Waiting on John Mark....

Chris' brother, Dwayne, and his wife, Beth, had their first baby! I officially have a nephew! (Of course, Carter and Owen are my nephews...just consider this my first blood related nephew!) There was lots of waiting for this precious little guy...proof in the pictures below.

Oh, and you should know that I finally have a new camera! My camera broke back a year ago when Adeline was born and I've had to make due with my camera til now...hence the blogging break.

Jack and I got a little restless so we headed downstairs to the hospital entrance it is a huge open room surrounded by windows...Jack LOVED it and pretended he was in a jungle the entire time. That boy's imagination is so big that the world is NEVER a boring place for him :) ...during our time in the Jungle we proceeded to take a few pics with my new camera...we played with the different settings and ended up with the picture below, I'm serious when I say we both laughed so hard I thought we would pee our pants!!!

Jack has something to tell Jesus :)

Okay so last week was really, really rough! Between my precious diva still getting up two or three times at night and Jack being sick it was a long week! Poor Jack ran a fever for four days...when he is like that he loves to crawl up in my lap (which I LOVE!)...here is a clip of him telling me about wanting to build a tower so he can talk to Jesus. He totally did not know I was recording which makes it that much sweeter. Listen to the entire conversation before you get concerned...lol...it all makes sense in the end!

Tball....sure we'll try it

Yes, we are making Jack get outside his comfort zone :) We are giving Tball a try...so far he is unwilling to run the bases without Chris running with him. His coach handed him a ball to throw and he literally stared at his coach with the ball down at his side and after a minute or so dropped it on the ground hehe...things are going great! He did however go onto the field by himself and we were also able to catch this quick clip of him hitting the ball...that is before he realized he would have to run!!! Enjoy the crazy mom in the backgroud...I have no idea who that is ;)
