

Wow, it has been more than a month since I've updated. To be honest, I didn't have the urge to update until i saw my blog's bookmark. TeeHee. Umm, well, it has been a long gap since the last post, and shoooooooo many things happened. For me, this past month went by waaay too fast. It only seemed like yesterday where my a level exams ended. I shall blog about abit of everything then. :D

First thing's first. I learnt cooking, and baking! :D Its not like I don't know how to cook in the 1st place, I'm just not especially good at it. After a month long of training, I assure you, my cooking is edible. Although accidents do happen, sometimes. :/ But I've been training on survival food, and easy to cook stuff. On the contrary, my baking somehow always turn out better than my cooking. -_____- It's like i have no luck with the stove and the pots and pans. Ohhhh, heres the baking story: When I was baking the nutella cookies a while back, smoke came out from the mixer. Lolol! Its not my fault, blame the ciplak mixer, luckily the smoke came out towards the end of mixing. Well, most the stuff i baked turn out okay, I hope i can try out making cupcakes soon! I just need to get the buttermilk. :X

Btw, I got my new lappy! :D Its damn heavy tho. :( After lots of thinking and analyzing and deciding, I've finally settled down on my fat lappy. It's fat because its heavy, does that even make sense? It's a Lenovo y480, if you're curious. ;) Maybe i've been using a shuper old comp for years now, this lappy i like. Its a whole lot faster than my old comp. Heeeeeee, now all there's left to get is a pair of headphones and an external hard drive. But atleast i can play games now, it has been a while since i've played anything, with exams and all. However, I am sho bored these few days that i keep playing the sims 3. Its like a never ending routine game, but its somewhat addictive.

There was this pre result buffet dinner in shogun. I thought that i wouldn't be in the mood for food, but.. After that buffet need work hard to reduce weight. :P I cant remember how many plates of food i took, I even went for 2 rounds of ice cream, 2 scoops each. The bottomless pile of sashimi, tepanyaki, tempura. okay i should stop before I drool over the thought of it. But I had lots of fun! :D

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, then theres results day.
*drumrolls*
Okaylar, to be honest i was already celebrating with myself when I got the call day before.
Because thats how i know i didn't do too badly.

So, on results day, IT WAS SHO CROWDED. I wasn't in the mood to queue at first, but i saw the people and more people standing in line.THEN AH, I oso dono what happen. I vaguely remember being shuper nervous, on the verge of tears maybe. Then as the line get shorter my heart beats faster. Okay, i admit i was sort of going crazy on the inside. I had to put effort to tame my trembling hands when i was signing the paper.  Absurd I tell you, cannot even sign properly. -_- Heeeeeeeeeee, and i flipped the paper over. I'm happy! :D Well, I got what i hoped I would get. I was hoping for ok-ish results, not a miracle, mind you. So I was a very happy girl that day. :D

Did I mention that i've worked in Mcdonalds? Okay, I've trained there, for 4 hours, as the runner. It was then i realised, my Malay speaking is the worst. I keep getting lost with words and have to practically translate everything from english. Why the 4 hours? Thats because I have to go to singapore, to visit relatives.. :P Oh I remembered huan's reaction towards me working in mcd, quote: "HAR, they actually hire chinese!" Lol!

Speaking about singapore, I was rejected by NTU. *emos* I guess I'm not good enough for NTU huh. :( Ohwell, I went to singapore on the raya weekend. And went to the harry potter exhibition, with my mom. It was fun larhhhhh, and there was this water fountain performance thingie at night. I don't remember visiting alot of places that trip, mostly slacking around. Oh which reminds me, I got myself a new watch! :D Well, it was a while back when my white one's strap broke. Sho I got myself a new black one, so it wont get dirty easily. :P

Hmm, I went all the way to KL to submit my visa application. I was there quite early and ate vegetarian breakfast in the temple beside the mca building. My dad and I even walked to KLCC for a stroll, since the appointment was on 1010am. Then lo hor, they don like my letter. :( Sho we had to run to get a new one. Then my dad had stuff to do and I was left alone in the mca building to take the lrt here and there. I went to KLcentral and saw popo! really, like that oso can meet. O_O I went there to settle my grads actually.

Oh and btw, priority service is super fast. Faster than I ever imagined it to be. O:

I wonder when will the uni get my name right. They seem to like to omit the last part of my given name. Calling miss Lee Joo all over the place. -________- And they even have to bracket the word (JOO) in all the emails they send. Gosh, is adding 3 letters such a hassle? O_O

I guess thats it for today, i wan sleep. hehee

Oh before I forget, Happy Birthday Malaysia!
