As the year come to a close, it is inevitable that we find ourselves reflecting on what we've done, what people have done to us, our successes, failures, happy moments, sad moments, friendships and relationships forged amongst others this year.

And I realised that in a very short year, I've developed close friendships with friends I have never seen in a very long time or people that I didn't even realise I'll be so close to. At the start of the year there was my OG, and then I saw my class (when I saw Cheryl/Rong, it was an OMG moment)

And then there was PW. The 5 of us are super close now and I am really really glad:D

There're people from other places as well (you know who you are;) and yes I've learnt to trust people more because I believe deep down everyone is good. (okay cheese overload)

Thank you for always being there for me, for listening to my crap, for not laughing at me, for lending me a shoulder when I needed to cry, for listening to me for 2 hours on the phone, for not putting down the phone on me when I had a hysterical laughing fit (/screaming fit while I was watching Shutter), for all the memories, good AND bad, because they helped me to grow into a better person, for making me cry, because I know that deep down I am still, inevitably, human, for picking me up when I fall.

I'm sorry for hurting you, for ignoring you, for being selfish, for not living up to your expectations, for having to hide behind someone else, for succumbing to temptations, for not trusting you, for thinking you don't care, for being jealous, for thinking negative thoughts.

These may be little but the hurt they bring is sho, so much. I know I've made some bad choices this year, and I do regret, and I will bring these regrets on to the next year. I hope I learn and grow from it.

Yesterday went for brunch at Four Seasons, and it was totally awesome as usual. Let me try to think of what I had.

Cod fish. Lots and lots of it. Baked, steamed, baked again.
Shrivelled up long beans with nice dark sauce on it (I'm pretty sure that's not the name but whatevs)
Salmon sashimi. Three plates of it.
Monkey-head mushrooms Kung Po style (freaking nice mkay)
Beef which was still kinda bloody inside (30% cooked, HMS style.. hehehe)
Jellyfish with Sichuan sauce (I tried not to imagine the jellyfish bloobing around)

Fried beancurd skin with some prawn like thing inside
Siew Mai
Mian Xian
Asparagus with cod (yes, again)
Baby abalone with veg (the whole plate of abalone and the first thing i see is "YAY BROCOLILI")

And today I was supposed to go Cheryl's house BUT I can't so here I am watching Autumn's Concerto.

Yesterday's telemovie was REALLY BAD. Seriously. I think it's a challenge to make it cos it had to squeeze everything into 2h and plot development wasn't good enough so I didn't really feel for the character. Like when I saw Binbin cry I didn't even feel sad. Which says alot because usually when I see someone cry I'll start tearing too.

Yesterday movie marathoned and watched Drag Me To Hell and Stardust.

DMTH is freaking scary, not the plot but the suddeness of everything. Like you totally expect someone scary to happen but the music and everything is just freaky.

And if some dead woman starts vomitting all the food she ate before she died on me, I will just twist her neck off, assuming I haven't fainted from the horror of it all.

Why is TVD Season 1 dling so slowly (0%). As with HIMYM (47.8%). Ugh.

Oh anyway, I promised to blog about camp day 2!

So we played some games at first, then went to Shines for some high elements. It was cool except that I had to wait super long for my turn cos I was the rope manager for like one million times. And by that i mean 8 times, which is quite alot srsly.

But anyway, I went up with Janelle, and we devised this strategy. And it was a pretty good one, so keep it in mind(:

Janelle: Okay we need to have a strategy!
Me: What strategy? Mine would just be to not fall to my death. (My belayer is some small kidz, not that I don't trust him but kids have a short attention span and before he knows it, I'll be as dead as a doornail)
Janelle: No, our strategy would be to be as light as fairies. In order to minimize shaking of the log, we need to go on tiptoes!
Me: Yeah okay then we must use fingertips to hold on to the rope and prance from log to log!

I guess the strategy worked because when we got down, everyone said we made it look easy. Yeahhhh. Then again, Jan had the longest legs ever so, go figure.

Then we went over to the other station where it was twice as high as the original one, I swear I was just holding on to the log for my life. And I kept forgetting my partner's name, SUPER EMBARRASSING OKAY. Somehow I thought his name was Poh Ming when it was really Bing Hong. Or something along those lines.

SO then it was our turn to go up, and after asking BH for his name thrice, we went up.

Me: OMG POH MING HELP ME.
BH: ..My name is Bing Hong.

