Another unfortunate event of the year

I remember our window got smashed last Nov... and this April, we were kissed by this hunk. A trailer which out of no where appear in the busy CBD area at Suntec round about during peak hours. What is this trailer doing there with his wife and 3 kids, I wonder...
Spent the entire day running from IDAC to STAR just to lodge a report and do some paperwork because we are claiming the other party's insurance.
What a hot day! Without our car, taking public transport seems forever to reach.
We were told that the repair needs 6 days. Sounds bad yah...
Thank God that wasn't any injuries... Thank God for His protection!
Wanna see what's our damage? Take a look...

Constipation again?

One of the thing I hated most throughout the entire pregnancy... Constipation!!!

I think I should start stocking up some prune juice in my fridge...

I didn't know that eight ounces of Sunsweet Prune Juice provides 15 percent of the daily recommended allowance for potassium, and is low in fat, sodium and cholesterol.

Fluids are important. Pregnant women need fluids to carry nutrients through the body and to wash away waste products. Nursing mothers also need fluids to aid in producing milk. Water and milk are the primary liquids, and juices, especially nutritious juices, are important fluids, too. Nutrient-rich prune juice is all natural–there's nothing artificial and no added sugar.

Iron is important to enrich a mother's blood supply. Your baby must store extra iron for the first four to six months when her/his diet consists of breast milk, which has little iron. Eight ounces of prune juice is considered a good source of iron and potassium.

Constipation is common during pregnancy. After pregnancy, a woman whohas had an episiotomy may be fearful of a bowel movement because of her stitches. Many women find that prune juice prevents constipation, which may also prevent formation of painful hemorrhoids.
