Sad day

Just when I thought everything was improving, they crushed. I am upset and I fell as well. I guess more "nagging" is needed...

Remember, if you are proactive, you hold the remote control and you can just change the channel as and when you like it. If you are reactive, the remote control would be in the hands of others, they would be the ones controlling you. Do you like to be controlled? Is it worth being controlled? You choose your route....

Reflect on it, alright?

Feeling the heat

Feeling the heat? Not only the weather is changing... I believe many of you are feeling anxious and some low morale because of all the common tests coming up... Press On!

1) Plan a time table for yourself.
2) Set a Goal.
3) Complete what you need to do before you go and watch TV or play Audition.

When studying it may help if you:
1) Find a more conducive place.
2) Study with a couple of friends. This way you can discuss and help one another. Your very own peer tutoring.
3) Clear any misunderstanding with your teacher. Never let it drag...
4) Look for keywords or summary when you study. Are you studying the right chapter?
5) For maths, you just have to practise and practise. Practise makes perfect, drill till you remember your rules / conventions.

Don't slag too much during the holidays, especially those doing the O/N Level. It would be here before you know it...

The above ideas are creative and cool rite? How did the designers come up with the ideas? Its all about being more observant and trying out ideas... Nothing is impossible, even the word impossible says "I-M-POSSIBLE".



If you haven't start on anything, please do not procrastinate anymore and start now.... Its never too late....

Analysis of theme Display:

Display can have variouis meanings:
1) objects; an arrangement of things for people to look at or buy
2)a public performance of something that is intended to entertain people eg: fireworks display
3)to show something to people, or put it in a place where people can see it easily



Coming up with meaningful situations.... Look around now... and be more observant... what are some of the things that you can improve on.... can you churn out better ideas to improve the current ones? Never take things for granted... Sometimes just from normal everyday routine, you can find opportunites to work on... When you see something worth trying out, snap a picture of it and put it into ur journal. Stop bumming and start working! Time is ticking away....



Go to the library and look for design books... There are alot of interesting ideas that you can get from these books... you could modify them from there.... There are lots of sources of ideas... Its whether you want to start to work on it or not....

Lunar New Year & Week 7 Term 1

This is week 7 of the new year already.

I hope the sec 4s and 5s are working hard on their coursework...

Mr Wee, Mr Lee & I worked out a set of guidelines for them... I hope it would be useful...

Do be reminded that you actually do not have a lot of time to waste... The submission might be in August but time flies and it would be here in a jifty... Therefore... do not procrastinate anymore... Start working.... You have alot of other subjects and remedials to attend to.. Therefore you won't have much time to waste... Just work hard for these few months and later you would enjoy the seed u sowed....

No Sweat... No Gain...
