One of my favorite parts of Christmas now that I'm a mom is the pictures, crafts and activities that my kids bring home from school. My mother-in-laws Christmas decorations (any of the holidays really) are all the things her kids made when they were little, from ornaments to pictures. I love seeing the childhood handy work of someone I know now but didn't even know existed Until 2003. So I've decided to start keeping them for the same purpose that one day a spouse or grandkid will see their dad or mom on a different level. This year I received a new favorite piece. I wish I could remember where I put the wreath from preschool because his pictures are so great and I'd love to post both of them. For now I'll be content to share my "hallmark" keepsake of 2011.
