Shiying is officially 17 ! :):)

YEA. today is somebody's big day ! =D ... haiyo.wednesday supposed to reach school at 830 , but because of Principal's talk , we have to be in school 1hr earlier. well, ii think ms lai made use of a very good anecdote to tell us how could we prioritise certain things. i think almost everybody became soo stressed out after the calculation of time we have left to promos. AHHHH.


but but but. today is quite a hectic day. met with mrs tng for pw during recess. straight after school we had Australian Mathematics competition. haha. and ii was taken aback when our ct announced that today is my big day ! because it was right after he gave some lectures to our class. and ii was surprised when my class bought cake + present for me. cause ii thought they will forget about it since everybody were so busy for the whole day . haha. next time cut cake must celebrate earlier; if not there will be soo much anticipation from the birthday girl/boy (: after that everybody immediately rushed for their ccas lol. THANKS ALOT !

yea. ii shall do my very best to overcome all those hurdles ahead of me ! JIAYOU & PRESS ON SHIYING. these hurdles will make me stronger ! i'm <3 ed !

(: last wednesday- Gilbert Tan, a physically handicapped man was invited to our school for some sort of meaningful motivation talk. well, ii guess his songs tugged many of our heartstrings. Despite being physically-challenged and having many stitches at his back, he overcome his fear of not being able to walk out of a sudden & to move confidently while receiving some unfriendly glare by the passerby. thus, being physically-able people, we should live healthily & cherish our lives.

Last friday-went for THAT music thing concert. yea. initially ii wasn't too hyped up. But after that, the performance being put up by local band-peepshow got the audience became high , dancing and jumping to the beat in front of the stage. yea. after all, it was an enjoyable & worth it concert ba.

Yesterday- my cousin joy's wedding ! AWW. it was more grand-er than ii thought. though it was quite boring at the church in the morning, but me & my sis enjoyed the chocolate thingy. haha. ii don't know what's the actual name lol. -drool- wedding dinner at Reagent Hotel. COOL (: we were all dressed up ! and coincidentally we managed to hail a Mercedes Taxi! the speeches given by my cousin , cousin-in-law and their bestman & bridemaids got the audience entertained . Couples were also invited to dance in the dance floor. I think my cousin 's wedding gown was sex-ay ! AND AND- the last dish was tiramisu ! oh well, i'm sua gu la. never really try tiramisu before ! HAHA. it was superb ! with the sort of jelly + cake melting in my mouth ! AWW. i hope to attend more wedding dinners ! but ii guess it will burn holes in my parent's pockets lol. shall upload the photos soon when my sister upload ! HAHA.


TODAY- woke up early in the morning again! there goes my sleep-late-wake-up-late weekends ! went to Nee Soon Camp for NDP rehersal ! yea ! guess what? matong+ mogu+ me signed up for the Umbrella THINGY for our reach programme. haha. ii came to know about it at the last moment & quickly got matong to sign up for me. We get to perform for NDP - which means ii get to participate in the actual ndp events at marinabay. WOOHOO.and mogu was gloating for the whole morning when she realised that performace was for the actual venue and she didn't expect it. she was WOLS la. haha. YEA. i'm anticipating for the ndp parade already !

PW SUCKS

i've to totally agree with Limmy's statement that : PW sucks. i 've always believed that group project will be carried out smoothly if everybody are able to take responsibilities and commit themselves when it comes group discussions. But ii guess i was proven wrong.i didn't mean to rant my displeasure here , but anyway,

Do you know how many times we were helpless when she was absent out of the blue . And it always happen when we are supposed to meet teacher for consultation . Making me feel like finding somebody who just vanished into thin air before ii could actually contact her. Do you realise how disappointed and frustrated i am when there's always no replies? it didn't happen for the first time already. RAR.

fortunately,rest of the pw members are making an effort to do their work. If not, ii'll probably just let my PW die and get a D grade already ! no matter what, ii need to persevere on . i'm done with my rantings and i hope things will change for the better.

PW will rock if everybody are willing to make contributions and fulfill their responsibilities. sigh.

harry potter+swimming (:

AWW. yesterday was the first session of our scas , and yet we excused ourselves half an hour later , just to catch harry potter with the school+ konggoon,limmy,yinsy,syaf they all . haha. me and matong were soo guilty for leaving rest of the volunteers to do rest of the work. however, ii've felt a sense of accomplishment when ii saw the kids or rather some who are around our age having fun playing with snake and ladder boards we designed.
haha. in the end we spent so much money to watch that particular movie . 7 bucks plus the taxi fare. we sort of regretted as we can actually catch the show with other friends whereby we do not have to rush to the venue. AWW. esp when ii can watch with siupan they all LOL. and we missed 15minutes of the show. because there's traffic jam ! EWW. how unlucky we can get huh.(BLACK FRIDAY la ) hmmm, ii think the movie is quite short for me, and probably they missed out alot of details. and there's no elaborated ending, so have to wait for the next movie lor.

after movie, we went to foodcourt and chatted. eating tausuan ; me goping kongg's korean soup; kong telling us her dream about cai . lol. and after that we dragged kong to sengkang bk to continue our conversation while yinsy went to meet her mum lol. :):)

went swimming just now :) aww.worn out already. =D

EOM ZZZ

neh:) i've done better than what i've expected for the rest of my mye result, most probably because my expectations are being set low enough :) i've passed my one and only paper- Maths :) got S for geography . phew, should be happy enough not to get a U lol . and my english compo pulled up my marks. woo. but its a E lol.

hoho. had grading last sunday. and must congrats shuli- the guy who got double for white tip . heh. super high and enthu for last mon's training ! because we did all those kicking on those hard board. though its hurt , but it's more interesting than doing all those patterns . neh.

most of new subject teachers are better than what ii thought ! phew, especially the macho geography male tchr and the nice gp tutor . matong&chingying are soo overly excited over the geography tutor. HUR.

anyway,ii can see my #1 almost everyday since the change of timetable. BUT eyecandy is 'not equal to' LIKE okay ! hoho.

midyear result

RAR. things are not going smoothly for me. mid year examination results are like don't know what la. its so screwed up. So far , my chemistry result is like soo lousy, and only 6 people passed the exam. physics is no better.and i've predicted that the rest will be like shit. whatever la. sometimes ii really wonder if ii've made the right choice to get into a college since grass is always greener on the other side. it seemed like ii'm already struggling very hard to cope with the studies and all that. and ii've come across several obstacles already, and they are yet to be cleared. i'm also carrying the burden of obtaining good english results (you know what ii mean) , its is so demoralising and discouraging to see that every time i've missed my goals by just a minor step. RAR.

the optimism is failing me since the day ii'm so concerned about the unfortunate events that evolved around me.

learning to let go . sorry for the constant and irritating whinings from me , esp. to those who always listen to my pessimistic comments.

oh no. ii'm such a whiny person lol. :( ii seriously hope that things will get better because ii don't wish to be retained !

E - learning day

GOOD NEWS: we are not required to go to school for normal lessons till Wednesday. BAD NEWS: got e-learning day. its SO boring . and ii'm partially distracted for being online, that's why ii'm here crapping lol.. The lecturer with monotone made me snooze . RAR. ii didn't realised that there's quite a few tasks to complete on e-learning. i've tried to curb my holiday shopping habits :)) cause its abit boring to shop everyday lol , especially with the recent GST hike. went swimming with sh& limmy . limmy gets to wear her sexy swiming costume she bought recently. WWOOWEE. LOL.