So maybe that's why he went so far ahead leaving me stranded there. And I don't blame him either.

I could hear all the people LOL-ing at me cos I was just standing there and shaking like a leaf. Seriously, this rope course made jumping off a C130 look easy. And since I was going to die (i really thought so at that time) I just waved to the little people and said hi.

They look so cute down there.

And I think being in such close proximity to the sun burnt half my brain cells.

(omg I just typed burnted. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME)

Last night I had the weirdest dream. I dreamt that Selina was my sister and somehow she fainted, so I was carrying her throughout my house. And my house wasn't my house, it's some super big luxe penthouse which is so cool. And Tat Hsiang was my brother.

And if the fact that I'm not even close to them (hell, Tat Hsiang doesn't even know me), Joshua (Raphael) was my in-house doctor.

As far as strange dreams go, this ranks top 5 on my list.

Anyway, just a random thought, why do people say "No offence" when they already know it'll offend the other party while not intending to offend that person?

Why I even think about such stuff I don't understand.

Now that my blogstalker is back, I have no motivation to blog already. HAHAH.

The past two days have been totally CRAZY cos I was at Youth Camp! It's been a really exciting two days and I learnt alot alot alot from the youths from FY, which is quite cool.

Like how to pierce your lower lip. And do you know you can get a dimple by piercing your mouth? LOL. Also, don't pierce your nose wall cos it hurts like shit.

(Y) advice comes in all shapes and sizes. Hahaha.

So first day was mainly games and icebreakers, and it was nice to see my group (GROUP ONEEEEE) bond together and stuff! Many people have misconceptions about my buddy (admittedly, I had my reservations at first) because right at the start, the whole camp played some kinda matching game and he just ran away from me? So yeah. ZK was the most skeptical and kept laughing at me.

Whatever okay MY BUDDY LOVES ME. Yay Faiq:D

Some games were boring and the guys aren't afraid to show it. They'll just sit at the side and yell "SO BORING LA", and although that isn't the attitude one should take, I admire the naturalness at which they can actually come out and admit it, you know? None of us can do that to strangers, that I can affirm.

First day everyone was still iffy so yup that basically concluded day 1.

Oh and lots of practicing for Wednesday's performance (WHICH IS TODAY OMFG).

SECOND DAY! Boy it was going to be a long day. I went early to paint the banner which stupid people, INCLUDING ZK, I CAN'T BELIEVE HE SABOTAGED THE HCC (HIS OWN SERVICE CENTRE!!!!!!!!!) BANNER ARGH, so yeah.

Then they came! Yay. My buddy looked super high because he slept for 9 hours! And Azizi looked super awake too cos he just had 5 cigarettes. Ohwells.

GAMES! Muneerah was the group leader and she was so amazing at rah-rahing the team.

OKAY I GTG NOW SO MORE UPDATES NEXT TIME. HAHAHA.

Anyway, my dad decided it was a good idea a few days ago to bring my family to hang out with my parents' friends in this PUB. It's not those big ones you see on tv, but more like the tiny ones whereby one group of friends can take up the whole place.

The place was quite amusing because there are stickers all over the place. Stickers that practically yell at drunkards (or whoever) USE A CONDOM! PRACTICE SAFE SEX! DID YOU FORGET SOMETHING (your condom, you moron)! AIDS! STD! ETC! ETC!

Just to list a few.

There were so many pool pros omg, playing against them I felt damn noob. There were some tycos when the ball didn't go into the hole I wanted, but it rebounded against the cushion and went into another hole. So I just pretended that I totally meant for that to happen. Heehee.

The only bad thing is that I left the place with my hair smelling like cigarette smoke. Ughz.

I don't know why I'm so tired recently. I've been sleeping at 10 or 11, which seriously deprives me of night activities.

Like talking on the phone or watching tv, I mean.

But tonight I'm gonna stay up cos there's Shutter! I'm NOT going to sleep during then like I did the other time because I was so scared I kept my eyes shut all the time, until I fell asleep. I woke up to see him falling off the building.

Won't it be cool if our whole PW group mass convo and watch Shutter at the same time? Hahaha. But I think I'll make them all deaf when I scream.

I don't even know why I'm so hooked onto scary movies when I know that I'm probably going to get very traumatised. I can't stand it when people fall off buildings because I get warped thoughts which are very dangerous to have when you, like me, live on the 43rd floor.

