ANYONE WANTS TO BUY RECYCLING BAGS? they're actually quite nice. has butterflies and i presume it's a tree on it. haha. comes in 2 colours, black and white. i'm not able to post a picture of it because i took so long to find my camera and when i found it, there were no batteries inside. grr. & i was lazy to go find my batteries. lol. the bag costs $3 dollars. so if anyone's interested, please tag at my tagboard. :) thanks!

had pe yesterday. wa siao eh.. we were supposed to run 8 rounds. like .. EIGHT ROUNDS. i almost fainted when i heard that. & the girls, (& i think even the guys) were all moaning at the sound of 8 rounds. & for our road run we'll have to run 3.6km, which is equivalent to 9 rounds lor. i pray i get a stomachache that day. =x so we ran 8 rounds, but i only ran 7 la. cause our teacher thought that i already completed 8. haha. or maybe he knew that i ran 7, but kept quiet. lols. some of the girls ran 7 too, but some ran 8 cause they were full of integrity. haha. keep it up!

tomorrow got pe again lor. i hope we get to play some games, but that's just my wishful thinking. i haven't recovered from my muscle pain. ahh!

chinese new year's coming. which means holidays & all the good food! i wish i don't get fat. haha.

heyhey.

today went to far east to shop with mummy. our new year shopping! haha. & since mummy hasn't bought a pair of shoes, & she loves the shoes at far east, so we went there. & the nicest thing about shopping with your mum is that she pays everything & usually you end up buying more things than her. :D yep. that's what happened. lol. in the end i bought 3 shirts, 1 bag, & a pair of shoes. whee~

& i saw cassandra, xinying & yufen! wow.. today everyone go shopping ar.. the world is so small, or rather, far east is so popular. haha. ate the food there. very nice. wahaha.

hmm.. i wonder when the posting results are going to come out.

today : release of O level results. =XXX

AND I GOT EIGHT POINTS! 8!! WHEE~ i'm very satisfied. :D at least it's the same as my prelim results. i was so scared that i'd get more than 8 points. but luckily .. yay yay yay!

& p went on stage!!! so happy for him! lols. when i saw his name on the screen i think i screamed la. haha. was really elated. then was at first hoping that my name would flash too. wahaha. then after they announced the 6A1s then i know no hope le. lol. then i started to get damn scared la. thinking that i might not get any A1s at all, except chinese. lol.

but then after that get results back le then realised i fell short of 1 A1 only. if not i could've stood at the koi pond to take photo. wahahaha. so we'll see p's picture on the noticeboard soon, with his stupid hair! ahaha. =p

well.. anyway i'm really really happy. also because my beloved elephante went on stage! & sophia got 9! wheehee~ earthworm, you also did very well ok? :D & seems that most of the people who went NJ are staying in NJ. so far 2 of my classmates (excluding p & manyee) are staying in NJ. yayyes. so there wouldn't be shuffling of classes. actually i quite like my class. so i'd rather we stay this way. 08S20! :)

tomorrow going out to celebrate. i think a lot of people also going to celebrate ba. hahas.

I LOVE MONDAYS. :)

cause our lessons end at 12.30!! haha. & the last lesson is contact lor. -.-" so slack right?! haha. but it's only for mondays. & that's why i LOVE mondays. hehe. no more monday blues! lol.

starting to adapt to life in NJ. getting used to the people & surroundings. & the new style of teaching, with lecture & tutorials rather than having a fixed class.

but one thing bad about NJ is that the food is .. not really nice. & the stupid prata man always never come, so poor p until now also haven't tried the prata yet. LOL!

ooh. O level results releasing on thursday. =xxxxxx damn scared sia. =xxxxxx i think i'll do very badly. haiz.

oh. p was thinking of setting up a class blog. but don't know whether anyone interested not. haha. aiya. anyway i post this here also none of 08S20 peeps will come. lols. post for fun de. ahaha.

hey yo! lessons have started for a week le. hmm.. not bad la. although some lectures are boring, but it's still manageable la. at least i can follow what they're teaching. :D

and the most stupid thing happened today. i was so "lucky" to be no. 5 on the list and in the end i was chosen for the GP rep. grr.. and my GP teacher reminds me of vlee and alec tan. haha. that type one. the heck care type one. hahas. but anyway he's leaving in 2 weeks time. lol. so i wonder who will be the new GP tutor.

anyway, i have to wonder about whether i'll be staying in NJ or not. lols. results coming out next friday le!! =x should be la. it's more or less confirmed le. so scary.......

oh. & i think i should be joining guitar. :D practices start next mon. but we won't be required to buy a guitar yet la. don't even know whether we'll be staying in NJ right? hahas. but i like the girl that talked to us & let us play the guitar yesterday. too bad i didn't get her name. it's okay. i'll be seeing her next week anyway. haha.

OH.. forgot one very important thing. P-E. argh. had PE today. & p so good lor. got mc so no need PE. grrrrrr. anyway, we slow jogged for 2 rounds, then did some warm up, then did sprinting. so "cool" rite. haha. actually didn't wanna sprint de. but the teacher (mr lee) kept forcing us to sprint, so no choice. but actually i half sprinted & half jogged. wahaha. now my ankle & thigh muscle damn pain. =x luckily next fri getting results. so no need PE! -.-" haha.

i admire christians with very strong faith in God, who won't be brought down by the greatest temptation, who take up the cross and follow Jesus all their lives, trying to be just like Jesus and giving God all the glory in whatever they do.

i admire non-christians who have strong principles and live their lives with no regrets, having better character traits than some christians.

non-christians think that when christians hear the voice of God or feel the presence of God, they're hallucinating. when miracles performed by God occur, they think that it's just a mere coincidence. when christians stand firm and stand up for God, non-christians think they're insane, cause they're believing in something that is not even scientifically proven, and no one knows for sure whether God really exists.

i'm sure almost every christian has some doubts about christianity. maybe some things in the bible contradict each other, or why the events in the world are happening like this, why is God allowing such atrocities to take place. i wonder too. someone asked me, "if God is so great, why didn't he create a whole world of people who believe in God? why did He create science to oppose Him?" i also wonder why are there so many other religions as well. but christians still choose to believe in God and have the faith that a day would come when God would reveal all these answers to us.

i'm very confused now and in the meantime i just don't feel like thinking about this.

i wanna make a decision that wouldn't hurt anyone.

