Hunger

Went to visit Nicole's newborn kittens! Due to the 3 photos limit on blogpress which i found out a while ago, most of the pictures are on my instagram instead.



LOOK AT THE LEEDLE KITTENS. Omg super love<33
The mummycat daoed the toy that we bought for her! The dog seemed more excited by it lol.

Then went to SHOP cos I wanted to buy shorts! Went F21, Zara, Topshop and
P&B. Topshop had this damn nice pink/blue dip dyed shorts!!! But it's like ultra short-.- so I settled for floral pants which I always wanted.

The Hunger Games was really nice! I loved it! It incited excitement, sadness and happiness throughout the show and it wasn't slow at all. Except the front, the camera was so shaky wtf damn irritating.

Spoiler alert!!
I felt so so sad when little Rue died:'( also when Gale watches Katniss lock lips with Peeta on national television.. Like, I feel it man!:(

Ok finish. Hahaha I think it's a really good movie, go watch! There's surely something and someone you can identify with, be it love, loyalty, honesty, friendship, bravery, fear etc. Like it's a v upfront and exaggerated version of the society.. Some people will try to form a supposed alliance with you but that's just to make use of you, until you've outlived your usefulness.
Friends, however, will risk their lives for you, because you'll do it for them.

Dinner was an unhealthily delicious affair, complete with crisscut fries and onion rings. There was free tomato salsa, which reminded me of Manna Cafe's (carl's obviously not as nice) and how bb said he knew how to make but never made it for me lol.

But the next day when I went his house, guess who was making tomato salsa~~

Unicorn reflection

Over dinner today, I learnt more new things about myself

1. I like asking potentially awkward questions without a fear of putting the other person in an awkward situation
2. I could possibly be one of the minority girls who are unicorns till marriage

I think the notion of saving yourself for marriage sure isn't one that is hailed all too often.

As we know more people, the more we might learn to be less inhibited around those who are flamboyant thinkers

I personally know of this girl who has flings while her boyfriend's away

("What's your definition of fling?"

"Oh you know, go out a few times, maybe fuck once or twice.")

Still, there are a few things I don't subscribe to.

Firstly, the whole idea that it's okay to have flings because you're bored.

That is a lousy excuse to make yourself feel better

Either you're fully commited, or you are not at all. There's no such things as halfsies.

Secondly, premarital sex.

The whole YOLO thing might turn out three ways: one turns self destructive (heck death I'm gonna live once anyway), one finds inspiration (yes I have to find a cure for cervical cancer) or one doesn't care at all lol

But most heard reason (by me) why they choose to club/have flings/tattoo themselves?

Yeah sure, go ahead and do shit, but what if you hurt other people? That has gotta be messed up. I sure won't stand my boyfriend having flings. No second chance. Which is why I won't do it either, however "bored" I may be. It is all about discipline.

My middle finger is bruised and swollen, and my nails are chipped. All in a day's work.

For those of you who've been asking me about the Island job on my fs, this is just a little something you must know before committing
1. You must do the dishes
2. Scoop the goddamn ice cream even if it hurts like fuck (esp chunky ones which is pretty much half of them)
3. Have a good memory
4. Willing to mop the floor
5. And clean all the glasses
6. And take out the rubbish from the bins
7. And face customers which make your day suck
8. Able to stand for at least 5 hours without breaks

Now that we've got the bad parts out of the way, I'm glad the people at Island are mostly welcoming and nice:) The customers are mostly friendly and smiley so that's good.
But occasionally you get some yb ppl
This one guy even tried to hit on me ttm

Late night posting

I love blogging here beside the windows on the floor, where I can see the cars going by and cargos being transported and lights turned on and people living their lives

Makes me feel like.. You're not at the centre of the universe, and it's okay to let loose a little while

Went NUS Open House again and I had to concentrate really hard on listening to talks instead of herpderping (which was what I did last year lol I relied on my mom/Cheryl to tell me info but none of us really listened anyway)

And I've finally decided what I'm gonna study at NUS!!! So hooray

I didn't even excessively take fliers, only BBA/Science/Engineering/FASS brochures

..Okay that actually sounds a lot hahaha but srsly, I could fit everything into my mini backpack

And the only freebiez I took were.. Mints from FASS. And a syringe looking pen from YLLSOM.

