Janine had a great fall

Janine fell from her sarong last night, she was too fast I could get hold of her with full grab.... head down... cried bucket of tears... managed to pacify her in the end.. :P she looked all right happily playing and sorting her shapes and finished them all... and kept clapping her hands... hahhaha suddenly she had the courage to stand up from squading position and stand for a few seconds, but she quickily squad down once she caught my eyes looking at her, feeling excited.. duhz... I think she really like to hide her new skills haiz...

Anyway, I just double checked with MIL just now to make sure she wasnt behaving abnormally today... everything seems ok, no pao on her head too..

Thank God~ phew...

Lunch @ China Club

Had Farewell lunch at China Club... We were told not to dress down today due to this IMP lunch date. All the gals wore dresses today except Samantha aka SAM who doesn't like to wear dress. Because it's called a club-dress code is a sure thing. Hmm... I was shocked to get to know that the membership cost $8000 entry fee with a couple of hundreds as subsequent monthly fee.. The food wasn't as fantastic as the prices. O'well, what can we expect? The only good thing is everyone enjoyed the session. Here's the pictures to enjoy.

Lunch Hour Rush

Had a lunch hour rush this afternoon. Left office at about 12noon head on to the mrt, took a train, transit at RP all the way to Orchard. Met Sally aka Sal at the stn took a quick walk to TAKA. Told her that the rest will be late, I was right about it. We are the 3/4th who reached...

Next was AJ pushing her Kayden prince in his pram.... strolling in slowly..
Then the super mummy Jessie came together with her precious D&Z.... and last but not least Missy Amy came by...

Had a real quich lunch and rush back for work... I think I might need a COKE dose... thinking if I should run down to Shell Select and grab a bottle of coke... argh... my excoy used to supply all kinda drinks in the pantry... I think I gonna miss that fridge there... *sob..

OK. Back to work! GANBATE!!!

ma-ma

Finally, Janine has willingly uttered ma-ma when I was about to leave the bedroom. I'm so touched. Usually she will delibrately replied pa-pa when I wanted her to call me ma-ma, or daddy instead of mummy. O'nevermind, I know she is testing my patience. Anyhow, she kissed me on my lips w/o me asking for it today and to our surprised she kissed wy on his lips when we asked her to kiss pa-pa too hahahah ...

To date she can call pa-pa, ye-ye, ma-ma, bird, cat, throw... let's hope she can continue to use more vobals so we can start communcating to her normally heeheehee...

She can now feed herself too.. messy thou but at least she tired. Well done, Janine!

My first day of W.O.R.K.

Wow! I was still thinking if I will have the kinda of energy to blog in future. 1st day of had already been exhasting. Who says 1st of week of new work is honeymoon period? This is a straight No-No. Not for adv industry for sure, everyone will be busy checking details, making sure everything is nice to proceed.

The strength of my team is around 11 pax, 2 of which are serving their notice and they will leave us by end of July. (sad right, only left with 2 weeks to get to know them). I wanted to share more but Boy! My eyes are so tired; I rather close them than had my dinner. OK, I need to move my butt and do some laundry and stuff now..

I will try to update as frequent as I can. Till then, take care!

Woke up at 8am to check if the almond jelly are doing fine. Broke some ice and placed them into the cooler before the jellies had their home shifted. Gave Janine a shower though MIL told me not to; seeing her so uncomfortable I seeked wy's approval to give her a bath. Wah... she looked so shiok after her shower. Dressed her up and she decided to give a big poo... effort wasted, I have to go through the entire process again... she seems to enjoy the entire routine. I wonder if she did that deliberately (",)

Decided to sling Janine, she looked so excited the moment she saw the sling. Oh man, it has been a while since I last sling her... she loved that and kept pointing on the sling with her face brighten up.

Sam, Maine, AJ as well as Adel and Kayden reached about 11.15am. Set off to Jenn's place to collect the PSS. She still look a bit yellow. I hope she will be well soon.

Reach Yew Tee CC, man! The carpark is jam packed! Kayton wasn't allowed to participate in the baby contest. Forget about asking why, we don't wish to persue that either. Anyhow, we proceed to KM's hse, my 1st visit hehehhehe...

Everybody is busy preparing the food and I was assigned to look after the kiddos... felt a bit outcasted hahahah but I do enjoy playing with them.. took losta pictures as you can see..

We started eating around 2+pm luckily wy managed to make it in time... :P LingC family and Wendy family came in a little later because they got something on in the morning.

sleepless night

We had 2 sleepness nights all together. Janine is extremely uncomfortable espeacially throughout the nights. She was running a temperature of 38.7 on Saturday morning, by evening she was 38.1. Due to her fever, I was instructed by MIL that we should not bathe her thus sponge bath her. We can tell by her facial expression that she is very uncomfortable.

She kept making a lot of noise in the night, venting out her unhappiness. Wy was quick to suggest giving her some water to cool her body down. True enough, after finishing almost half a cup of water, she went back to sleep... till dawn the routine is back again. Because of this unforseen routine both wy and myself became the league of the panda's club.

