Cars!

Presley used to love riding in this car. Now that she's a bit bigger, she will push Kara around in it- which Kara would let her do all day - loves it!

Checking to make sure everything is good before they get started. Presley loves to "fill 'er up" with gas" after a few laps around the back yard.

Only 15 more years until she gets her license...she's ready!

10 Months!

Kara loves to be outside no matter what we're doing or what the weather is. If you open the front or back door and she doesn't get to go outside, she gets quite upset. : ) So I thought it might be best to get her big smiles when she's outside.

9 Months!

It has somehow been 9 months! Kara is doing good. She is crawling well, but loves to stand even more. She pulls up on everything and has even been known to stand without holding on for a while. : )

She loves to watch everyone - especially the dogs- and her favorite thing is clapping her hands with everyone else.

Christmas 2011

This is the grill that Presley asked Santa for for Christmas. Which she got, of course!

One of her new dress up outfits.

Presley's new jeep!

Unwrapping her new jeep!

Kara's new toys!

We wrapped one of the bows around her head and she didn't seem to mind.

Sweet girls!

Presley having fun!

Sweet picture of the two girls in front of the Christmas tree.

SNOW DAY!!

My sweet girls all bundled up for the snow!

We got about 4 inches in our yard!

This was Kara's First Snow! She had so many layers on she could barely sit up. We had to take the picture quick before she fell over. : )

Presley had a great time in the snow. We had a hard time explaining frost bite to her and convincing her to come back inside. She had warm gloves courtesy of Kroger and dry feet courtesy of Target.

Presley's Birthday Party

For Presley's 3rd birthday we had a Royal Birthday Party. We made a castle out of refrigerator and washer/dryer boxes. It took up the entire living room, but luckily was enough fun that we didn't need much else.

The cake was a castle, too. And Presley loved it. Not like last year, when she was actually kind of afraid of the cake I made. : )

Blowing out the birthday candles!

We also had some crafts. For some odd reason, I thought it would be a good idea to give preschoolers an unlimited amount of glitter.

Maybe, I didn't really think that one all the way through...

Happy Halloween!

Our pumpkin with a little bit of help from the Potato Head collection.

For Halloween this year, Presley was Dora and Kara was Boots.
They were very cute!

And our alternate costume when the Boots costume was a little bit warm - 1980's aerobic instructor. : )