Maybe I am addicted to emotionally abusing myself. I should get this checked.

Remedial this whole week was interesting hahah. David went with me the first two days, Wednesday was EA DRY RUN!!!!!, Thurs and Fri I decided to be a loner and go alone. Surprisingly, it wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. Sure, there are moments where I would miss people more than usual but ohwells. Weijie and Dom and Sherm are very interesting people to sit with hahaha(:

Why I will probably never get charged for being in a gang or for any criminal activities for that matter

1. I dare not jump off places between four and thirty feet.
Case in point: I tried to break into Chris' place. I climbed onto the top of his gate and didn't dare to jump. It took three people to help me across, and unless my partners-in-crime are really patient, I'd probably be caught in the act. Shivering on the top of the gate, no less.

2. I can't swim for long distances.
So I can't even swim to Malaysia to hide.

3. I am incoherent and will probably cause fights to break out due to my inability to express myself verbally.

4. I will not win in aforementioned fights, unless the head of the other gang's my sister.
My sister is a even poorer fighter than me, which is why I hardly fight her.
My best line: I won't punch you because you have Jesus on your necklace.

Usually when I talk on the phone, this is what happens:

Then just now, I was talking to Jon on FB chat when my mom walked past:

My OCD has reached a whole new level.

This time, it's with eating grapes.

First, you have to eat all the loose grapes that are no longer attached by the stems.

Then, you have to eat the grapes by bunches. That means, you have to eat all the grapes from the same branch, and not eat them from all over the big branch, or you'll get alot of weird stems sticking out. That is just horrific.

All the stems with no grapes on them have to be removed.

What is wrong with me??

And Marina Bay Link Mall has all my favourite shops chucked in this small space.

So we went to MBLM and Starbucked! Had coffee and their new Peach Souffle Cheesecake. It's okayyy. It will soon be my sister's birthday month, we get a free cake for every cuppa purchased. Which means hello, NYCheesecake, Chocolate and Coffee Logcake and Apple Crumble Cheesecake.

And beside it is Marble Slab Creamery! Chocolate Mint and Rocher are both nice. Rocher's kinda thick for my liking though. Chocolate Mint is just.. Mint flavoured chocolate. Or chocolate flavoured mint. Same same.

Then Eskimo was right opposite!!! Omg sinful. And 1-for-1 Red Mango was too irresistable. Then headed down to the Standing Sushi Bar.

Then dinner at Dian Xiao Er. Hahaha gosh that was really living the high life manxzx. I'm in no mood to work out sighhh.

But I've more important things to think about. Like OGL groupings. AHHHH DARYL TANNNNN I'm gonna have to hold on to you even if it means Rach chasing after me with a meat cleaverrrr. But she's a sweetheart so I don't think she'll mind(:

CLASS OUTING was awesomeeeeeeee.

1. It was RAINING. Thundering, even. But it stopped after awhile so yay(:
   
2. I was late and made Cheryl look like an idiot cos she was sitting at CITY HALL MRT with her legs crossed looking too cute. Oh wait that's the good part. Hahahaha.
3. We got lost :( A nice moustachy guy from some nearby school led us all the way to the park connector which was really nice of him! Then he said "Good luck" like some RPG quest guy.
   
4. We walked for AGES before we finally found civilisation at BK. Which was the CLASS!
   

Then it got better cos the girls decided to skate and Billy, the only real man, decided to skate as well!!!

Making me the noobest skater there. Jiarong, Zhaok and Soham were the evil witches cos they kept trying to make us fall >( They rode the bicycles right up to me, knowing that I can't move a bloody inch just to hear me scream.

Sorry for all the loud shrieks guys:/ Billy and Cui Er kept hauling me along because I didn't really dare to skate alone! Whenever there was a bump I'll be like "oh shit bumpbumpbump" then I'll start going backwards. Cheryl is how pro la, she's damn fast!!

Cui Er and I were skating hand in hand aww♥ It was damn funny cos as we skated, I realied something. We actually skated slower than this guy walking in front of us ><>

Then pool! It was very amusing because Soham's look of intense concentration never fails to light up my day. I'll post pictures if they are uploaded. Teehee. It's like a scowl+frown. It's captivating.

Vivo in the morning (8am) is terribly deserted and it's quite cool! It's like you own the place. You can do all kinds of crazy things like sit down in the center of the escalator cos it's not moving and there's no one around anyway(:
