Yup it has been a month since our wedding! No lah; we’re not celebrating or anything – every day together is a celebration right? ;) How the time passes.. Every time i think of how time flies i am reminded of the wise words below the clock in the Perth city centre (anyone else remember that??) which say that time which has passed cannot be redeemed. Thus the importance of living each day as well as possible.
Even though it hasn’t been easy doing two persons’ jobs by himself, really thank God for sustaining Stan through this month so far, and pray for a good working relationship with his new producer. For me, i’ve started teaching again this term (still in the same company) but it’s been good to do more intervention work and create some variety in the otherwise possibly routine job.
Also, i've succumbed and signed up with Facebook. Know i have confused more than a few people by registering under my new name ;) Still figuring my way around and it looks like great fun – especially regaining contact with long-lost friends.. But as with everything, better not spend too much time on it – moderation is the key! =)
Besides keeping overseas friends updated about my news, this page hopes to encourage others along the journey we are all on. Looking back, it is surely testament to God's amazing Grace and Faithfulness. Looking ahead, we press on towards the goal, learning what it means to love each other, and not waste our lives.

September updates
We have moved into the Braddell flat! Real thankful for this place to set up home for now while we look for our own place, and we definitely intend to take good care of the house for my aunt :) We're just settling in, sort of slowly moving our stuff in, and haven't really spent a lot of time at home as yet (haven't had our first home-cooked meal so far), but it's nice having a place to ourselves and set up home!
The coming week is a busy one for me at work as it's annual testing time. This means that we round up all the students in the organisation to be tested on their reading and spelling. Close to 1000 of them :P We're working 6 days a week, some days up 'til 7plus pm, which is highly unusual for us! But it's something that has to be done! (yes poor kids too ;P)
Also, happy birthday to my darling husband.. I still can't help but wonder at the Lord's goodness to me in you, and that's something i thank Him for each day. Look forward to what He has in store for us this coming year together :) Love you!
