Wow! Once again, a "time flies" post. 2010 was a busy year: it started with a fiance and ended with a husband, it started with my 2nd semester of grad school and ended with 19 credits toward my degree, it started with a broken IKEA couch and ended with a beautiful new Ektorp (from IKEA), I could go on but I think you get the point.
I'm so thankful for all of the blessings from 2010 and look forward to all that lies ahead in 2011.

End of an era...
Tonight is the last night I will spend as a single, never-been married woman. I have been so busy with school that I really haven't had time to process everything. My emotions have been all over the place, including a few (we won't quantify that!) freak-outs over some pretty stupid stuff. Tomorrow (well, it's after midnight) will be great, if I can remember what's important and to stay calm. I'm so thankful for all of the help from friends and family--it wouldn't have happened without you! I can't wait to spend the rest of my life the man that I love. It will not always be smooth sailing but we figured that one out a long time ago. The key is staying the course together through God's grace.

My class schedule is 9:50am-12:00pm for Analytical Techniques I (mix of some music history and music theory) and 1:20pm-3:30pm for Romantic Music History. We had a test in each class today and we made it through! When I get bored in class I practice writing my new name, which speaking of...
The countdown is: 22 days until the wedding! I think we have almost everything ready. Hopefully when I get home for the weekend I will find my veil, shoes, and the rest of my bridesmaids gifts! I am going to my hometown this weekend (going their tonight, will get to my real home tomorrow!) to do some "practice" hair. Flowers are ordered for bouquets, etc. We have a few details regarding the reception to iron out but I think we're getting there.
Thanks for reading another non-photo post, I don't always have time to get the camera out!
