Last few weeks have been quite a whirlwind of activity.. i think. Trying to recall what has happened. Well of course there was church camp, where we had a good time in Malacca learning from Jesus' prayer in John 17. The speaker really broke it down into very understandable and digestible portions, and i'm thankful that knowing what was on Jesus' mind and heart the last moments before He went to the cross shows me what concerned Him especially, and so i can also be concerned about the same things. From the theme talks i learnt that our security is already confirmed, as children of God, and also that i want to constantly live for God's glory. Plus, what a comfort it is to know that our Lord and Saviour is still interceding for us in the same manner, asking for our continued sanctification and unity. Then after the camp we had another 2 days of relaxing and sight-seeing and eating a lot of good food.

After that, have been thrust back into the busy pace of life with work and Agapella practices going full-speed ahead, what with our concert less than a month away! Must admit that for the most part of last week i was again all wrapped in my own blues and self-pity as i fell ill, and therefore unable to do much for other people (how sad that such a little bout of illness could affect me so!) Still trying to live one day at a time and make it count for Him.

Now, please join us in praying for our concert - that we will sing and move decently enough to bring glory to God, and that the audience will enjoy, and that the words in the songs will speak!
