We love it! Here is a list of projects we were able to do before we moved in:
(First stage remodel)
-remove popcorn ceiling
-prime and paint everything
-complete incomplete master bathroom (Handy Randy and Man of the house)
-lay hardwood floor
-new front door
-and other amazing things that Handy Randy did so fast that I can't remember them all but included pipe stuff...siding...plumbing...lighting...installing a doorbell...etc.

Man of the house removing popcorn texture and applying 'orange peel' texture.

Wood paneling painted is beautiful. Color a little darker than other walls in living room.

Man of the House and Handy Randy. Bathroom status: no toilet, leaking bathtub, unfinished walls, bad tile job, bad window, to name the lease.

Removed old tub and tile.

New tub and walls.

Fun story about the grout...ask Handy Randy.

subway tile.

Porcelain throne

Replaced siding.

Removed carpet, glued down tongue and groove engineered wood.
Seth and I did the floor. We were a great team. Had a lot of fun.

What our kids did while we worked:

Did their share on projects.

Examined merchandise.

Watched movies

And played in our fenced back yard A LOT!!

(I worked during the whole time too...when I wasn't playing outside).
I will update you on the house projects as they are looking more complete.
