(I hardly ever catch Stella smiling in a picture, stinker!) SO, for some reason this pregnancy is going by SUPER fast and it's crazy that I'm kind of counting down already! I have 2 more appointments before I go every 2 weeks and I only do that twice before my weekly appointments start... Plus with all the Holidays coming up I'm sure it will go by faster. I will be induced on January 3rd unless I go into labor on my own before that, with Stella I was 4.5 cm 11 days before my due date so we'll see, I guess it's a possibility!
I have made a small goal to clean/organize one space everyday in my house (besides my normal cleaning) I feel like it's so easy for clutter/papers/stuff to pile up (
especially with kids bringing projects home from school 3 days a week) and then I get overwhelmed and annoyed so I've really tried to randomly choose a space/drawer to help feel like I'm keeping that under control. To be totally honest I feel like we are bursting at the seems in our house adding a 4th child, but really i just wish the kids had a playroom to put all their "play stuff" and I could close the door! I think moving sounds good because it forces me to throw stuff away, but lets be honest I don't have the energy for that right now anyway :)
Lately I have just felt really blessed to be married to someone who works so hard - he never complains and still makes time to be so involved with the kids and make them feel special! Blake has really helped Ashlyn learn to read and has spent extra time with her doing that and I see the excitement in her face when she accomplishes something! Weston has really just wanted to be Blake's shadow and help him fix things around the house or outside. I saw him with Blake's wrench and he had his skateboard upside down trying to "fix" the wheel... He often tells me during the day that he "misses his daddy". He's our sentimental child and tells us both often that he loves us randomly, he also thanks me for dinner just about every night!! Stella is talking more and more, always wants included playing with the big kids! We are trying to teach her to be "soft" before the new little guy arrives. She is a great "napper" and I appreciate those 2 breaks during the day...
Bring on the Cooler Weather! I love Fall
