Romeril's - Family

The Romeril's persevered and I'm so glad that they did. We have cancelled and rescheduled and then things were finally coming together and it pours rain! But lucky for us........ the calm was after the storm and the light was beautiful! Thank you for traipsing in the wet grass and braving the pesky mosquitos! Your family is so cute! Little Scarlett is captivating.

Colleen & Dave - Portrait

These two remind me much of my parents. They dote on one another, and do a graceful dance of marriage. I'm so privileged to count them amongst my family, even though they are my in laws, in laws, either way they are a pleasure to know and love, and their smiles are every bit as familiar to me.

Love,
Elizabeth

Chevron - Quilts

I made this Chevron Quilt for my sweet sister in-law Daria last Christmas. I was so excited to give it to Daria and get it sent to Victoria for Christmas that I didn't take any pictures. Daria and her Assistant Dylan were kind enough to take a few for me. Thanks for putting all you had into the pics Dylan!!

I used a fun simple method found HERE to do the chevron pattern. It worked like a charm! The backing was actually from a vintage curtain set that I found at a church sale. I had been saving it for just the right project.

Daria you look so cute wrapped up in this quilt. I'm so glad the quilt made it on time and that you clearly love it!! I hope to see you wrapped up, first hand soon.

Love
Liz

Ethan Banfield - Baby

The Banfield's were our neighbours a while back. It's so fun to see their family grow yet again with another adorable little boy. He is just lovely! Let's not wait till you have the next one to see ya! Congratulations again and good luck with the move.

The Henry's - Family

The sun and sweet fresh green in these images is leaving me hopeful. The rain is doing us good. It's bringing about new life and making my garden flourish. The veggies will be up soon. Luckily for us this session was just before the man eating mosquitoes came to fruition! I hope everyone is enjoying family time waiting out the rain, and bursting outdoors when the sun breaks. Be happy.