AND THEY GAVE OUT FACIAL SHIZZLES IN THE WELCOME PACK which I didn't take pfft

Book out day again~

This deserves a long post but I can't because of pressing deadlines

I remember fondly the days I thought it was "datelines" because they're due by a DATE not a dead iygwim

I think I really finally managed to, somehow with the help of my friends/family/bf finally accept the way my body looks hahaha

Like I'm gaining weight (I won't lie) but I never felt healthier nor happier

FOOD4LYF!

Anyway today finally met him after longass field camp~~ They were eating at Seoul Garden for 2 hours straight and Gordon was still eating (black holes in their stomachs, no doubt)

Then listened to him lament about field camp which I found HIGHLY hilarious even though it shouldn't be hahaha:P I'm sure in that situation it was a most unfortunate situation to be in but.. I can't help it, the way he shook his hands describing how cold he was was too funny xD

Then full body Javanese massage~~

My phone's charging so I can't post pictures! It's at Yishun Safra, and the place smells like lit candles and stuff

There's some monotonous music with occasional gongs going on, supposedly to put you at ease

Don't feel very at ease though, reminds me of Incredible Tales somehow

Washed feet then went to couple's room! It was my first massage EVER so I was pretty excited. The woman who massaged me looks pretty professional so I wasn't too worried

We were supposed to wear disposable underwear lol. I think this is actually the first time a complete stranger saw me nearly naked (our faces were covered with towels so we didn't see anything just in case you sickos are thinking anything. Yes cheryl that's you included hahahaha)

She massaged away all my muscle knots

I think she saw my bruises and pressed really hard on them mercilessly (Y)

"Don't worry if you're ticklish you can just laugh, they'll understand cos it's your first time"

The only time I actually giggled none stop was when she massaged the back of my neck 

And my only special request was for them to not crack my toe knuckles (his knuckles thundered omfg)

The massage finished off with super yummy ginger tea, it's like damn spicy so your insides feel like they're on FIRE and it's amazing

Pain never felt so good

I take back my complains about the new toolbar because now I can post .gifs yeahhhmutherfuckers

I think it is highly amusing to have a row of girls in front of you suddenly singing in unison to Lady Gaga!

It really feels different being behind the counter. There is so many things that there is to know and I have already memorized the main ingredients of the ice cream. Go ahead, try me. Hahaha *self confident*



Didn't know they served things like hot fudge and cappuccino and latte etc. Scooping ice cream is tough business!!! Like you never knew sorbets are the easiest to scoop and reverso is the hardest, hands down. My right arm is going to be super buff now.

BBDC+house visit

Went to register for classes yesterday! Then visited Cheryl. That place is confusing good lord.



Cheryl and I shared this bottle of Breezers which is 4.8% alc so.. She won't be too drunk for her lesson.

My first lesson just now was pretty informative but the first part was crap. Showed videos of accidents, dented heads and flying motorcycles so that was pretty scary, I think the scare tactic really works for me at least.

There was this part where the woman was clutching on to the guy on the stretcher and was crying and I felt so sad omg!!!:'(

Anyway one advice: FIND YOUR WAY TO AND FROM BBDC. like okay I know how to get there but I ddnt know how to get back so I went across the street to take a bus back (makes sense right??)

And now I'm in Marsiling. Actual and holy fuck.

Omg a woman fainted on the train and there are people giving her vaporub and sweets (some guy in a nurse uniform suggested that) and this woman was holding on to her. Wow. Faith in humanity restored!:)))

Muay thai is fucking painful

Omg intense sparring+clinching session today.

I got kicked in the inner knee so hard it started to bruise 5 minutes after. I HAD TO HOBBLE. Omg. And I got punched in my face about 6 times? :( Like some hardcore pillow fight (THANK GOD FOR THE INVENTION OF GLOVES)

And guess who got kneed in the groin!

Honestly and truly, it burns. It hurt so so so bad that I couldn't do anything but to crouch down :<

But it was a day full of learning curves for me, so yep that's good. Met this guy who inflicted the bruise on me and he looks ALOT like billy. Even his friend agreed (showed him a picture) hahah

So sad no more wasabi filet:( had to order the normal filet
