Tattooing

This album has caused quite a stir after I posted an album of one of my close friends getting a tattoo

First things first

Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I would like to reiterate again that he is one of my closest friends, and we are just that comfortable with each other

I don't even know why I have to explain myself since the person who ought to be bothered isn't even bothered -.-

Moving on

We watched Breaking Dawn Part 1 while waiting for his cousin to finish the tattoo
He's gonna have matching ones with his cousin; the latter behind, and the former in front
I feel like I've done my part as a good friend to tell him that tattooing two flowers on his biceps is not ideal but hey, not my body, if it turns out ugly i'll laugh at him only (yes i told him this)

So yesssss this is what happened while waiting

This picture is because we realized we always look normal in the screen, but after the shot was taken, somehow we will look weird

Ah Hui getting down to it! It's really fascinating because I never really understood how tattoos were done
Oh one main gripe I have about this place is that they just smoke indoors!!!! First thing I did was to look up at the ceiling
Me: Eh.. Just asking ah, aren't there smoke sensors here?
Hui: I don't know, they don't work I think?
D: *looks at me* Eh I thought you didn't wanna ask him? (I asked him the above question but got no answer)
Me: It was a burning question! Wait.. Burning, hur hur, geddit

Obviously my wit and humor once again goes unnoticed

But he was nice about it hahah :)

There is one word you never want to hear from your tattoo artist
"Oops"

Anyway
OUTLINE
Done using a single needle and dragged across the skin
Much like using a penknife to slice yourself (so he says)

I kept threatening to tickle him. He is the most ticklish person I know LOL. True friendship sia I had how much self control

 The different inks

Shading
Shading is done using multiple needles rapidly going up and down
Ah Hui doesn't know the RPM

This boy damn irritating la, move a bit then "Ouch ouch it hurts, must be at the bone already" like SUPER A LOT OF TIMES LOL
As if all 206 bones in the human body is concentrated at his biceps

We kept joking about how he might color the wrong spiral
"What happens if you color wrongly?"
"Then I will convince him that the tattoo looks better without the spiral"
HAHAHAH
Then he got fucking scared

Sick of arguments from misunderstandings

In happier news, I passed my driving test! Yay! So thankful. I was pretty sure I was gonna pass before the test (I told everyone sure pass lol too cocky) but still, the possibility of failing is still there

Eg S course, I've never hit the curb throughout my lessons, there isn't a real technique either, I just kinda feel the car and just coast it along
What if I hit during the test??????

But I got 10 points WHOO
Thank goodness for mistakes that have "free points", ie they don't demerit the first time you do make the mistake
