Well done, I am very impressed with your hospitality today. The sec ones feel that they were warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. In fact, some even said that they felt pampered. :)

Dear Graduated Members,
Congratulations to all who have done well and achieved your desired results. You deserve every bit of credit.
For those who were disappointed with your results, don't lose heart. The only reason why we look back is to ensure that we do not make the same mistakes in our steps forward.
I know that you have worked hard and you know that too. There are many route to success... choose the one that is the most suitable for you. Maybe, this wasn't the right one.
As for current members, please give your seniors a pat on the back. Please also apply the values which we have been trying so hard to instill in you during choir activities to your studies. If you have understood my messages and nagging, you will do well.

Dear Choir,
We have come a long way not only in term our singing, but also in our organisational skills and efficiency. (I can see some of the ripple effect of the discipline and procedures that we have put in place over the last three camps.
Keep up the enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is contagious. There is no way for a new member to feels bored among a gathering of enthusiastic members. With the right attitude, we would be able to achieve greater heights.
Just one thing I wanna share with you that I always tell my son Gerald. "You don't always have to be the best, but you must always do your best." Live a life without regret, do your best in whatever you do.
