Berbert Christmas Party

This year we got together with my brothers and their families on Christmas Eve evening. We had a ton of fun hunting for the pickle on the Christmas tree, acting out the nativity, pinning the nose on he snowman and celebrating Grayson's birthday.

Our little family

Blue loves playing with her cousins

She gets to play with cars and other 'boy' toys at their house!

Waiting patiently for cake?

Yum! She fell asleep singing "Happy Birthday to you!" that night
Check out those adorable cousins all in their pajamas! My oldest bro Mike has all the boys and then Chris has 2 girls and then there is Blue- All 8 under the age of 8, with 2 more on the way in the next 6 months!

We thought they looked so cute all in their pajamas, we had to take a picture, but it sure was a little work!

The older kids started to gather...

The younger kids were wrangled up

I have no idea what the person to my left did to get all the kids to look- apparently it was not smile-worthy though!

The little kids started to wander off...

so some were bribed to sit back down...

But Blue wanted a piece of the action

And her cousin was not having it!

I took probably 20 pics of the process - made me laugh to look through them in order!

Pidcock Family Christmas party

We had the famous Pidcock family Christmas party on Saturday. It was so much fun! Here are some pics...

Blue checking out the tree

The boys with 'Grandma'

and the girls with 'Grandpa' (I am the only one looking at our camera!)

I don't think Blue knew what to expect when she was given a huge present-

but she sure was excited to find a toy inside!

She loved following her cousins around and checking out all their toys/games. In the car on the way home she kept saying "More, more!" I asked her what she wanted more of, and she said "More cousins!"

A lot of the girls

A cute pic of Mark and his bro!

Shout out

Here is a little shout out from me and Heather to Gram Sugar...

And Marty...

For those of you that know and love these- be jealous, be very jealous!

Less than a month...

I cannot believe how fast time flies! In less than a month, one way or another, we are going to have another little girl! No, I do not feel ready, no I have not washed baby clothes or packed a hospital bag, we do not even have a name! How different it is with the second... I guess I know now that they are easier to take care of in than out, so I am in no hurry this time. It also helps that I have not gained 50 lbs and still feel fairly good... Anyway I am just in awe that it is so close!

Little piggies & torpedo tummy

Look closely...

Yep. Cutest tiny piggies ever!

And the torpedo tummy!

Random pics from my phone...

Love/hate when this happens!

Our elf keeping an eye out- Blue loves to talk to him

Eat your heart out :)

*Almost* had to buy these since Blue said baby sister could sit on the other one

Coloring while I ate my 3rd plate of pizza from the buffet- always hungry now!

YES!

Would NOT sit on Santa's lap...

Thanksgiving and lots of other pictures

In random order:

Just looking cute in a new dress and boots...

This is what I got when I told her to smile?!

Getting ready to go play in the snow

She liked watching us make snowballs, but then she was cold and done and asked to go back inside!

Check out that expression! (Her first taste of "How the Grinch stole Christmas")

With her cousin closest in age

Our little family- check out the "torpedo tummy"

Mark's family did a pre-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving. This is all the cousins coming in to find their goody bag. Blue dove right into the treats!

Thanksgiving day:

I think Blue got a little too attached to the turkey pinata or something. When it was broken open she was devastated and wouldn't stop crying and saying "Oh no!" while pointing to the broken head on the floor next to her. Later that night when I asked if she wanted to eat some turkey she started all over again with the 'oh no's!

Zonked out with all the festivities!

Other random pictures:

Wearing Dad's shoes

Can you have bedhead with only 1" of hair? Yes!

Drinking lemonade and "choco-lala" at the same time?!

Yes- a hair bow!

And now.... on to Mark's favorite holiday!

Putting up the tree...

And Ta-Da! The Griswold house of 2010!
