A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR A 10 YEAR OLD BOY

It was Riley's 10th Birthday.  When he got home from school Grandma & Heather took him to Walmart and let him pick out a new bicycle.  First he made a quick stop at Andrea's Credit Union and then on down the bike aisle.  After checking out several different ones he finally settled on the one he wanted.  The next big adventure was to go Lazer Tagging with a bunch of his friends.  "They totally annihilated the other kids dude!" When they came home Grandma had a birthday dinner waiting complete with cake and ice cream and presents.  The hit present this year was a nerf basketball set.  Grandpa put it together and hung it on the kitchen closet door and a wild game of nerf basketball broke out.  Luckily no one was killed and the house was not completely destroyed so I guess it was a success.  Before the day ended though we had to mark his height on the bedroom door frame.  This kid is growing like a weed.

MISS SANTAQUIN IS NOW 31

We celebrated Andrea's Birthday with a yummy ham dinner complete with potatoes and gravy, salad, rolls and all the trimmings.  Afterwards we played a few rounds of SkipBo and then had brownies and ice cream topped with a little caramel and chocolate toppings to help cut the sweet.  Rachel face timed with us and we laughed and visited and ate and laughed and ate some more.  Happy Birthday Andrea!  We all love you a bunch.