Dear Friends,

i have decided not to go to church anymore. i feel the pressure in church. i feel the pressure to just blindly follow everything the church says & not make my own discernment. therefore, i want to take a breather and leave church. i feel it's time for me to form my own ideas & have my own opinions about things rather than just listening to the church. i know many may feel that it's a stupid decision, but that's just how you feel. i feel that it's a change in my life & i want to experience living life on my own, and living for myself.

Faith, i know you'd be reading my blog. so i hope you'd tell the people at church. tell them i'm sorry and that if possible, i'd like to remain friends with them. i know you'd also disagree with my decision, but i hope you respect my choice. church doesn't equate to God. not going to church doesn't mean that i don't believe in God. i do believe in a higher divine being.

i just need a break from church. i know many may think that it's because of him. well i don't deny that. it's part of the reason. but more importantly i want to form my own ideas. it's time i stopped getting influenced by anyone, not by my friends, not by church, & not by him.

sorry for disappointing anyone. but this is my choice.

wahaha. everyone must be thinking why am i blogging on a friday morning right? haha. ya. i'm actually supposed to be in school now. but i skip school! lol. cause i sustained an ankle injury. hehehe. but actually there's another reason la, which i'm not telling. hohoho. yesterday was thursday. yup. hmm.. what did we do? oh. we just did the usual stuff in the morning, then in the afternoon there was inter-gang captain's ball competition. aiyo.. got one group damn rough leh. i tried to steer clear of them during the game lor. hahaha. but anyway we didn't win anything la. it's ok. at least we won something during the mass dance! haha. all thanks to edison & audrey, we got 1st (FIRST!) for the first song, till the dawn. so happy!! then we got 2nd for 'you can't stop the beat'! yay yay yay! but seriously the hall was damn noisy la. all the houses cheering one after the other. but well, i guess everyone had a fun time.

yesterday was the 2nd day of our 2nd week of orientation. we had station games. haha. we were lucky la, in the sense that we didn't have time to play all the dirty games like playing with flour and soap. eew. and then afternoon was mass dance. we learnt a new dance. that dance is actually easier than the first. but everyone was too familiar with the first dance so we didn't wanna learn a new one. haha. at least i felt that way. i hope i don't forget the dance steps tomorrow. =x

today we had The Quest. we had to find out who killed the dance maestro. haha. they quite creative hor, use a storyline to outline our activities. walk walk walk walk lor. our main exercise was walking i think. haha. but some of the games quite fun. some i play before le. but after that go back to school i was like almost dying le la. so tireeeed. =x

hoho. i just realised that i haven't blogged anything about my orientation yet, except my first day of school. lol.

well.. last thursday and last friday was boring too, but not as boring as wed la. we had cca carnival on fri. & i wrote my name down for quite a few ccas. hahaha. but i guess i'd be joining guitar ensemble in the end, if possible. if not then join piano ensemble. lol.

weekends did nothing much. just the usual stuff. oh ya ya, i went to buy squash rackets yesterday. :D so if i have nothing to do i can just go & book the squash court and play squash. hehe.

today marks the start of the 2nd week of orientation. we were grouped into our different classes. so lucky lor.. me & p are in the same class. manyee also. x) and then we had mass dance today. yay. finally got to dance with p. & manyee's partner is so nice lor. i bet she had a great time with him. LOL. i'm so so tired now la. but tomorrow still got station games, wed got the quest, thurs got mass dance competition + some inter-OG captain's ball competition. then fri got dance party and campfire lor. i guess i'll be dead by the week. unless i decide to pon some days. wahaha. p's seriously considering not coming. haha. but he cannot think of any excuse.

aiyo.. when you go to a new environment you're bound to think of your old, comfortable environment. as i've said, i miss bp a lot a lot a lot. :( i miss the people there, all my friends. :(
but i guess we have to embrace change yea? now is a transition period so it'll be quite tough. after we settle in we'll get used to the new environment. =)

& if i don't do well enough to stay in nj, then maybe i'd go to aj to see my beloved elephante. yippee. xD

today is the first day of school! haha. actually i'm not really excited about it la. i was actually. but after today, the excitement all died down.

well, it's not that the school is not nice or the people there are unfriendly or whatsoever, but this week is gonna be damn boring lor. it's not called 'admin week' for nothing. haha. talks and talks and introductory lessons. lol. next week then got games and all that lor. and the orientation lasts for 8 days. EIGHT days. cool.. but some people can't stand the orientation. haha. because of the mass dance. lol. it's understandable la. if i don't like to dance i'd also not like the orientation.

i suddenly miss bp very much. at least i felt at home in that rundown school. (oops. =x) haha. at least all my friends are there. =(

oh i saw keyi today!! xD whee whee whee~ the programme after the lunch break was totally irrelevant to me so i could leave and so i went back to bp. and then keyi was sitting at the canteen! x) yay! so happy. chatted with her for quite a while. ^.^ very happy.