Janine slept early last night, we thought she would sleep through the night but we were wrong. We were caught by surprised when she woke up at about 10pm since then refusing to sleep... though lights are already out for more than half an hour. I am left with no choice but to put her into her sarong.

She slept but woke up at 3.30am again, asking for more water. Luckily the fever was gone. I guess this is part of growing stage... In a moments time, I think we can see her molars soon.

Janine is a big girl now. :)

Again? Of cuz! I think there are more to go...

Her temp shoot up to 39.2 degree this morning... was thinking if I should apply 1/2 day leave but MIL says she is better now. 36.4 degree taken around 2 pm... she is asleep now.

She doesn't drink as much too.. usually she will drink abt 8oz of milk but these few days she only drank 5oz.. MIL didn't give her any porridge too because Janine has no appetite..

I shall continue to monitor her, if the temperature is beyond control I shall bring her to the doctor.

New Skin

Anyhow, I just came back from my farewell lunch. Yes! You hear me well, it's my farewell lunch. :)

Next Monday shall be my official last day in the training industry.

Some of my friends came over for some sushi grabs too.. so I have to switch table 1/2 way through the lunch....











So far only managed to take Sam and Maine's picture with Kayden...AJ is busy taking photos of Kayden too hahahah... while Bubbles, Sal and her colleague sat on another table because their biggest table only can accommodate 6pax.Anyway, it was a good idea to split the tables because the $1 offer is only entitled to the 1st 8 colored plates per table...

Our table had 17 colored plates in the end, while Bubbles table only have 7 hahhaha...

Ding~ding our table is the winner... Was chatting with Sam about my new work place while waiting for Maine and AJ... I was told that the workload should be able to get myself silm down...hahhaha wooohoo... I like that!

A Quick Update

Sorry guys.. a quick one. Remember the toy I bought at Carrefour? I took it back on Tuesday and it's working :( wasted my trip. Luckily I was "on the way" to Planet Fittness @ Suntec.


Had an hour of Body Compact from 6.30 to 7.30pm.. Wah it was a great workout. I can feel my entire body "working" haha.. Maine and I shopped at Carrefour while waiting for Sam to pick us.

In the end, we walked around sourcing for items we need for our sunday steamboat mini feast at KM's nest. Found out that egg tofu consist of egg white, which little opps huge DinoEgg cant consume, we decided that we need to get some clear "white" tofu too.


Almost forgot that we are meeting wy at Chinatown Chang Chen Porridge shop, so Maine called Sam to check on his location. :) Btw Chang Chen Porridge is located behind CK shopping mall. It's about 10min drive from Suntec. Wy reached there 1st. Both Sam and Maine didnt know that we can proceed to the 2nd level heehee.. In the end the ladies decided on the menu....

Talking about steamboat, KM as KC as she can be - bought some food w/o our knowledge, some say she was afraid that we wont turn up (cuz they were tensing her that we shall go Dino place) anyway, we are just pulling her leg... but I do hope the fish and meat and stuff wont turn stale by Sunday.

Last but not least.... Janine made her first step last evening!!! Horray!!! She was watching TV while she started clapping her hands (forgetting that she needed those support) then she started to walk towards the TV .... attempted her 1st 2 steps forward.. realised that she wasnt holding on anything she slowly quat down and crawl back to the coffee table... hahaha so cute... I think she should be walking soon.

Yes right the new and happening Condo right in town. I had lunch with Sal and Bubbles this afternoon at Gelare because today is TUESDAY! Waffle only at $3.30 instead of $6.60 :P yum yum... We planned to have Sakae Sushi this Friday too.... all because of their newly open promotion >>>> $1 for all colored plates! Forget about my dieting program on Friday man!

This toy which I bought last Thursday at Suntec Carrefour wasn't working, Janine kept pressing the buttons but beside having some lightings from the rooftop there isn't any sound. She got bored soon after that and continue disturbing Wy at his Dell XP.

Since I'm going to Suntec Planet Fitness later, I will exchange the toy with them. However, I dont have the receipt with me. I do hope they will allow me to exchange for a new one.

time to shake off some fatty issues whom overstay in my body. I need to slim down, I need to shake off another 10kg to go come to my pre-pregnacy weight. I need to release my stress too. I need to kick and punch and vent all my unhappiness into the air. Argh* I need a good workout!

GYM + YOGA

Went to GYM and attended the Body Balancing Class at Planet Fitness Suntec... it was a great workout! Carrefour was having sales, so I bought this toy for Janine - only at $9. Cheap right?

They teaches phonics and other stuffs - quite reasonable for an eudcational toy. I loved it. Hopefully Janine will love it when she see her new toy tonight.

Attended YOGA class last evening too... overall, it's almost the same as my Body Balance class, if I can remember those positions, maybe I will do them at home everyday before I shower...

FHB Lunch

Went for FHB for lunch today. Hitch a ride from Maine. Today we have AJ + Kayden, Rebacca, Amy + Romi, Maine and Sal. This was Sal's first attempt. Was gald that she like it so far.

Amy bought us some gifts from Kuching... I took a cute little coin purse. :)
