Signed up recently for a introduction to GLASS.
It has been heaps of fun!
I've made beads, learnt to cut glass and make a little glass coaster. Below, are a pair of earrings done with dichrolic glass (its man-made glass, the shimmers are a result of thin layers of gold, silver, metals) its more frequently used in computer parts but also jewellery because of different colours it reflects.

It was granted a few days shy of the first of May, after painful waiting. An offer of invitation was finally sitting in my Inbox. Whoppee!!
I was so excited I didn't know who to call first! I felt a huge load lifted off my chest. It was done!
My wish was coming true:) one i secretly made in my heart<3
The first time I wished with all my heart was in Primary 5, when we had the P5 camp at Sentosa. Only 20 students would be chosen, and to make it fair, a lucky dip was conducted in class. I remember most vividly as I sat there in my chair. Wishing with all my heart and praying to God, please pick my name. 17 names were drawn and STILL my name wasn't called yet. Squeezing my eyes and fists I prayed:)
amazingly, I heard my name been called out.
I knew that it was miracle.
Of course, it did not always end with a happily ever after...
There were a couple of times, in fact many times my wishes did not come true.
That's what made those that come true even more special and treasured than any other.
It has always been a source of hope and inspiration.

Okay peach slices out of a cup isn't REALLY new since you can eat them out of a can, I thought the Spoon-ORK was pretty cute.

One is always rushing about in this hectic world, lost in vain thoughts for an accomplished future and sometimes when all you do is just stop for one moment- you find that in all that haze of self-absorption you forget your neighbours...

I've decided to list down things I want to do before I turn 25. Some of them may come true, some may not. But I wanna look back and tick some of them off! *hopefully
1. Master a language (Korean)- at least conversational
2. Complete a degree, whether it be teaching or mass comm
3. Go backpacking
4. Pick up driving
5. Pick up a new activity (rollerblading, salsa, fencing etc)
6. Re-train my physical stamina/ physique pre-work
7. Become a baptised catholic (finally!)
8. Be a better person (improved attitude, patience)
9. Read a dozen meaningful books (more non-fiction and less fiction)
10. Whisk my mum and sister off for a relaxing spa or cruise.

Something's cooking!I've been experimenting in the kitchen a LOT lately.
Especially with rice and stews.
The verdict: The cream sauce is very unusual, not your conventional creamy pasta type.
It tastes a little bit like vanilla and seafood-ish. But its still pretty good and it sounds incredible but the toufu works really well with the sauce and stew.
It offsets the sauce so that you can carry on with a second helping.
so, should you BUY the Hokkaido cream sauce?
Uhm, you can come over and try it with my specialty any time!
