Actually I may not be the best at this topic. After 10 minutes I'm usually overwhelmed by the intense desire to shit or puke. BUT. Still.

Tip 1: Listen To Music

Not thumping rhythmic songs that goes like "I'm so fly like a G6" or "Everyday I'm Shufflin' " because firstly, you are evidently NOT flying. Secondly, neither are you shufflin'. What are you, an iPod or a deck of cards?

Listen to music that actually croons about RUNNING.

You simply run and think that there is a ship going under behind you! Perfectos.

Tip 2: Run behind hot people

For inspiration! 'Nuff said.

Tip 3: To allow yourself more space for FOOD

Self explanatory. (Still have half a tub of Dreyer's waiting for me!)

Actually since Sec 4, running hasn't actually allowed me to lose weight. I just imagine my arteries

Besides, you might actually be able to gain some muscle to successfully jump over little children in your path like a graceful gazette.

Went ahead and shopped for my prom dress in the weekend snuggled right before econs essays+physics paper 3, both of which are dreaded cos I h8 any writing that stretches beyond 2 page and actually have to make sense ("You must let it flow naturally! You mean it doesn't come to you?" "No") but trust me, I am trying my very best

No pictures until prom>D not even my girlfriends or boyfriend shall see

I do hope I don't regret this impulse buying; my mom likes the dress, so I think it's not my misinformed judgement

Here's another dress I tried! It's kinda the same collection except mine is in black
Don't want a black dress but heck, black has a slimming effect and I'm too lazy to slim myself down to wear other colours (I would LOVE jade green though)







Except mine is not as short, or tight, or revealing
This dress was an absolute MF pain to get into, struggled for at least 5 minutes
